Very nice little spot, absolutely recommend if you're into old videogames, trinkets, cards, comics,…read moreetc. Not to discredit the good parts, but the vinyl record section is just.. sad. Most of them are incorrectly stored with absolutely no sleeves and with atrocious warps and scratches. Though, they do have old shellac records, which I thought was pretty neat! Also, the videogames are behind the counter for some reason? Can't really see or pick any out. In terms of pricing, the items seem pretty fairly priced, no complaints there. The service is great, the guy at the counter seemed genuinely enthusiastic and happy to help.

Mark returned my call the next day, which was the *only* time he responded promptly. He said he would be in my area at the end the week, but that came and went without a call or text from Mark. I sent him text messages on Sept. 1 and Sept. 7, and finally got a response on Sept. 14, with Mark apologizing for not getting back to me. He indicated he could make something happen the following week, which I agreed to. On Sept. 21, I received a text from Mark indicating he needed to reschedule, as his young child was sick at home, and he needed to be there. Fair enough. On Sept. 27, I texted Mark again, seeking another time he could come out...CRICKETS! On Oct. 10, I texted him again, indicating that I would appreciate a response if he had any intention of working on my project...CRICKETS, to this day! Bottom line: I understand that "stuff" happens that adversely affects schedules, but no amount of "stuff" should prevent common courtesy from occurring - a simple return text or call indicating the problem, and this would have saved me the time of writing this poor review. The Audio Solution may be technically great, but I never got a chance to experience that - only extremely poor communication, or none at all. I can only assume that Mark didn't really want to do the job I need done, but instead of being up front with me, he produced excuses, or didn't communicate at all. POOR business model...CAVEAT EMPTOR: use The Audio Solution at your own risk, especially if you covet communication and follow through with the service you're using.

Even as a young teenager with no ability to buy anything everybody was super cool and nobody ever rushed us out of the shop. I hadn't gone in to the shop in several years but I finally returned recently to purchase a new AV receiver. I wasn't sure what I was looking for but Mike was willing to spend a LOT of time talking to me about my needs and many other fun topics. We hit it off quite well. He made me a hell of a deal on a new Yamaha receiver to replace my old outdated unit and I am listening to it as I write this review. It sounds amazing. Most of the "mom and pop" shops have disappeared as Best Buy and the other big box stores have shown up in our small town. I can tell you Mike will not only match their prices but he will absolutely blow away their service. He even has brands the box stores could never get their hands on! Took a vintage Marantz Receiver to Chiwees Audio Repair as both channels were intermittently…read morecutting out and distorting regardless of input selection. Unit was serviced but no parts were replaced. The issue was not solved. Within a week of getting it back- the drop out and distortion was worse then ever. In addition, When I dropped it off the signal strength lens and window was clear and now its blurry as if it got scratched or fogged up. In addition, the FM/Am display now has a light out in the middle of the display even though it all seemed to be properly illuminated when I dropped it off. Panel lights were replaced but now the center of the display is dark. I was charged $160 but my main issue was not fixed. Disappointed.

DO NOT COME HERE !! Paid them 300 to install a new head…read moreunit. They FAILED to tell me if they install this new unit then they would essentially disable my back up camera & gps system. Quoted me another 500 to 'possibly fix' a problem they created. Paid them another 100 to go back to stock, even though I just wanted to fix something THEY BROKE. To top it off my aux, fm/am radio, cd, & whole front panel does not work anymore after they CHARGED ME TO FIX SOMETHING THEY BROKE. Paid them almost 500 in labor hours for my car to stay the same & for them to break my stock head unit. If you want quality, integrity work done on your car THEN DONT COME HERE !!! Guy says he has '20 years experience' but it must be in dog years. If i could rate 0 stars I would, 1 star is to high for them
