You asked why did I wanted to hire you again after the first terrible job. Well, I believe everyone deserves a second chance and I gave you multiple chances to redeem yourself. This seems like a common problem for you. People come to Yelp to see patterns of costumer service so they know what to expect. So, thank you for your comments. BE AWARE!!!! HAPPENED WITH ME! I asked for recommendations to install a sprinkler in my backyard in…read morea group on Facebook and a guy name Christopher Almendarez called me by message. I called him to come here to check it out the best way to do that and to check what he needs and how much will cost. He came and gave me the instructions about what he thinks was the best way to do that and he said my hose needs to be fixed and he gave me the price for all the service. Before i say to him I want to do the service I asked him if everything will be hidden because of my dog and because I don't want anything exposed and ugly. He said yes and said only the feeder tube will be exposed but everything else hidden. We did an appointment. He came and my son paid him because I was at work. First of all he did not gave us any receipt for the payment!!! Even after I asked him to do that because I need to show the landlord. And worse of that, when I came home and checked his service I saw that he did not fix the hose and everything is leaking now. (I asked him to come back to fix it and he said that is not his business. How?? How he will install a sprinkler without leave that working?!) And more of all this, he left everything ridiculously ugly and exposed and I think he did not put the right thing because the water is coming crazy! I tried to contact him and he said it's not his business and his service was done. Like I said, how someone come, check, say what he needs to INSTALL A SPRINKLER SYSTEM and after that say that if it's leaking is not his business????? Then, he said he will come to do "by his heart" but gave me a lot excuses and never came. Now, he blocked me and I cannot contact him anymore! I'm pregnant and very mad right now. It's just to aware everyone about this company and this guy because nobody deserves that! I have everything saved on my Facebook messenger!!!
