There were also repeated issues accessing the backyard because tenants did not leave the gate unlocked, which led to overgrowth and additional work. Without timely updates, I couldn't address the issue with the tenants.Sanitation problems were another concern. Dog feces were often left in the yard by the tenants, but again, I wasn't consistently informed, which limited my ability to correct the situation. After needing to create some privacy from a neighboring property, we needed fast-growing trees and shrubs. I called Juan over the weekend, explained the project, and sent him some pictures. He immediately understood what we were looking to accomplish and said he could take care of it that week. From that first conversation, he was responsive, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. They installed a completely new sprinkler system with a commercial-grade watering system and fertilizer ports, removed old debris and stumps, prepared the entire area, and even repurposed rocks we already had on the property to create a beautiful border around the new landscaping. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and communication. He sent pictures and videos throughout the day and kept me updated on every decision. At one point, after laying everything out, he felt the design needed one additional tree to balance the space, so he went and picked one up. That kind of attention and pride in the finished product is rare. We expected this to be about a week-long project, but Juan and his team completed everything in one day and it was done beautifully. The back of my backyard butts up against the street and they really was no dirt for the rock to sit on. Javier knew to put dirt and fill that area so the new rock would not fall out between my property and the rear fence. After the winter, all the rock started coming out the back of the property onto the street because Javier never put any dirt underneath it where he was supposed to. I sent him photos and asked him if he would fix this and he denied it and said that he put dirt there when you can clearly see there is no dirt there. Now all the rock is falling out. After he told me he put the dirt there I went and really looked again really hard and already knew there was none there and then sent the video showing Javier that there was no dirt. After that, Javier never responded and will not answer my calls. Would not recommend him. I have to put one star to post the review otherwise I would put zero sad to say.
