Not only did he come back and do the follow up treatment, he was gracious about being re-scheduled twice while one of my family members was in the hospital. I will call him anytime we need more work done and recommend him to our friends.

I was totally disappointed with the lack of communication and follow up with Sergio. He would tell us he's coming to do the work at 9:30 am and wouldn't show up until 11:00 am, then leave for lunch at 12:00 pm and not return until after 3:00 pm. We are elderly people and don't know much about drainage problems we hired someone previously to correct the problem and paid a lot of money and the problem wasn't corrected. We explained our concerns to Sergio and he assured us he would fix the problem completely and if we had any problems he would come and fix it without charging us. I wouldn't recommend this company due to lack of communication and follow up.

When our community was created 31 years ago, the developer chose to plant type of inexpensive, fast growing pines (Aleppo) on the outer perimeter surrounding our community. Over the years, while these pines were attractive, they were messy year-round, grew to sixty and seventy feet in height, caused root damage to the plumbing of numerous homes homes and required risky, expensive tree trimming annually. With CLS' guidance, we are now in our third and final phase of removing these pines (early 2025), and are actively planting attractive new evergreen trees with non-invasive roots that will grow to a maximum height of 35-40 feet (Australian willows and carrotwoods). We'll benefit from lower maintenance expenses, which will enable us to invest in landscaping upgrades to key interior areas of our community. CLS, and especially its tree czar Ramon Tovar, continue to be a great partner to La Mirada Villages.
