The concrete was so bad I had him tear it out. The electrical was done so poorly I had to hire an electrician to fix all the problems. He ran the gas line.....but buried the line with out testing for leaks so I've had to have that redone. The company I hired to redo the gas line found numerous leaks and had to dig all the line up and start over. Just horrible work. Luckily I did not pay him the full amount as the job was never completed but I'm out several thousand dollars and tons of my time. Do NOT use this company for anything.

For install she will only work with Perez Landscaping. How fortunate for us. First of all, I love Jose's business model. He only does one job at a time. They were here Monday through Friday 8-5. Jose and his crew go above and beyond. Vicky and Jose were in constant communication. Hard working crew who were very friendly and polite with lots of laughter as they work which you know means they have great leadership. Vicky and Jose are just the nicest, positive people who are very accommodating. We still have lighting and concrete stain to go but are waiting on delivery of lights. We added a line item of concrete stain after the work began. That is a month or two out as Vicky and Jose are committed to their start dates and timelines so we fully understand that this is a separate contract. Will post photos but they just don't do the work justice plus the new plants will need time to grow. Best contractor we have EVER worked with and there have been a lot.

Los Tules did: complete weed clearing in 1 day(!) weed blocking cloth balanced, aesthetic design with benderboard divider automatic irrigation, re-using our rainbird timer at our request mulch and rock of our choice kept existing fruit trees and planted some potted plants at our request We might be the world's worst yard weeds(?!). Our backyard veggie gardening fell by the wayside and we realized it was too much upkeep to continue. Our goal was to have a tidy, low maintenance yard and keep our fruiting trees. Eduardo and Paulino also helped with creative ideas when we asked for advice (and did not proffer unsolicited advice). Eduardo LISTENED to what we wanted. He and his crew showed up promptly and completed the work on time. If any problems arose, he explained the best course of action, got my buy-in, and kept the job on track. When parts were needed, he raced to Home Depot to get them on the same day so the job never stalled.
