First, Khayree was extremely communicative and extremely straight forward with what needed to happen for me to get them to my property. He quickly responded to my service request and got the ball rolling very swiftly which is exactly what I needed since 4th of July is coming and my backyard was an extreme fire hazard. I sent him some pictures of my property and he sent me a quote to get my yard cleaned up and everything hauled away. I accepted the quote but was surprised with the low cost quote because my yard was honestly, treacherous. It was basically an urban jungle for stray animals. On the day of our appointment, he kept me updated with an ETA and when I could expect him to arrive. He and one other lovely man arrived promptly at exactly the time they said they would. After looking at my yard further, he informed me that he would need to change the pricing which was no problem with me since I was expecting it to cost much much more to begin with just because of the sheer volume of mess. Khayree and his team did a great job. Our yard had multiple areas that were overgrown and had been neglected for some time. Some areas had deep mulch. A tree was planted and growing directly beneath power lines. It was a lot of work. I could've done it myself by spending several weekends chipping away at it with my wife. We chose instead to have someone take care of the lions share of the work. We looked around and found Get it Done yard care. Khayree came out to gauge the scope and we agreed with his proposal. He was not the cheapest solution. However. He did promise to take care of everything in one day, which was important to us. Efficient AND budget conscious Khayree came out and assessed a really large job (waist high weeds in the front yard, two shrubs to be pulled, a LARGE back yard AND a smallish hauling job (old gross hay bales). He priced everything separately when he did the estimate so I could decide what I could and couldn't afford. Ended up doing about 1/3 of the hauling I plan to do in total due to budget, but Khayree really came through. The best part: He comes out, does a video walkthrough, sends an estimate. There's no hidden fees- you know exactly what you're paying for. He ALSO says he does like.. maintenance clean up for yards so it's definitely an option if your job is smaller. Trimming a few trees & weeding caused the yard debris to pile up whereas the 2 or 3 bags in our weekly green waste could not possibly rid it quick enough. We had about 60 yard waste bags, a pile of Bamboo and fallen trees and a huge pile of yard debris; On top of that a bit of extra junk from some remodeling left us no choice but to call in help. Our message was promptly returned and a time scheduled (within a day or so) for coming out to lay eyes on, take pics of project, identify surrounding shrubbery (any poisonous plants?) to possibly encounter was taken into consideration for accuracy in estimating prior to removal.
