We had 23 sprinkler heads replaced and Tony came by with a really fair offer and showed up when he said he would. The work was done in just a few short hours and he went above and beyond. Tony identified a drip line issue, a sprinkler head that should be moved to another spot, and a tree that needed to be trimmed. He did all three on his own at no charge! My lawn looks fantastic with an even spread. A few weeks later, one of the sprinkler heads snapped and he came by same day and replaced them no charge! What a wonderful experience. We wanted to replace our back grass with turf as our grass was getting both shade and sun and never grew properly. Tony was very responsive, came over to quote within 2 days. Tony gave us a very reasonable quote and brought over samples to choose from. I requested to have it installed before Easter (4 weeks out) but he was going on a three week vacation so it would have to be after. That was fine with us. Our backyard was pretty overgrown from previous plants placed by the owners before us and had become unmanageable (see picture...). We weren't able to let our dog roam free in the backyard, and wanted to replace almost everything with turf to be low maintenance. I reached out to Tony and he immediately got back to me and we scheduled a free consultation at my soonest availability! He was courteous, professional, and gave me his opinion on multiple aspects that I requested. He sent me a quote via Yelp almost immediately after with a price breakdown as requested. Amongst the 5 different quotes I received, his was the most competitive and comprehensive. I appreciated his clarity and promptness and hired him! I think his work speaks for itself but he really went above and beyond. He redirected our drainage piping so it would stop leaking, and raised our planter walls, added decorative rocks into the planter. He used his additional turf to place it along our dog run and in front of our backyard doorways so we had a nice little mat! He really did more than we bargained for, and we appreciated it so much. He and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. They finished in 2 days and were always communicative about when they'd arrive. Professional, honest, and efficient -- QD Landscaping exceeded our expectations.   Tony, sorry for the late review!   In mid-February, I contacted three landscaping contractors, including QD Landscaping. The first contractor strung me along for a week, just to get a simple quote -- what a waste of time. I won't name them here, but they know who they are. The second contractor had some good ideas but never followed through with a quote.   Then I reached out to QD Landscaping and spoke with Tony, the owner. He was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. We set up an appointment for the next day, and Tony arrived right on time. We walked through the property together and made a list of projects to complete. He also offered several helpful suggestions I hadn't considered, which I gladly added to the list. The main project involved landscaping and irrigation repair, along with several other upgrades. The best part? Tony provided a ballpark estimate that was well within my budget, which we later formalized.   Due to weather delays, the work started about a week later. Tony and his two-man team moved and spread 15 yards of river rock, upgraded and repaired the irrigation system, installed new lighting, and planted flowers and shrubs. They completed everything in just two and a half days, keeping the area clean and tidy after each workday.   The transformation was incredible! Very good at making my lawn green!! Appreciate that both Tony and his worker wore masks during Covid-19. Tony took care of undergrowth with most plants and his worker always helped him by cleaning up leaves and making sure the yard waste would fit into the yard waste container. My lawns, bushes and flowers never looked so beautiful and healthy as when Tony took care of them! But after a few months I had to let him go because I could no longer afford him. And he even gave me a discount at $140 per month; He only takes on 9 clients per month, but that was during Covid-19, his price has probably gone up and maybe his client base...IDK. If you need some sprinklers installed or fixed, Tony is your person. Tony is very professional at what he does. My sprinklers stopped working and I couldn't figure out why. After I tried myself to figure out the issue, I messaged Tony if he could come out and take a look at it. At first he gave me tips on what to do that way I could save some money. But I still needed Tony to come out and take a look at it. We found out I had a leak in the back and he quickly repaired it. Tony did great work! Everywhere you see rock, used to be dirt. There were a couple of areas that we didn't show him, but he noticed them and covered them with rock too, without us even asking. He installed a French drain the entire length behind the pool wall. He also used large pavers to create a nice space for our trash cans. He was very responsive and his prices were very reasonable! I reached out for a quote and Tony was really responsive, from beginning to end. Tony will give you a quote based on the pictures but price will vary depending on what he sees when he gets there. We agreed on a price so he scheduled a time to trim overgrown trees hanging over the house and neighbors yard, trim a lot of overgrown bushes, clean and haul away trimmings. It was a lot of work. Work I was going to do but soo glad i didn't. There was at least 2-3 weekends worth of work and Tony did it in 5-6 hours. I'm more than happy with the job Tony provided.
