Unfortunately, the gentleman Frank drilled the hole the wrong size--too big. Now, our RO faucet does not sit properly on the counter, and we will have to rig it up, ruining the aesthetics. We told him BEFORE he started drilling that the bit looked too big, but he insisted it was fine. He didn't measure the bit up to the sizing diagram we provided him. We contacted Joshua, who proceeded to curse and threaten us with lawyers if we didn't pay him. Joshua stated that the services were rendered and that if we didn't pay, he would put a lien on our home (over $250 ). Joshua was screaming that he would show up to our home with lawyers and his crew and that "they don't make 1 inch diamond drill bits for granite (lol)" I mean really, it's a hole. It's too big. The guy didn't measure twice cut once. Calm down Joshua, no need to scream at people. No wonder your employee told us to contact him directly if there were any issues. We are not going to be bullied into paying for services that we didn't request- which is a hole too big for our faucet that we now have to fix. Please look elsewhere unless you like dealing with hotheads. Edit: If the owner thinks this install is acceptable- a wobbly install, not seated on the counter, with a gap visible from across the room, then he really is as delusional as he sounded when he cursed out my husband and threatened to show up at my house with 'his lawyer' if we didn't pay him. If this is the type of work the public wants from a company, and an owner that resorts to immediately screaming and threatening the customer over his employees mistake, then please hire Surprise Granite and good luck with that.

When he was done, we all came inside, and Dan answered any remaining questions we had. After our meeting with Dan, my wife & I both felt confident Albrecht was the best choice for the job. We began our process after contacting Jake Gonzales, owner of DVC. He came and saw our house and what our project would entail. Next we went to the showroom and began the process of picking out materials and discussing our budget. He and his associate Brittany then compiled a list of the materials and the approximate final cost which we then made a second visit to the showroom to finalize everything before Jake and Brittany would do the ordering. Once the materials arrived we began the actual remodel. At this point we were turned over to Dom, Jake's son, who would be the project manager for the entire project. The remodel took roughly 3 weeks and Dom along side his associate Tristan were there almost everyday to supervise the work. The two of them were polite, considerate, knowledgeable and well-mannered. The subs that were hired (ie. plumbing, countertops and installation of cabinets) were exceptional. The day the countertop crew arrived I believe they were in and finished in just a few hours with everything exactly as it should be. All subs were also extremely respectful to my husband and myself, with each group completing their tasks in a timely manner. Dom and Tristan ALWAYS let us know in advance when they or subs would be arriving to work and all were always on time. We could not asked for a more pleasant experience and would absolutely hire them again for future projects.

(Stone slabs, tile, sinks, etc) They are not brokers. They also have their own water jet machine on site. First, they came to tear down the old shower, which was done in one day. They completely cleaned up after themselves and hauled the old material away. Our new shower is gorgeous! They did an amazing job from start to finish: tear down, installation, plumbing and new shower door. They were punctual and very courteous. I want to add that their office staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Tintas is a family-owned company and they are very meticulous. This is the 6th time we have contracted them. We have always been very satisfied with the work and we wouldn't use anyone else.
