We had a Greek toga themed NYE party so of course we needed Greek Food! Que Nick and team, he was on time, quickly set up and listened to how I wanted service and dessert served. He was SO EASY to work with, so super nice and his team was just as professional and easy going! First, Nick specially made a Greek "cake" for NYE which is served especially for this holiday. He had never made it for catering, BUT when I asked him to do it for us, he did not even bat an eyelash and said yes! It was absolutely wonderful and had a flavored butter to go with it, AND a coin for good luck! The Gyros (we had choice of Bee/Lamb, Chicken and Falafel), Spanakopita/Hummus and SIDES, were AUTHENTICALLY SEASONED, DELICIOUS, WARM and YUMMY! Although the event wasn't as big as the previous food truck events, I spoke with some of our neighbors and they loved the food. We tried some too. I got their drippin Mac, dripping birria sandwich and a jalapeño chipotle chicken sandwich. The jalapeño chipotle chicken sandwich was so good! Highly recommend!! The Mac and cheese had good flavors. Good for the little one. Birria was good, a bit greasy but good flavors. The food is definitely cheat day food!!! Lol. We also drank a strawberry lemonade which was refreshing. I was so disappointed. Took an hour for our appetizers to be ordered and come out and our food took longer. A lot of the sauces we ordered on the side were rancid, and waiters hardly checked in. We found ourselves having to get up from our table multiple times to go find a server to refill water, grab more silverware, etc. Also took 45 minutes for them to clear the table so we could do cake. We had to request small dessert plates 3 times and they still didn't bring out enough. Overall, food is great (minus the rancid sauces) and it's a good price. But I was super disappointed at the level of service we were given. Would I return? Maybe during lunch. For a birthday with more than 3 people? Absolutely not.
