Delmy was so patient and thorough. She spent several hours with me bringing my design to life. And then the next day spent another couple of hours fine tuning, explaining and going through finishes with my husband. She was very diligent in making the right decisions with materials and sharing tips of the trade to get us what we wanted while staying within our defined budget. She even covered pieces in my order that I had forgotten about. She professional and has great instincts. I was also pleased that they had multiple options and we were able to find plenty of stock and availability in both cabinets and countertops. Both were reasonably priced and it was great to find everything at one location instead of having to go to multiple places. My only disappointment is that the warehouse is only open Monday through Friday and not open on Saturdays. But, I would recommend Delmy and FX for the wonderful and stress free experience.

Not only was she very quick and responsive, she also went out of her way to get answers with regard to led lighting, delivery stock, etc. I have called in before and i spoke to someone who couldn't provide any answers related to my order and continued to note that there was no way of knowing if they have my order. I even asked what do you know? Do i have half my orders? Is it in stock currently? I am picking up the order tomorrow, what can you tell me? And i was constantly provided with unhelpful non answers. Had we had to deal with this individual, we would not rate cabinet city so highly as there was not even a let me check with warehouse (right across in the adjacent building). There was basically a lack of knowledge or willingness to help (instead of saying i am not sure but i will find out, i get it there is no way of knowing). I am thankful Sherry was our go to person and i am also thankful to the warehouse staff who stepped up to help while the person behind the desk was ignoring customers and not even informing of a wait or someone going on break. Instead someone from the warehouse who picked my order came to me directly to help without me asking. Although every place has their pros and cons, i would say that this place is very lucky to have people like Sherry and the warehouse operators. In terms of product, i am not yet able to comment on the received materials as they are still in their boxes, but my wife and i do love the options at cabinet city especially compared to other companies out there. Pricing is more than fair as well. Picking up the order was also very straightforward and easy. So overall, the positives simply outweigh the negatives. More than five stars!…read more Succinctly, we met with three or four companies to get an estimate all of whom were pleasant but, somehow, did not seem as though they were listening to what we wanted. It was different with Ammar of Kitchen Cabinet Express, Inc. After a brief introduction and a short discussion of our intentions, he got right to the point, walking with my wife, measuring and making notes and asking questions. What resulted was a reasonable estimate for the work to be done and a plan and drawings that exactly reflected our wishes. The deadline for completion was originally set for the middle of March 2026 but was completed two weeks early. Members of Ammar's team and contractors were professional, conscientious, and hard working. They showed up on time, accomplished what was scheduled for each day. As work progressed, we desired some minor changes which Ammar and his team were very flexible and responsive in accomplishing professionally and quickly. At every point - daily work and especially at the conclusion - the site was cleaned up immaculately and all detritus was hauled away instantly. Also, a great deal of care was taken to mask, cover, and protect the house, furniture, and existing fixtures from the dust and soiling that was occasioned by the remodeling work! This review is being written a month after completion as we wanted to take our time to let the "newness" wear off and appraise the overall experience. After this time for evaluation, we find the craftsmanship flawless, the cabinets and showers and baths installed beautifully and -- overall -- the incorporation into our existing home has greatly upgraded the whole affair. All in all, the results exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend Ammar and his team and, once settled, we will be having him back to take care of additional projects we'd like to accomplish.

First, we did a complete home makeover in 2014. Initially we were going to do just the kitchen and the front bathroom, but we were so impressed by the consultation by the owner, Ammar Maaytah, that we did more...a lot more. And the result was a thing of beauty. We invested a lot in our home with KCE, but I feel we got at least 3X in return. Ammar is a brilliant artist with a feel for materials, color and subtlety. Recently, we had a water damage issue. He came in with an imaginative solution and he delivered. I trust Ammar and his staff to recommend a great solution AND to deliver.
