With my head unfortunately near the speaker and my instructor's soft voice, I could not hear her and figured out what poses we were doing by looking around the room. Again, not relaxing. The studio also put my email immediately on a list for a "Nift Gift card." Luckily I used my junkmail account. Altogether a waste of $20 imo. Easy parking, if you are interested in perhaps doing one of their other classes (I would not recommend taking any class that requires a calm atmosphere). And again, use that junkmail account because this studio has no compunction about sharing your private details for profit.

No commitment to pay a monthly premium if you want to just do this drop in class. You can sign up online or at the studio upon arrival. The teacher is amazing and offers modifications for all levels. The room is relaxing with a small fountain, smells like lavendar and everything you need is provided. I wish I could go more often but sometimes life gets in the way. I haven't tried any other classes because I think the drop in rate for other classes is significantly higher.

She's been to a bunch of studios and this is her one and only go to place now. It's a clean, beautiful, nicely decorated, relaxing atmosphere. You can work at your own pace in any class and they also have mixed level flow, yin, advanced classes,, gentle flow, slow flow and Kundalini classes. I have no idea what Kundalini is. These instructors are very knowledgeable and helped me correct my poses so that I wouldn't continue to hurting myself. I was telling the instructor how I was getting such bad knee pain when ever in those warrior things. I was never told before that my knee was out of alignment and in a position that puts stress on the joints. Also that my front foot need to be straight and not angled. Once she put my knee in line over my foot going forward it was like an ah ha moment of holy crap there is no pain here. The point of this is to advise others not to wait till the end of class to speak up. I would have had a much better practice if I would have spoken up about this earlier.

Plenty of natural light in the hotroom. Perfect heat and humidity. Been practicing the Bikram series for years and have had the opportunity to practice at many studios. This place is a gem.
