After alittle research, I have been attending semi-regularly because they offer a $5 class on Sundays that I absolutely love. No commitment to pay a monthly premium if you want to just do this drop in class. You can sign up online or at the studio upon arrival. The teacher is amazing and offers modifications for all levels. The room is relaxing with a small fountain, smells like lavendar and everything you need is provided. I wish I could go more often but sometimes life gets in the way. I haven't tried any other classes because I think the drop in rate for other classes is significantly higher.

The instructors are well trained and serious about giving you a good work out while making sure that your form is spot on. So there is no cheating :) But they also make it fun! The group classes are so small (like 6 people) so you still get focused attention and they are an excellent value. If the only experience you have with Pilates is one of those large chain "pilates mills' that bang through classes with little attention to you individually, this place will totally open your eyes to what a quality workout Pilates is for your mind and body.

It was literally my first class here and I wasn't even there 5 mins before I walked out. As a yoga instructor how you can possibly think it's ok to do that to someone is beyond me. That is not the type of mentality I'm looking for in a yoga studio and should never be promoted. Updating to add that Ali just called me to explain herself and the type of yoga this studio practices. She called it "militant" and stood by her actions in calling me out during class. I'm disappointed this isn't the studio for me and want to make sure others don't experience this type of trauma in their yoga practice if this isn't their style of practice. It's quite devastating.
