You can order food and champagne but need to call in ahead for that. Otherwise there's lovely water and snacks to keep you going in the spa itself. Service staff was constantly checking in to clear towels, refresh areas, keep floors clean. Such a lovely time. The ceramic loungers weren't really warm and their snow room was out so hopefully those get fixed before the next time we visit!

My first class was Yin as it sounded perfect for some persistent pain I have been experiencing. The instructor and class were nothing short of amazing, Through the guidance and the stretches I could actually feel my body responding; it was as if gates had been opened. My pain is gone on one side and greatly diminished on the other. Already signed up for second Yin class with Cherilyn and cannot wait. I also took a Roots class with Gina that was another winner.
