I'm interested in trying dermaplaning and their custom facials. I've tried their Celluma LED facials and B12 shots. My favorite thing is still the Whole Body Cyrotherapy with leg compressions. It's quick enough to do during my lunch break. The Cyrotherapy takes 3 minutes maximum and is followed by Normatec arm of leg compressions for 30 minutes. The changing rooms are always clean. And organized with robes, gloves, socks, and booties. Just make sure to avoid any metal (ie. bra underwire) during Cyrotherapy. I love doing Cyrotherapy after a tough gym session or football game. It definitely helps with soreness, circulation, and any inflammation. And the fact that it can burn 500-800 calories is a definite plus! I always feel great after though my husband has had some side effects like hunger, excessive thirst, and sleepiness. The owner, Dan is always friendly and informative. He's accommodating and has squeezed me in on same day appointments. It's also easy to book sessions online.

I signed up for their 30 days for $30 unlimited classes offer as you can't go wrong with a deal like that. That was four days and two classes ago. My first class was Yin as it sounded perfect for some persistent pain I have been experiencing. The instructor and class were nothing short of amazing, Through the guidance and the stretches I could actually feel my body responding; it was as if gates had been opened. My pain is gone on one side and greatly diminished on the other. Already signed up for second Yin class with Cherilyn and cannot wait. I also took a Roots class with Gina that was another winner. Highly recommend giving Honor Yoga a look - it may bring change(s) you never saw coming!! Namaste

Between the infrared sauna's, salt room, Reiki, and massage there is not much more you could want from a spa and it's all in one place. It really deserves more office space but the way things are configured they make it work and make it work well. On top of that they offer hair analysis to test for any chemical imbalances. I was shocked to see how much excess aluminum was in my system. Fortunately with the help of the infrared sauna I have been able to reduce these levels and get towards a more healthier me. The medical massage has been a fabulous experience for me. Having a sedentary job and enjoying physical recreational sports like basketball, the gym, and golf the medical massage has allowed me to reduce the aches and pains as I age. It has helped me delay replacement surgery for arthritis while re-aligning my muscles to their proper positioning. Carol is one of the friendliest people who really understands the body chemistry and is always striving to stay on top of the newest techniques and devices to help you stay at a peak level of health. With the addition of sauna's for more than one person and the size of the salt room it is a perfect place to go as a social event yet secluded enough to have a personal escape for a day.
