My hubby and I decided to check this place out and take a class together. We chose a Spanish tapas class and we are very glad we did! It was a very good time and the instruction and food was fabulous!! We will definitely take another class again, and even stop in for a drink as well even if u don't go to a class. The staff are warm and welcoming, this is a great place to learn some new cooking skills and some great new recipes!! We are definitely returning for another class and a cocktail! read more

This place was so much fun! The classes sell out fast but I saw one apron available for Korean BBQ and I grabbed it. Create is more lively and upbeat than other cooking classes I've been to. It has a bar-like atmosphere with fun music playing. If you're solo you can easily strike up conversation with others at your station or at the bar. It would be a great date night as well. The food was delish, I learned some things, and I had leftovers! Alex was our instructor and he was awesome. I chatted with the owner and the team is opening a new restaurant in Park Hill. I can't wait to check it out! read more

Awesome place with wonderful chefs and owners! I took my girlfriend here for a surprise brunch, we learned a ton and had a great time. I would highly recommend! Come hungry!! read more

We had a wonderful time at Create on Friday! My spouse and I enjoyed the "Getting Cheesy" class with Diego. We also took their "Madre Espana" class a few weeks ago - which was just as lovely! The chefs are just hands-on enough, funny, kind, and gosh the food is so plentiful! I'd recommend a class to anyone looking for a fun date night, evening with a teen kid, or time with a friend. You're guaranteed to laugh, enjoy your time together, & leave full. These folks are wonderful. read more

I cannot recommend this place enough! My boyfriend and I signed up for the Southern Hospitality with Chef Nicole, and it was absolutely fantastic! In a class of 8 people total, Chef Nicole was so accommodating and was able to help each person if we had any questions, needed some extra help, or just wanted to chat. All of the food was SO good, and they made it incredibly easy to make dishes that always seem so complex. The best part- no cleanup! They cleanup for you as you cook and clean the stations between courses. They email you all the recipes you made during the class so you can recreate them at home, how awesome is that?! The food is truly incredible, and all of the ingredients they use are fresh and come from incredible producers. We sat at the bar (which is open to anyone to enjoy, even during classes or when no classes are scheduled for the day) and chatted with one of the owners, Diego, after our class was finished. What an awesome guy to talk to, so passionate about what he's doing and providing a top-notch customer experience. Although the classes are a bit pricey per person, they do include some wine and cocktails, and they are again very well-sourced ingredients. We'll definitely be coming back and hopefully trying out some Puerto Rican/Cuban classes! read more

My husband and I did one of the Italian Summer cooking classes and had the BEST time! We made mushroom risotto, cooked seafood and made a semifreddo - everything was absolutely delicious. Chef Nicole is so patient and such a great teacher. We were so impressed with the food (and the wine) that I already booked another class to take! read more

This is our first time going to Create Kitchen & Bar. We have taken different cooking classes but this one was the best! The staff is wonderful and the chef was engaging and obviously talented. It was organized, the supplies are in an arms reach and the food was fantastic. It's in a busy location so give yourself extra time for parking. I will definitely return for another class! read more

While we've missed being able to attend in person cooking classes, I'm trying to help them by purchasing their cocktails in batch form. Absolutely fabulous and worth the money when you want a craft made cocktail in a pinch a worth the price. My favorite is the Cafe Con Leche with a close second being the Barrel aged Negroni. My hubby loves their Old Fashioned. There are a few others to try and will definitely get some more soon! read more

Treated my niece to an evening of cooking and eating good food at Create Cooking School. Was a wonderful experience for the both of us. Ras was charming as heck, and even got to meet his lovely wife. Chef Diego made a mean Mint Julep (Southern was the theme). We have both decided that we are going to make this a monthly outing, and plan on bringing family and friends to indulge as well. read more

We have been to Create twice now. The first was for the date night sushi cooking class. We loved it so much we decided to have them host my 40th birthday. The party was an absolute blast! They developed a brunch menu which was easy to make and delicious. All of our guests really enjoyed it, and everyone left with full bellies. I cannot say enough good things about the chefs here. We have had the pleasure of working with Chef Shawn, Chef Diego, Chef Nicole. They were all so skilled, helpful, and patient. Plus they were just fun to cook with! Additionally, Michelle, their event planner, was on-point. I can't wait to cook with them again! read more

We organized a private event at Create. Due to the cooking experience of the group, we opted to work with the Create team to create our own, unique Vietnamese menu. They were awesome to work with and willing to accommodate our feedback on the menu. The evening was great! Despite the fact that we all like to cook, there was of course a ton of socializing. Chef Nicole did a wonderful job keeping us on track, while still keeping the evening fun! Nicole also did a wonderful job with the menu...she is a big part of what made the evening a success. We all had such a wonderful evening and the look forward to more classes at Create. It was an absolutely wonderful and lovely evening...thank you, Create! read more

My girlfriend surprised me with this for a Valentines Day date night. We cooked the Tapas y Vino menu on one of their Friday night classes. The instructor Nicole was extremely sweet and helpful. Thanks again Diego for opening up your business to us, we will definitely return ! read more

I had the BEST time at Create Cooking School last night. I typically find cooking to be tedious and intimidating, but I learned a lot last night that made me so much more comfortable in the kitchen. The tacos we made were AMAZING, but bet of all, they were things I can make at home. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like we were all friends after just a few moments. I cannot wait to go back and learn even more! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Create. Their classes have taught me so much about recipes I thought I knew tons about, and I feel like a part of the Create community - even in the virtual setting! I've even started planning an in-person cooking class birthday bash at Create...and my birthday is 11 months away (but I'll wait until 2024 if I have to). Their recipes are ridiculously good - my family has spent all of quarantine trying to find the perfect bolognese recipe (we must have tried almost a dozen) when the Create recipe is what we had been looking for all along! We will bring everyone we know here - virtual or in person. I could go on and on. Thanks to this incredible team for all of the fabulous work they do! We love Create! read more

Visited Create for the first time today for a pastry class. It was amazing. Chef Nicole was a delight as was Chef Diego (the owner). We had a great time, had great food and learned some good tips. I also thought the prices are pretty reasonable compared to some of the other cooking classes around that I've looked at. Will definitely be returning. read more

Our team (a tech startup) chose Create for a team outing during our offsite in Denver. From beginning to end, Michelle was an absolute pleasure to work with - being extremely communicative and patient with our last minute planning and dietary restrictions. The food (a Thai menu) and drinks were wonderful, the space really lovely, and the chefs friendly. I highly recommend Create for a corporate event, date, or any other cooking class! We had so much fun building something together. It was the perfect choice! read more

I have tried a couple other cooking classes here in Denver and elsewhere and this was hands down my favorite. We went last night for the flavors of Italy class and had a wonderful time. The food was delicious but accessible enough that I could actually see myself making this again at home. Diego was a great teacher and we loved how enthusiastic he was and how he he approached it as a chance to have fun and learn how to cook something too. We will definitely be back for another class in the future and we are excited to have this down the street! read more

I held my 40th birthday party at Create this past weekend. It was a private event and I can't express just how excellent the experience was. Outstanding Level of Service and Flexibility - We had my partner's 40th birthday here. Our planner Michele was exceptional in modifying the event as the group grew and the event evolved into a private party. The staff was fun and friendly, they made every effort to ensure we all had a great time. The food was quality, fresh and the recipes we cooked came out extremely tasty. Our Chef, Nicole, kept us busy and on track. Diego, another Chef, wanted the event to be special so he offered up special drinks for us. The value of the experience was very good. We had A LOT of food! Thank you Create for a great memory! read more
