This place was so much fun! The classes sell out fast but I saw one apron available for Korean BBQ and I grabbed it. Create is more lively and upbeat than other cooking classes I've been to. It has a bar-like atmosphere with fun music playing. If you're solo you can easily strike up conversation with others at your station or at the bar. It would be a great date night as well. The food was delish, I learned some things, and I had leftovers! Alex was our instructor and he was awesome. I chatted with the owner and the team is opening a new restaurant in Park Hill. We had a wonderful time at Create on Friday! My spouse and I enjoyed the "Getting Cheesy" class with Diego. We also took their "Madre Espana" class a few weeks ago - which was just as lovely! The chefs are just hands-on enough, funny, kind, and gosh the food is so plentiful! I'd recommend a class to anyone looking for a fun date night, evening with a teen kid, or time with a friend. I cannot recommend this place enough! My boyfriend and I signed up for the Southern Hospitality with Chef Nicole, and it was absolutely fantastic! In a class of 8 people total, Chef Nicole was so accommodating and was able to help each person if we had any questions, needed some extra help, or just wanted to chat. All of the food was SO good, and they made it incredibly easy to make dishes that always seem so complex. The best part- no cleanup! They cleanup for you as you cook and clean the stations between courses. They email you all the recipes you made during the class so you can recreate them at home, how awesome is that?! The food is truly incredible, and all of the ingredients they use are fresh and come from incredible producers. We sat at the bar (which is open to anyone to enjoy, even during classes or when no classes are scheduled for the day) and chatted with one of the owners, Diego, after our class was finished. What an awesome guy to talk to, so passionate about what he's doing and providing a top-notch customer experience. Although the classes are a bit pricey per person, they do include some wine and cocktails, and they are again very well-sourced ingredients. We'll definitely be coming back and hopefully trying out some Puerto Rican/Cuban classes! read more

If I could give our experience 10 stars I would. My husband and I attended a brunch cooking class for our anniversary. The experience was incredible from start to finish. While we've missed being able to attend in person cooking classes, I'm trying to help them by purchasing their cocktails in batch form. Absolutely fabulous and worth the money when you want a craft made cocktail in a pinch a worth the price. My favorite is the Cafe Con Leche with a close second being the Barrel aged Negroni. We have been to Create twice now. The first was for the date night sushi cooking class. We loved it so much we decided to have them host my 40th birthday. The party was an absolute blast! They developed a brunch menu which was easy to make and delicious. All of our guests really enjoyed it, and everyone left with full bellies. I cannot say enough good things about the chefs here. We organized a private event at Create. Due to the cooking experience of the group, we opted to work with the Create team to create our own, unique Vietnamese menu. They were awesome to work with and willing to accommodate our feedback on the menu. The evening was great! Despite the fact that we all like to cook, there was of course a ton of socializing. Chef Nicole did a wonderful job keeping us on track, while still keeping the evening fun! Nicole also did a wonderful job with the menu...she is a big part of what made the evening a success. I cannot say enough good things about Create. Their classes have taught me so much about recipes I thought I knew tons about, and I feel like a part of the Create community - even in the virtual setting! I've even started planning an in-person cooking class birthday bash at Create...and my birthday is 11 months away (but I'll wait until 2024 if I have to). Their recipes are ridiculously good - my family has spent all of quarantine trying to find the perfect bolognese recipe (we must have tried almost a dozen) when the Create recipe is what we had been looking for all along! Visited Create for the first time today for a pastry class. It was amazing. Chef Nicole was a delight as was Chef Diego (the owner). We had a great time, had great food and learned some good tips. I have tried a couple other cooking classes here in Denver and elsewhere and this was hands down my favorite. We went last night for the flavors of Italy class and had a wonderful time. The food was delicious but accessible enough that I could actually see myself making this again at home.
