Jared came into our Airbnb and put together an incredible five-course meal for the wedding party, and every course felt polished, thoughtful, and genuinely high end. The food was outstanding, the presentation was top shelf, and the entire experience felt elevated (no pun intended) from start to finish. What I appreciated most was how well he balanced the infused element of the dinner. The THC side was incorporated in a way that felt intentional and well executed, not over the top or forced. It complemented the meal and the atmosphere instead of distracting from it, which takes real skill. You can tell Jarod knows exactly what he's doing and takes the craft seriously. Jarod 100% lives for his craft. This was not just a cool bachelor party add-on. It was legitimately excellent dining. He brought a fine dining level of execution into a relaxed mountain Airbnb setting and absolutely crushed it. If you are looking for a private chef experience that is unique, high end, and actually lives up to the hype, I would recommend Dine With Roilty without hesitation. Jarod & his team will outpace all expectations - Every. Single. Time.

Each kit comes with enough ingredients and a sushi rolling mat to make up to 8 to 12 rolls (but honestly probably made more rolls than that). You also have the option to customized your kit with additional add-ons of extra salmon, tuna, cooked shrimp and uni. The seafood was surprisingly fresh, delicious and of good quality. We loved the kit and would 10 out of 10 recommend for anyone looking for a creative date night meal or something to do with your kids. Will definitely order again as the owner is so sweet and professional!! Pro tip: assemble the ingredients on a charcuterie board for an aesthetic look while making your rolls.

Stephanie is not only a great chef, but also a great instructor; she knows how to explain things in a way that non-chefs will understand, all while making her classes fun, not to mention delicious! Every single thing I've eaten in these classes has been foodgasmically delicious. And I don't use that term lightly. I am not a vegan. Not even close. But there is more than one vegan recipe that has worked its way into my regular rotation, thanks to Cooking for Luv. You'd be surprised how handy it can be to have a few animal-free recipes in your arsenal. Even the DESSERTS are healthy! Not that you can tell by how they taste. Whether you be vegan, vegetarian, omnivore, or whatever, Cooking for Luv is definitely worth it.

So imagine the pleasant surprise when the same friend had the same 4th of July party exactly one year later, only this time to discover that the person responsible for the most amazing food was her! There was so much thought that went into the food.. what I mean is, not only was it delicious, but there was something for everyone (vegans, paleos, veggies, people that just want to pig out and eat deep fried pickles with the best sweet and sour sauce... I didn't even know that was an option in life until that day). I digress. Ok.. so here you have all these different types of food, all delicious AND all following one unified theme.. 4th of July. In other words, even though there was something for everyone it didn't look like a pot luck dinner where everyone brings something different. My mind is being blow b/c I didn't appreciate this awareness until right now, as I am typing. I think this is one of the things that separates people that like to cook and make contrasts for the sake of just being different (nothing wrong with that for sure!), and a true chef. I would highly recommend her and my girlfriend and I are looking forward to having her do a private cooking class/meal with our friends! Dave ps: here site and facebook page rocks too!

First of all, the menu is exceptional because these are authentic Italian dishes with fresh ingredients. You can cook as much as you like or you can stand back and watch; it's all very hands-on or hands-free depending on your preference. Meantime you mix and mingle and drink wine and sample all the different bottles that everyone has brought, or sip on the wines that Valerio has chosen for the specific event. Meeting everyone and talking about a common shared passion is a beautiful way to spend the evening! On the most recent event that I attended we brought a bottle of wine and our own glasses and sampled from about four different wines. It was a great way to try a lot of different wines that I wouldn't normally buy, to see how all of them taste paired with that evening's menu. He was really helpful with supporting me with coming up with dish ideas. However, after I paid my invoice, communication abruptly and gradually declined. I asked for a finalized menu multiple times and never received one. However, I did receive my final deposit email (I digress). I sent several messages asking for a refund, within the week of my birthday, informing them that we went a different direction. Due to not receiving a response or my refund, I have had to dispute the deposit transaction. I'm really disappointed with the way this turned out given that this was the first time I decided to book a catering company for a dinner or event. I am also still waiting on my refunded deposit. I do hope in the future that this company improves on customer service and time management skills.
