When I started incorporating my old routines again, I was more hesitant to do movements because of the nagging pain. Landing when rock climbing or attempting certain yoga poses felt very unstable and painful. Brandon and his clinic were so great in getting me back into what I love without pain. The facility itself is very clean and open, with various equipment based on the client's needs. Brandon and his team are very professional and personable. They are always smiling and approachable when you walk in, which makes it a comfortable atmosphere. We opted for a cold plunge, sauna and red light experience (there was a red light panel in the sauna). The room accommodated both is us. Walking in the vibe was calm, aesthetic and inviting. The room we were in had everything we needed and then some. Everything was clean and set up for use. Instructions are on the wall, so we didn't need to ask for much during our time. We opted for a 50 minute session and it was perfect for the both of us. For two people, including tax and tip it came out to about $117. Highly recommend this place!! One issue was the room was very small, so I would be hitting my body when getting up. The PT or PTA should have moved the table out but I think they moved so this problem is probably resolved. My 2nd issue is one of the Pt or PTA used so much pressure that I had a black and blue bruise and was in a lot pain. My mom, a registered nurse, wanted me to go to urgent care as the bruising was really bad. My 3rd issue is after my prescription ran out from the doctor they told me I so come back for 12 PT more visits. They did not ask me to run that by my doctor at all. I ran it by 2 different orthopedic surgeons who said no wait until after surgery for more PT. The company then called me to schedule even though my doctors said to wait. From my experience, I do not think high of the PT at Proactive at all.
