He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, compassionate and listens completely. There is never a feeling like you are rushed when you go there. I also have to say his assistant, Brian, is the best! They will help you through any challenge you have or refer you to the source you need. I had knee issues and didn't think I would get any better. With Dr. Vitale's help and guidance, I'm on the road to recovery. It's a drive for me, but so worth it.

I sought treatment at this clinic for severe right knee pain and left feeling completely dismissed…read more My experience was especially disappointing because I had previously worked with another physical therapist years ago who conducted a thorough evaluation and ultimately referred me to a specialist clinic where I was formally fitted for a custom knee brace for my left knee. That level of care helped me understand my condition and provided a path forward. At this clinic, the evaluation consisted primarily of X-rays and having me walk a few steps back and forth. Based on that minimal assessment, I was told they didn't think anything was wrong. Despite clearly explaining that I suffer from significant knee pain and that my symptoms are affecting my daily life, there was no meaningful attempt to identify the cause, discuss treatment options, evaluate my strength or mobility in depth, or provide any plan for managing the pain. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I specifically told them about my previous knee brace and the circumstances that led to it being prescribed. Rather than exploring whether a similar evaluation or referral might be appropriate for my current right knee issues, I was left sitting for roughly 20 minutes before an administrative staff member came in simply to show me knee brace options they happened to have in stock. To add insult to injury, I paid nearly $150 out of pocket after insurance for what amounted to little more than X-rays, a brief walk across the room, and being shown products for sale. I received no meaningful assessment, no treatment plan, no referral, and no support for the severe knee pain that brought me there in the first place. I came looking for professional medical guidance and a thorough physical therapy assessment. Instead, I felt like my concerns were brushed aside and the focus shifted to selling products rather than understanding why I am experiencing significant pain. Patients deserve to be listened to, evaluated carefully, and given clear recommendations. Unfortunately, my experience was a costly waste of time and money.

A year later I had another surgery to straighten my toe. The surgeon said it popped right back but he still inserted a screw. That screw didn't fuse and was uncomfortable, weird looking, and painful. I had another surgery and another and my foot issues became worse. From then on I had complications and all of my toes were affected after around 6 surgeries. I had many second opinions and by then my little toe had flipped and was impossible to walk with the nail side pointing down. One surgeon had said it couldn't be fixed and showed me how to tape it for comfort (FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE!!) but the tape fell off before I even walked out of the exam room. I found another surgeon that did fix my little toe issue and at the same time did a hammertoe surgery on my other foot. While I was ecstatic about my little toe the hammertoe surgery extended my second toe so far that it made me shoe size bigger than my other foot and was always getting bumped and tearing the nail. My fourth toe on the original foot then collapsed. I couldn't find anyone that wanted to touch this mess. Everyone said they couldn't fix my foot. One doctor did suggest sewing my toes together but I would rather lose a toe than have that done. The last doctor told me to wear only one type of athletic shoe (for the rest of my life) and then glibly said if I wanted to look good for an event to throw on a pair of 3 inch heels. Firstly my foot was so painful and deformed that there was NO WAY I could even put a shoe like that on much less walk in it. I told him I've never worn heels I just want to be able to walk, be out of pain and be able to wear shoes and sandals and not be mortified about my foot. I felt my life devalued by these doctors. I gave all my shoes away and was very demoralized. Looking online I found Dr. Wrotslavsky and was heartened to read his fantastic reviews, particularly from people with serious issues like mine. He didn't turn me away instead said that he could shorten the long second toe and use the bone from that toe to graft the collapsed fourth toe on my other foot. He said he's never seen it done but thought it would work. I did have some complications and after 3 surgeries he suggested removing the painful joints, fusing, and inserting a plate to stabilize my foot. I had to wear a long boot so that my foot could heal and the ligaments would not move my foot. It was a long recovery but after 4 surgeries with Dr. W I finally walked out of a podiatrist office wearing normal shoes and without a surgery appointment. Prior to the last surgery I couldn't even stand the pressure of a sheet on my foot, now I have no pain. I'm able to wear shoes, walk, and show my foot in sandals. Prior to 2011 I spent a lot of time hiking. But after the first surgery even walking became difficult. I had a total of 11 surgeries from 2011-2022. I spent over 2 years total wearing a boot; I literally hobbled and limped, and I splinted, taped, booted, and braced my foot for over 10 years. Dr Wrotslavsky understood how badly my foot issue was affecting my life. He valued my life, really empathized with everything I went through, and took the time to really think through every solution possible. He's such a friendly and nice person too and I felt so comfortable with him and his office staff. His office atmosphere is so much better than a lot of doctors I went to where it seemed like I was just another patient. Shortly after I had finished recovering I was standing outside Trader Joe's and a lady walked by and said, "I love your boots." I thought YOU HAVE NO IDEA! Thank you Dr Wrotslavsky for truly changing my life.

In my case, they charged me $750 for a consultation and then never billed my insurance as promised. I reached out via phone and email multiple times and 3 months later they filed the claim for a lower amount $475 of which my insurance paid 1/3 of. I am still fighting to find out why the billing amount was so much less but after their lack of response in the past, I doubt they will respond.

They always answered the phone right away and he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He then referred me to the physical therapy office next door and that's where the issues began. Since the first time I called, nobody ever picks up, I called 20+ times in a span of 2 weeks and each time the automated phone system made me listen to a 5 minute message about the history of San Diego Sports Medicine and the different location's phone numbers and then would proceed to hang up on me. The few times it did let me leave a message, nobody ever got back to me. It seems like nobody works at the front desk for some reason. When they finally got back to me, they made an appointment for me with the specific PT that Dr.Koretoff had requested. I was 3 weeks out from the earliest appointment which was not ideal but I had no choice but to wait. When I finally received the appointment reminder the week before the appointment, it said that the appointment will be with someone else, and not the person I had made the appointment with. The person at the front desk even confirmed that it will be with the PT I requested but that's not what they inputted in the system. As a result, I now have to wait another week to start PT. They offered no way to reconcile the situation even though it was their fault, and basically the conclusion was "tough luck, you have to pay for our mistake." In a separate conversation with the front desk again, they were explaining to me the difference between paying out of pocket vs going through insurance. They gave me the out of pocket rate but said that they can't confirm what the cost will be with insurance until I come in so I explained my deductible and the terms on my coverage to get her advice, the answer I got verbatim was "I've explained to you over and over again and it doesn't seem like you're understand so I think I'm wasting my time here." WTF? She only explained to me once, and basically indirectly called me dumb and told me I'm wasting her time? That's no way to talk to any patient especially if I'm being respectful. This is absolutely unacceptable. I don't care if you're having a bad day, you shouldn't be talking to people like that period, let alone if your job is customer service. This is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any front desk/customer service. It's like they hate their jobs. Do you guys no vet people before hiring them?

Might be a good surgeon, but that is the ONLY good thing I have to say about him. Wait till you hear what he said to me as I lay in my hospital bed! But I need to set this all up first. God forbid you are an ounce overweight. My first visit to his office for a possible knee replacement (and this should have been my first clue) was the unsolicited advice he gave me in regards to my being fat. Btw, I don't have a problem using that word. I'm fat and I won't be much longer now that I am getting my second knee done by another doctor and will be able to return to my normal activities of power walking and boogie boarding. I was a competitive athlete, so I know what I need to do that I haven't been able to do for several years now. He actually said to me, "Why don't you just eat one meal...EVERY OTHER DAY." WTF?! Who gives ridiculously unhealthy advice like that?! I even said to him, "Are you crazy?!" He then said, "I guess I shouldn't be giving out nutritional advice, heh, heh." I then responded with, "You sure as hell shouldn't!" One more pre op visit before surgery and then he says to me, "Tell me the risks of surgery." And I did. He then said, "Now tell me the risk of surgery being that overweight." I said, "Look Doc, I know how overweight I am, you don't need to say that." Sheez. Fast forward to two days after surgery as I am lying in my hospital bed at Scripps La Jolla, where he is not on staff, but does his procedures there. He comes in at like 6 am and proceeds to trace his hands over my body in some stupid fashion and all I could say was, "What are you doing?" He responds with, "I'm just trying to figure out how you do it." "Do what?" I say. He says, and I shit you not...."YOU'RE LIKE THE SIZE OF TWO PEOPLE, IT LOOKS LIKE YOU HAVE A PAPOOSE LYING NEXT TO YOU." And he laughed whilst he said it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I said, "You are the most unprofessional doctor and you have fat shamed me for the last time!! Leave the room now and I never want to see you again!!" I only saw his P.A. Eric, for my post op visits. You know, the one that the other negative reviewer, Lisa S. said on here, is not very personable. She's right, he's not, but at least he never fat shamed me! Needless to say, I told several of the nurses, who literally dropped their jaws (pretty much the response I've received from everyone I've told this story to!!) and asked me to tell this to the charge nurse, which of course I did. She gave me the number of the Chief of Orthopedic Surgery and several other hospital administrators to report him to. And you better believe I did as soon as I got home. The Chief called back and apologized profusely to me and said no one deserves to be talked to that way. He said he would be speaking to him regarding this matter. I told him that I just happen to be a confident fat girl. Can you imagine him saying this to one who isn't??! WAIT, IT GETS EVEN MORE CONVOLUTED FROM HERE! Fast forward 6 months later and I now need to get my other knee replaced, which I knew was coming. I knew I wasn't going back to him, that's for sure. After calling several other surgeons and being turned down, some because of my weight, and others because of my insurance, I got a bit desperate, and decided to call back Rudolph's office to see if there might be another surgeon in his office that might do the procedure. Eric, his PA answered the phone. When I told him why I was calling, he said, "Are you sure you don't want Dr. Rudolph to do it? You think the surgery went ok, right?" Yes, I said, but this is what he said to me in the hospital and I really don't want to see him again, bla, bla. Eric said, let me just see if he will even do the surgery on you and put me on hold before I could even say no way. What he came back with next, blew me away. Eric said, "I talked to him and he said, if you will call back the Chief of Surgery and tell him you regret all you said, he will do your surgery." WHAT THE HELL?!?! You want me to lie about my own horrific experience with you and compromise MY ETHICS to do so?!?! The nerve of that bastard!! I should report your ass to the AMA and don't think I still won't! Happy ending to this sad story. The very next day, I found a wonderful doctor who is doing my surgery this coming week. When I asked him why he would do the surgery when others wouldn't, he said, "Recent literature shows that there is no more of a risk doing surgery on overweight patients as there is on thinner ones." He also was blown away when I told him what Dr. Rudolph said and how I was treated. I sure hope someone in his office, or Dr. Rudolph himself reads this. You need to understand how you are undermining people's esteem and confidence with your fat shaming ways. Take some kind of patient compassion classes, because you are far from being a compassionate person, no less a caring doctor!!

I saw Julie the P.A. and she has been very professional..kind n extremely good other job. Especially with my injections. Of course the injections hurt a bit( my trick is to have an assistant hold the freeze spray one the place where MD or PA is injecting (during the entire injection time). Im extremely pleased with all MDs I've seen there.. Dr Tal David &Dr Jerrick Robker. I've had hand surgery w/ Dr Robker n it was amazing. I highly recommend this entire office off Serrento Rd. I have been dealing with a right Achilles issue for a few years and have seen five doctors (3 last…read moresummer) mostly surgeons for it with no real answers or options. I've had X-ray after X-ray, a couple of MRIs, and months in physical therapy and still have weeks at a time where I am hobbled. I had all but given up on finding a doctor who cared in San Diego. I did yet another search across the county for another foot/ankle specialist and found this medical office and Dr. Ian Foran. I looked him up on several sites and he had great reviews so I went into this appointment with a positive attitude and I wasn't disappointed. First, the customer service I received when I made the appointment was excellent. The woman I spoke with was personable and helpful and sympathetic to my issue and tried to get me in as quickly as possible. Without any urging from me, she even put me on their cancellation list. (I did get a call for a cancellation two days later but I was out of town.) Second, I received updates and clear directions for my appointment via email and through the MyChart app. I was able to do my full check-in prior to my appointment including paying my copay. The parking directions were easy to find as was the building and the office suite. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted immediately. The office is modern and clean and comfortable. They have a table shuffle board in the lobby too which was pretty cool. The woman at the desk verified my identity and information and all of the paperwork I completed. I waited for maybe 7 minutes before the doctor's nurse (or assistant I forgot to ask her title) escorted me to a room. The rooms were all glass with sliding glass barn doors and were extremely comfortable and spacious. Dr. Foran's nurse/assistant Christy (Kristy) was a hoot! She and I had a great conversation about Nikes as big sneaker heads. I waited about 7 minutes to see Dr. Foran. Third, I liked Dr. Foran's presence and aura as soon as he walked into the room. He had this approachable and calming demeanour. He made eye contact as asked me about my ankle and the issues and ACTUALLY LISTENED while I explained the duration of the injury and its constant pain and all. He showed me what he saw and his thoughts on the terrible MRI report that was done for my last MRI. He went through the options and I let him know I'd done all of them. While I didn't want to have surgery I couldn't see any other option except possibly an injection if he thought that was a good idea. Four, he said that he agreed that surgery was going to be my best option. He went through the surgical procedure he thinks makes the most sense. The least invasive option which is a thirty minute outpatient surgery. He gave me the best case scenarios and the recovery time and was thorough in his explanation of everything. Five, I was with him for about thirty minutes discussing my injury. When was the last time a doctor spent that much time with a patient? The last one who did performed my major knee surgery. I am so glad I persevered and found a doctor that gives a damn about his patients. I'm not excited for surgery but I am excited for some relief and a return to my active life! Thank you, Dr. Foran and staff for giving a damn and treating your patients like human beings!

When with different surgeon and he confirm my pcl is a full tear. That I need surgery again, something that Mr Smith should have done the first time when he operated me. Just waisted 1.5 years of my life waiting for my knee to get better and stronger. But it never came because Mr Smith decided to do other stuff to my knee but never the Pcl reconstruction Of the knee. So disappointed for this actions.

He just brushed me off without a proper diagnosis so I felt like he was just rushing to get paid for the appointment rather than providing the medical service I needed. I would NOT recommend him whatsoever!

PRN Physical Therapy in La Jolla/UTC is one of the best physical therapy centers in San Diego, primarily because of the experience and expertise of its manager and co-owner, Yousef Ghandour. Yousef is skilled at listening to his patients, assessing and evaluating their condition, determining a treatment plan, and making any additional recommendations as needed. He utilizes manual therapy and patient exercises in his treatments (in addition to other modalities), and I was initially drawn to his practice because he incorporates the use of weights and pulleys for patient exercises, and mentors this very effective approach to his colleagues. Yousef helped me return to daily activities after a debilitating case of plantar fasciitis, and again after correctly assessing lower back issues which resulted in leg pain. The staff at PRN is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facility is superbly maintained and exceptionally clean. Appointments are made to accommodate your time as best as possible, and the appointment schedule is made available to you. Your exercises for at-home work are provided electronically through their app, but also available in printed form. Home exercise is strongly encouraged and critical for self-improvement. I would give Yousef 10 stars if I could. I've had back pain since I was 15 from being a competitive gymnast. Thankfully I had an amazing athletic training staff that kept me going in college. Fast forward 16 years later and a 1 year old baby later my back pain had increased a lot to the point sitting, standing, everyday life was painful. I"ve had a lot of back injuries over the years and pain, so I know when it's something that I can work through or something I need to see my Dr. for. I met Yousef in August 2018 and from our initial conversation and assessment appointment, I was very confident that Yousef would be able to get me back on track. It took a lot of work, patience and backing off my normal daily activities, but I'm happy to say that five months later I'm pain free and have the updated proper tools and exercises needed to keep up the maintenance for pain management. Yousef is very attuned to each patient and is able to customize your therapy to each person, to each PT appointment. Some days I had additional pain and Yousef could define why and how it was tied back to my original back pain and if I was over compensating. I very much appreciated the educational component that Yousef included in our appointments. I highly recommend Yousef, PRN Physical Therapy - La Jolla. I recently completed physical therapy at PRN Physical Therapy following my knee replacement, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish! The office is run by the loveliest young woman, who handles everything with professionalism and warmth. My phone calls were always answered promptly, and she went out of her way to find me appointment times. I have attended physical therapy at several other facilities, and PRN far surpasses them all. The therapists are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to their patients. They are led by Yousef, whose commitment to excellence and genuine pride in the care provided by his team is evident in every aspect of the practice. Each therapist spends meaningful time with their patients, so you never feel rushed or treated like just another appointment. The therapy assistants are equally attentive and knowledgeable, working closely with each patient to ensure a high-quality rehabilitation program. What stood out most to me was the sense of teamwork throughout the entire facility. Best physical therapy place in San Diego!!! I was suffering from chronic disc bulge pain and neck pain for past 7 months. During this period I tried all sorts of medical experts, chiropractor and physiotherapist but nothing was helping me. Fortunately my orthopedic doctor referred me to Yousef at PRN therapy. She was speaking highly of him. My first visit to him itself provided me confidence that now I am at right place. Yousef has a very pleasing personality and he is extremely patient person. He listened and enquired every possible details of my problem and then he started what I will say 'his magic'. In about two-three weeks I started to notice the difference. I would also like to write about Yousef's colleague Darren. They both are best in their profession. They slowly worked towards my full recovery. Infact they requested my insurance provider to increase the number of sessions to enable a complete relief. As like any great organization, the support staff is awesome. I got a great assistance from Jenn, Mireya, Miguel, Catelyn and Cameron. Already recommended this place to many of my friends. Following lumbar spinal fusion surgery my neurosurgeon recommended I see one person and one person only for my post-op physical therapy and that person is Yousef Ghandour. Over the years I have had cause to utilize physical therapy for several different conditions and my experience with Yousef and his team at PRN La Jolla is above and beyond any of my previous experiences. While the surgery corrected the most serious issue with my back, it didn't correct everything and Yousef is truly exceptional at identifying the causes of my dysfunction along with the course of treatment. My issues can't be corrected with a 'quick fix', however, I remain confident that if I do the work he has prescribed for me and I continue with my physical therapy, I will reach my goal of walking without pain to and from the village when my partner and I take our annual trip to France this fall. I recommend Yousef Ghandor and his team for anyone seeking superior quality physical therapy! read more

I am an avid 63 year old cyclist and golfer and have had my share of injuries and surgeries over the years. I must mention Yousef Ghandour of PRN Physical therapy Center of San Diego. I have many surgeon friends who all agree that Yousef is the best PT guy in San Diego County. Many of my physical therapy friends have attended his clinics learning about his unique methods. Youssef has rehabbed my lower back several times as well as my shoulder and knee so successfully that I was able to get back to my activities in matter of weeks, not months. What I like most about Yousef is his insistence on preventative maintenance. In other words, he gives a set of exercises that if done consistently, you won't have to go back to see him. I have been going to PRN for several years - not all the time but when I had an issue that needed addressing by a professional Physical Therapist. The therapists here at PRN are all competent and experienced. I have worked mostly with Yousef Ghandour - PT treater extraordinaire. Initially he solved my neck issues. During this COVID time I have developed some other issues and Yousef, as always, had good prescriptions for my healing. We have had virtual sessions which are not as good as in-person but he provided me with an exercise program which is very helpful. The only issue I would identify is this: if you think you are going to need Yousef in the future just sign up for some sessions now - like signing your preschool kid up for kindergarten. I had very severe low back pain with abnormal posture. The back pain was so bad that I was scheduled to have surgery on my lumbar spine. However, I was given the option to try physical therapy. Previously, my wife had physical therapy at Yousef Ghandour's facility with excellent result . So l decided to follow the suit and I have been very pleased with the outcome. My posture improved significantly and my pre-surgical back pain has completely resolved. Yousef's personality is superb. His constant attention to the patients is unbelievable. Yousef Ghandour is a well-respected, highly effective, highly skilled, self-disciplined, knowledgeable, hard-working and experienced PT professional. Added to these qualities, he is also a personable and caring person, one who seems to take his clients' successful recovery as his own rewards. I had heard of Yousef 's good reputation in the PT community long before I needed help myself with a debilitating back pain for which a surgery had been recommended by a couple of neuro-surgeons. When I was in college I was hit by a drunk driver who broke my neck. I have spent a lifetime seeing countless Drs. and Physical Therapists, in both New York City and Los Angeles - all the best and biggest names. After retiring to San Diego and finding Scripps Hospital, I was stunned to discover a Physical Therapy wizard of the highest level right in La Jolla, whom I was referred to by the Scripps surgeons - Dr. Yousef Ghandor at PRN. Having been to over a dozen different Physical Therapists for sports related injuries during the last 25+ years (knee replacements, rotator cuff, back issues, ACL...), Yousef is the best PT that I have experienced. His knowledge, expertise, and skills are exceptional. While my surgeon was unable to determine why I was not recovering well from my knee replacement surgery, Yousef was able to use a combination of hands on therapy and progressive exercises to put me on a path to recovery. i came here due to a dislocated knee during covid. it was my first injury and probably one of the most painful times of my life. I couldn't walk, use the bathroom, make myself food or anything. i was recommended here by my doctor around the corner and i couldn't be more happier. I was paired up with Kaila and wow she's the best. Turned my life around completely. She made me comfortable when i needed it, but was able to push me when i needed an extra push. Youssef is an excellent Physical Therapist....the top....he took care of me after each knee surgery....one done in March 2016 and the second knee in March 2018...with his expertise and professionalism I am able to walk straight after so many years of walking wrong and limping.....my husband also was treated by Youssef and now after few weeks we see a big improvement...he is more stabilized and his muscles are getting stronger...the staff at PRN are professionals, courteous and experienced...I cannot but praise Youssef and the facility he is running...and will recommend PRN to whoever is looking for a long lasting recovery in the hands of Youssef and his staff...I cannot thank them enough read more

Working with Jayme Cargnoni has been a life changing experience for me. I saw strength and improvement after every treatment. She shared her knowledge and expertise with me and has given me a different perspective on the physical aspects of my sport as well as preventing further injuries. There, I met Ilana Catun, a fantastic physical therapist who, whim just a matter of minutes of working with me, discovered something about me that nobody has ever found my entire life, my hips are anteverted! You can imagine my surprise! I had struggled with back pain for years, but had not known why. Ilana was kind and professional as she explained what that meant to me. On December 2015 had my right knee replace with a prosthetic appliance, my physician referred me to a gentlemen by the name of Yousef for my physical therapy.In less than 12 weeks I was playing tennis again. On December 2018 had my second knee replaced and of course professor Yousef had me playing tennis in less than 10 weeks Last weekend playing tennis I had a Gluteus Medius tear on my right side,went to see profesor Yousef for physical therapy and a week later I was playing tennis again. I was skeptical of any physiotherapy treatment because of my own experience over the last 5 years. My physician Dr. Ryan Moran insisted that I should give at least a try to this facility. I am so grateful that he insisted and I came across people who are not only super competent professionals but also shows deep care and are willing to help you to get back to activities you love, work or sports. Thank you PRN and thank you Ilana for being open and doing what you do so well during the Corona lock down. I just don't know what I would have done without your hands on help in getting my full knee replacement back to full range of motion. The blood flow regulator machine there really is amazing for quickly rebuilding muscle. I always looked forward to the soft tissue therapy each visit as I just could not do that on my own. Mark the head therapist and his associates are well kink and they know what they are doing I went to Prn with a neck and back problem Matk ask me a ton of questions about my problem then tailored a program that fits my needs i got 1 and half hours of physical therapy each session. Had full knee replacement four years ago. I was referred to professor Yousef Ghandour from Physical Therapy Center of San Diego to rehabilitate my knee.....he had me riding my bike in 10 weeks and playing tennis in 12weeks. She deserve it sweet kind caring and hard worker dedicated. Lucky Mission Valley to have got her transfer. The other PT helpers (trainers) were very helpful and kind. I always felt they worked as a team. While I'm trying to get stronger Jenn would be on the phone making sure I'm in good form, not letting me lazy!!. The only complaint I had was there is so many patients that needed to be seen and Jenn would call everyone work so hard to fit everyone in with little notes everywhere and multiple screens up constantly there wasn't enough Physical Therapists scheduled to get the patients in. I even had to wait several weeks to get an evaluation. Believe me she had me on wait lists. The area is small but cozy and everyone works together. They do a GREAT JOB of giving everyone space and getting around. They should be commended on the TEAM WORK they have. FIVE Stars to Carmel Valley. One issue was the room was very small, so I would be hitting my body when getting up. The PT or PTA should have moved the table out but I think they moved so this problem is probably resolved. My 2nd issue is one of the Pt or PTA used so much pressure that I had a black and blue bruise and was in a lot pain. My mom, a registered nurse, wanted me to go to urgent care as the bruising was really bad. My 3rd issue is after my prescription ran out from the doctor they told me I so come back for 12 PT more visits. They did not ask me to run that by my doctor at all. I ran it by 2 different orthopedic surgeons who said no wait until after surgery for more PT. The company then called me to schedule even though my doctors said to wait. From my experience, I do not think high of the PT at Proactive at all.
