It was awesome to check out Honor, definitely enjoyed their classes and such a great workout! Upon entering the studio is spacious, modern, and clean. I love the aesthetics here! I spoke with another student who was super friendly and motivating on her way out with her third time coming! She talked highly about Honor and seemed energetic and kind on her way out when I was entering in for my first class here. The person covering the desk was nice and both instructors I have taken were awesome. They have great music and help with form, I definitely felt the push and burn from doing Honor Pilates. Their machines are newer and easy to use if you are familiar with the older traditional reformers. Parking was easy when I came here, but it was mid morning during the weekday which makes it less busy.

She is knowledgeable and attentive, and she has helped me stay stronger and more fit as I've aged. She explains movements clearly, offers thoughtful cues, and helps me work safely and effectively. Beyond her technical skill, Rachel brings such a positive, encouraging energy that makes working out a pleasant experience. I can also recommend Dolly and Amber as excellent Pilates teachers. So if you're looking for Pilates instructors who genuinely care about your progress and deliver consistently excellent sessions, consider Windansea Pilates. I know what your thinking, a sauna is like every other sauna out there, but to tell you the truth, I would say this one is so much better. First of all, the sauna experience is something that I have never experienced before and most definitely not like the saunas in the gym. It the gym, there is a possibility that you can share the sauna with some complete stranger. So having the room to myself is always a plus so I can just sit there and relax. Besides it being private, it's something new and refreshing. There is no steam or thick air that makes it hard to breath. In fact, I breath a lot easier when I in this sauna. The facility is nice and clean. Another great thing is the iPod connector. If you bring your iPod, you can listen to whatever music you feel like while your getting relaxed and detoxed. Lastly, for some reason I always walk out of this thing with my skin feeling really smooth. My girlfriend even mentioned how smooth my skin feels after I'm done with my session. Second reason to check this place out is the people that work here. Everyone that works here are super nice and very friendly. Even the people that work out here are cool. Who wouldn't want to come to a place where everyone is friendly and nice? Besides the people here, the price is great. I don't feel like I'm spending too much money to use the facility. With times like these, extra expenses need to be cut down, and this is one expense that I plan on keeping. Overall this place gets 5 stars because of the great facility and the wonderful people that work here. I'm a fan of this FAR Infrared sauna and I know I am because I'm here every week. Check it out yourself; just don't come by on Monday's at 6:45 because I'll be using the sauna.

I went to the 7 am boxing class so street parking was easy to find. This studio also has spin bikes, punching bags, treadmills, free weights and a Pilates reformer room in the back. Bruno was the boxing instructor for the class. He had us warm up running on the treadmill or outside. I opted for the treadmill since it was in the low 50s this morning. There were two other students in the class besides me. Bruno had us do 3 or 4 different circuits. My memory is a little hazy since it was early in the morning and I hadn't had any breakfast plus I was still tired from the previous night's workout. From what I remember, the hour-long class involved box jumps (up-down and side-to-side), punching the bag, working on punch routines with the instructor, side-to-side hops over the cones, smashing the medicine ball, and other ab-core work. Overall, it was a great workout. Everybody was friendly. It was my first time at this studio; I plan on going back again.

Didn't feel like much Pilates besides the side laying series, felt more like a HIIT boot camp. Like other reviewers have mentioned, it gets really packed inside. I think that might also explain why instructors aren't hands on with modifications -- it's just too crowded to fit in between people. The person to my left got their nasty a$$ foot sweat on me when we were all doing supine twist and did not give a damn. Music was obnoxiously loud, my ears were ringing after class. Instructor was sweet but noticed there weren't many modifications, lol the "NO ONE DROPS!!" cues don't really help someone doing a modified plank! Doesn't compare at all to Flexcore down the street. The eucalyptus towel was the saving grace, but personally, I wouldn't come back here again. At Flexcore, they give out towels while you're stretching so you don't have to swim in a crowd of people after.

One incident involved a member being removed from the studio in a way that felt discriminatory, with comments made about her "smelling like strong spices," which I found incredibly inappropriate. I also saw situations where members' cards continued to be charged even after issues or cancellations were raised. From my perspective, the way management handled these situations felt dishonest and unfair to members. It's unfortunate because the instructors and staff who actually run the classes are wonderful and create a great workout environment. My issue is specifically with the regional manager, Marlena, and how situations with employees and members were handled. I hope corporate takes a closer look at what's happening here, because the instructors and members deserve better leadership.
