We actually arrived an hour before opening, but the owner -- who was sitting outside with another person -- greeted us with a big smile and invited us in anyway. He asked where we were from and spoke passionately about crafting his flavors fresh every day, using real ingredients. You could tell he genuinely cares about the experience. He offered us a sample of a dragon fruit flavor he was experimenting with -- it was light, clean, and bursting with natural fruit flavor. No artificial aftertaste, just smooth, refreshing perfection. We ended up ordering the pistachio baklava, and it was hands-down one of the best gelatos we've ever had. The pistachio was rich, nutty, and full-bodied -- not that artificial green stuff you get in most places. The baklava pieces added just the right amount of texture and sweetness, without overpowering the balance. It was creamy without being too heavy, and every bite made you want to slow down and savor it. There was also plenty of parking, and we got to sit outside to enjoy our treat in peace. We never felt rushed -- just welcomed and appreciated. We were so caught up in the moment, we forgot to ask his name -- but his kindness and passion won't be forgotten. This place is a gem. If you're looking for authentic, thoughtfully made gelato, this is it. We'll definitely be back -- probably with friends. *Update: We went back to Bosa Gelato last night and loved the experience even more. The place was very active and spotless, even during the final hour before closing. We shared a cone with strawberry and mint chocolate -- both flavors were delicious! The mint had a refreshing cooling effect without any lingering aftertaste, and the strawberry was perfectly sweet without being overpowering. The two young ladies working were super friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. It was lovely to see the shop so lively at night!

I walked up and asked one of the employees, who was standing there and not helping another customer, what the ice cream sizes were. She gave me an annoyed look and responded, "What?!" Before she answered, another employee yelled from across the truck, "I have it right here. Wait your turn," while he was ringing up someone else. I apologized and said I thought I could ask her since she wasn't helping anyone. She then muttered, "You don't have to be fucking rude." When she realized I heard her, she immediately ducked back into the truck. The entire interaction was incredibly unprofessional. Then I was charged $10 for an item clearly posted as $7. I was told the extra $3 was "tax," which simply isn't possible. We even have video showing the posted price and confirming what other customers paid. I chose not to argue because I was there with my toddler and didn't want to ruin our family outing. Everyone can have an off day, but there is no excuse for swearing at customers, treating people with disrespect, or charging more than the posted price.
