I provided her a picture of a two-tier cake I was looking to have made and a picture to see if she can accommodate me. Not only did she meet my expectations, but went beyond and the extra mile. We both had open communication what was which was great and if there's something I wanted to change prior to having the cake made, she was more than accommodating. Wow! Gina did an amazing job for my wife's birthday cake. The attention to detail was superior and the communication was outstanding. I gave Gina some examples of what I was looking for and she did EXACTLY what I wanted. More than anything, the frosting and the cake tasted AMAZING!!!! The taste of the frosting was perfect, not too sweet and it complimented the bread very well. And the bread was moist and fresh! I have had many cakes over the years and her work is outstanding! Rude customer service and wanted to charge over 200 for the smallest bday cake for my son with not even a lot of decoration - claimed because I needed it in two days that that's why it was so expensive and it would take her all day because of the short time notice. Idk how it takes you longer to make a cake because you need it sooner - also told me she was being genenrous by refunding me 5 mins after sending it because her policy is keeping 50%. I was texting with her for maybe 2 hours on and off so maybe 30 mins or her time total in text and she of course kept 7 dollars because she already transferred it or something. She was rude and her prices were outrages. Won't be trying again. I can see the policy if she would have done ANYTHING to prep for making the cake but we literally just talked and we picked a cake and then I changed my mind because the price was just too much. And wanted 90 for 24 cupcakes lol - now she's called me multiple times. Had to block. Signs of bad customer service! NOW! Home advisor shows their name on their site and shows they gave my number to them so I can get harassing calls all Day! Well you're not smart because your actual business name showed up! They told me! You have home advisor my number in retaliation I take care of my son and 90 yr old dad and you'd really send people to harass and call me all day?? Now I texted to stop giving my my number out and they threatened to sue and are lieing saying I've called them. Never called them once and I have all the texts. They're really not ok. Edit to response : never called you but one time which is proof in my phone lol so stop lying and harassing ME. I have the 2-3 missed calls yesterday after you were upset about my review. I'm allowed to share my experience so stop selling my number and bullying me into taking it down because I won't. But way too busy to harass someone! So that's pretty crazy.
