When you get here, ask for Gavin trust me…read more.. Today I came in for a quick bite to eat with my nine year-old our server was Gavin when I tell you, hands-down, phenomenal, great listener very attentive, even when my son will whisper certain things that he wanted from the menu. He was so attentive. I hate to speak to him directly to be his order exactly how he wanted it. I'm only giving this four stars because The kitchen still struggles at this location. The french fries came out overly salted to the point. My son sent them back. Gavin gave us no issue in the return of the unsatisfied product and honestly, I'm extremely grateful that he didn't send over a manager or share with anybody else we were having an issue. He just took the initiative and resolved it. Food is definitely better in the daytime than it is in the evening hands-down as far as consistency in preparation. Once the kitchen tightens up and of course, start cooking fries in batch orders this location will be phenomenal again.

I stopped by with some friends and decided to have a little snack. I was told the cheese muffins…read morewere a must so we got those. I also ordered a peach tea, smoked wings, onion rings, & the brisket platter. Listen, I don't know what they did to these cheese muffins, but they were heavenly. They pretty much melt in your mouth. The first one I ate without butter and it was good; for the second one, I slathered some butter on there and that made it even better. I probably ate half the basket by myself. For the smoked wings, instead of getting them drenched in sauce, I ordered all the sauces on the side. The wings had a slight crisp on the outside, which I love. It gives me the illusion that I'm eating a fried wing, but this way is much healthier. Lol. All of the sauces were solid. The honey habanero sauce was good, but really wasn't hot. The white sauce in Carolina mustard sauces were probably my favorite. I never pass up a chance to order hand breaded onion wings. It's rare to see those on the menu. These were done just right. The breading was crispy, light, & seasoned. They came with ketchup, but I dipped them in my barbecue sauces instead. These were much better than frozen onion rings with breading that's too thick. Unfortunately, I enjoyed my appetizers more than my brisket platter. I was underwhelmed by the brisket; it wasn't as flavorful as I'd hoped. The greens were OK and I didn't eat the macaroni and cheese. The consistency was not what I was expecting. Our server was great. He gave good recommendations, was friendly, and even accommodated my friend's request to watch a specific game on the television near us. The next time I'm in town, I'd be willing to give it another try. I'll just order a different entrée with different sides.

This is the Georgia BBQ style I grew up on and I wish we had it in my area, not the national chain. The staff are very friendly and the owners are awesome! REAL Barbeque!…read more Gainesville, Georgia. 11 am. I was headed for Florida. Driving the back roads to avoid the ATL traffic. Interstate ain't for me! Denied breakfast, I heard those familiar low growls from my midsection. I was hungry. But I was looking for something special. For lunch. NO fast food. NEVER! NO chain restaurants. NOT this time, bud. I wasn't quite sure what I was in the mood for, but I KNEW I'd KNOW it when I SAW it... It was then I seemed to sense the scentual aroma of slow cooked meat over a real pit. Barbeque! YES! THAT'S what I was in the mood for! At that moment, I was tempted to pull over and do my usual online search. But it was still a little too early for lunch, so I ambled on. Mile after mile after mile. Turns out, I believe I was being led by the nose to Covington. I just felt it. Movie town, here I come. Once in town, that is when I hit the web. I sniffed out a place called Bradley's Real Pit Barbeque. Hmmmm. Let's do it! EXACTLY EVERYTHING I EVER wanted in the way of Barbeque!!! I ordered the Half Rack of Ribs, with fries and beans. What I got was a STACK of RIBS...with those delectable fries and beans. Ribs. The HOLY Grail of the grill. The Fall off the Bone smoky goodness carried me to lip smacking, finger lickin, OHHHHHH YEAH ville! Man! Those ribs! (I AM a rib aficionado. A connoisseur of pit cooking). THESE were no fib ribs. FINER than fine with a huge touch of yum. OHHHHH Yeah. I now LOVE Bradley's. Looking for any excuse to drive north, to Movie town and sit down. Like the Terminator said, "I'll be back!"

The reason for the 3star rating: facility was dimly lit but we could still see that it could be a little cleaner (windows, glass doors, furniture, etc). Also, the staff is young and needs a little more polished professionalism (training). The day we visited once they were finished serving the servers seemed to congregate near the entry just shooting the breeze. Call me old fashioned but some tables, floors, bathrooms... or something could be cleaned, etc. Again, the food was plentiful and good but we will probably go to a more authentic Korean Restaurant.

Location is in a little place next to a gas station. Im a huge pulled pork sandwich fan and was looking for that but they only had rib , rib tip, and chicken sandwiches. I settled for the rib sandwich. $8 and some changed, gave me about 6 ribs and 2 pieces of bread. The ribs were on point. They looked super good, had a nice dark bark on the outside and the meat was juicy and tender looking. For me the taste was delicious. Nice, Smokey flavor to them that wasn't to overbearing. Both the sweet and the spicy sauces were good too. Excited to try other things or even just get the ribs again.
