The customer service is horrendous. I had been trying to reach them for days about my membership, and no response. It took the so long to respond that I was charged for another month and the agent said there was nothing she could do, so she just suggested I use my service. On top of that, they are supposed to have a license plate reader that auto-recognizes your vehicle. Every time I go there is a problem and an attendant needs to intervene. I just had the $17 (Spiffy) wash done on my 2 month old 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid. This is my 1st trip back to this place in many years (and the 1st time with this car). My car was covered with a light coating of road salt or brine that was applied to streets after the recent snow we had around here. The prices definitely went up but the wash was very good and the drying was almost complete. I got out to check for scratches or swirls and there were none (something that I worried about since it took me many years of hard work and savings to be able to buy this car). There was an attendant where you drive through to pay for the wash you want that was very helpful. In summary it was a good experience and I will return as needed for more washes as I live in a condo and have no option to wash it myself (even if I really wanted to). 2 thumbs up to Crazy Pete's Car Wash! This place is a disappointment. I won't go back. I went there several times and found the actual wash to be only so so. I also think they put the cars passing through too close together, so that dirty water washes off onto other cars going through. But the last last straw was today. I came back from skiing with my car all crusted with salt and ran it through this place (and the cashless part is nice). The next morning, I noticed that there was a lot of salt left behind, so I went back and asked if they would run it through again. It was very clear that this was not just new salt spray, but they refused to even discuss it. The kid I talked to said that I should have asked for another wash when I went through yesterday. A fair point, maybe, except that the car was wet when I left and you couldn't see that the remaining water was salty. Their resolution? To tell me not to come back. Fine with me - I will go to the one down by Barnaby's, where they wipe it down afterwards. A two buck tip won't kill me. read more

I specifically asked to have the guy really clean the back of the car before going through the auto wash. He sprayed it. They need to use a brush. I had to re-clean the entire back of my SUV--window, bumper, etc. to get the dirt off. It's disappointing to pay $19 for the best wash options, and have to clean 1/4 of the car myself when I get home. read more

There is no good deal here, this place is a rip off! I payed for a $9.00 wash put in a $20 and when my change came out not only was it a $1 short, but they also charged me an extra $3.00 for a rain x treatment which I did not request! When I was about to enter the car wash I tried to get the attendants attention. Reluctantly he acknowledged me, when i told him he said that he could not take the rain x off of the wash, when I asked for the change the machine had jipped me, he so he could't give it to me. When i asked for a phone number to call he gave me an attitude and said there wasn't one. Apon my exit I looked for a phone numer on the sign, nothing. As a former professional detailer I usually avoid mechanical car washes because they cant perform as good a job as you could do yourself; however, sometimes time or schedules won't allow for a hour wash session. Gave this place a try today as I've driven by it quite a few times and I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. I purchased the lowest grade wash ($7.00) as I usually just end up washing it again when I have time, but it came out much better than expected. My wheels are notoriously hard to clean and it did them flawlessly. Very impressed, and will be returning the next time I want to squeeze in a quick wash. read more

Will never go to this car wash again. Just found out that they complained about the high school having car washes. If they had a brain they would realize that anyone getting their car washed by a bunch of high school students are just donating their money. These knuckleheads damaged my car and say they didn't do it. The kid blew me off. I'm certainly not done with them yet. They have my contact info. NO truck wash here. i was told the motor was broken on the devise that washes the hood and roof. it stayed in the up position as my truck went through so that the brushes never touched the top of the truck. there is no sign to let truck customers know their truck only gets a partial side wash. maybe an investment in the equiptment needed to get the job done right would be smart. i won't be back. read more
