My rating is relative to other Chinese buffets. Crazy Buffet is one of the larger buffets in the area. It has a huge sushi station (biggest I've seen anywhere), hibachi and pho station, soup station, salad station, 3 hot food stations, and a dessert station. So plenty of choices! It is mostly Chinese but also has the standard chicken nuggets, fries, pizza, ham, and sausages for those who want something else. The place was very clean which is awesome. I know a couple other places that really need to shut down for a couple of days and clean top to bottom. Not here! The staff were super friendly. They were prompt to clear plates and refresh drinks. And it was a busy Saturday night for dinner so fresh dishes were constantly coming out. No stale food tonight! Pretty much everything we had was local takeout quality. Really I've only been to one other place (not here) that was noticeably better than Crazy Buffet. I'd say CB is about as good as you are going to get in Orlando with 1-2 other notable places. There were a three dishes that weren't good. The plain chicken wings were completely dry. The wontons in wonton soup were just not good. The crab clusters were also so overcooked that the meat was dry and fishy. But really everything else was good including...hot and sour soup, pan fried dumplings, egg rolls, spicy shrimp, chicken and broccoli, pepper beef, sweet and sour chicken, fried shrimp, fruit, pizza, crab rangoon, string beans, braised cabbage, mushrooms, sesame chicken, and much much more. Overall a good experience. It's pretty far from where I live so I don't know if I'll be back but if it were local I would definitely come every couple of months. read more

The food was ok. I couldn't believe we were party of 3 adults and one child. He charged my daughter who's only 10 years old, the adult price because she was a little taller. Like how can charge dinner adult price of $19,99 for a 10 year old, who hardly eats as much as an adult and just because she's tall. I go here often. But don't think I'll be returning. That's outrageous and to charge so much , charging me adult price dinner for a 10 year old and just because she's little bit taller. The entrance is super cute to go with family or friends, or even a solo day! The food wasn't amazing, but it wasn't bad. I wouldn't go back for the sushi, as it wasn't fresh and tasted a little funky. They had a really large variety of options, plantains, crab rangoons, glass and lo mein noodles, fried rice and white rice, doughnuts and sweet rolls, fried and baked crab, crab salad and many many more. The coconut shrimp are really good and the perfect level of sweet and creamy. The staff was also efficient with cleaning tables and grabbing drinks. I'd give it 0 stars if I can. Upon entering, immediately requested to pay. Confused but paid, then got seated right by a table with a howling crying toddler girl. Food looked especially greasy. Tasted very bland too. Sushi was old. Coughers around, it may or may not land on the food as well. Where we seated was dusty. This restaurant needs a good cleaning. Ahh, by the way, our server ignored us the entire time we were dining (not even a basic greeting "hello", no smiles, no water refill or even gesture to ask how everyone was doing) , but as soon as we were about to leave, she immediately came over to us asking for our tip. Wife still tipped 20% as it's in the holiday season. The waitress waited nearby while wife was finishing up with her numbers. Crazy Buffet is located a bit west of downtown Orlando and has been a good spot when I find myself craving an Asian buffet. Let me start off by saying that the food is not awe inspiring, it is, after all, a buffet and the food is a bit better than the usual offerings of a typical Adian buffet, though it does offer a few things beyond the normal realm of what is usually offered in a buffet. One example is curry tripe. Also, the pho station is a pretty cool touch. Service was good. Our drinks were replenished and our plates were cleared. The food was plentiful and overall good. I give the food a 4.5. There is a wide assortment of food, and the quality is good. The service (clearing your plates) is adequate. Ambience is really not important at an all you can eat buffet, is it? This is by far the best Chinese buffet in this part of Florida. The Dinner price is a bit expensive but you have unlimited crab, sushi etc. For lunch they remove king crab but have dim sum options instead :) The new design is very modern and clean. Like other reviews have said, you pre-pay when you enter the restaurant. We when went on Saturday, the price was $17.99 because it was "all day dinner". (This was the price in Sept/ Oct 2022.) There's a space and suggestions for a tip- yes, before you've even seen the service of the waitstaff. Sure, you could tip later in the table with cash, but who carries cash any more? And like other reviews have said, there are no "real" utensils or dishes: The utensils are plastic forks and spoons in a plastic wrap, like you'd get at a fast food place. The drinks are served in a stryofoam cup with a plastic lid and straw... again, like you'd get in a fast food place. And the plates are hard paper with 3 sections. This makes it a little hard to load up on food, which may be designed to cut down on food waste. And even the soup is served in a styrofoam cups. Personally, I think the use of styrofoam and paper makes the place look cheap, but the food selection makes up for it. The service was good and the waitress was quick to clear away the dirty plates. But since the drinks were in a closed styrofoam cup, we had to ask for refills rather than letting the waitress see the drinks were getting low. The hibachi grill and Pho soup stations are very good. I think this is the first Chinese buffet to have "macaroni and cheese", which was actually elbow macaroni in a tangy spaghetti sauce. The pineapple sticky rice was different, but I didn't care for it. They had tuna and salmon sashimi (cubes of meat), but not tuna and salmon sushi (meat on a bed of rice). What I noticed and love about this place is their hot food is changed out and replenished very very often, even towards close when you're scared of getting the "end of day" left over food. The food is pretty decent. Lots of stuff from soups, so sushi, to your normally seen americanized chinese food, and a few seafood dishes. Some things are little gems such as the pho made to order with an AMAZING flavored broth. I would go here just for this. That and their spicy shrimps! Super good. We love this place! This place beat all over buffet out bc it's Asian cuisines. Up at the different buffet stations you can have all sorts of dishes. There are fried foods to salads with great desserts to top off that array of food your indulging on. The interior is nice. I especially dig the little over the moat. You can also pitch coins in there for luck. The price is very reasonable. The staff is friendly and attentive. This buffet is beautifully presented. The restaurant is clean and well priced at $13.99 for dinner. The employees were friendly and attentive. We were very impressed with the sushi. They had so many different rolls and it was all made fresh. They had a great array of buffet items. All the classics. Plus more like crawfish. Everything tasted great but it could've been replenished more. They also had a hibachi and pho station. The hibachi station was a little empty but I also keep in mind that it was a hour until close. It's unfortunate that they charge $6.99 per pound for snow crabs when it use to just be a extra few dollars but most buffets do this now. This is your typical all you can eat Asian buffet with a nice mixture of sushi, Japanese dishes, Chinese dishes and even a little Korean thrown in as well. They have a great selection of food here as well as a nice selection of sea food. The sushi is good. Not great and not horrible. And trust me, I've had horrible at my fair share of Asian buffets. This is actually pretty good. The food is fresh and maintained well. They even have actual scoop ice cream with six flavors! The staff is attentive, removing empty plates and refilling your drink as needed. If you want a large selection, well prepared food and a reasonable price, I can't imagine not wanting to eat here. The sushi was usual buffet style and rice was chilled as opposed to that better tasting flavor when just made and formed in the hand of a skilled sushi master. The fountains inside reflect the dirt and disrepair that the owners have allowed to happen. If they keep the front end this way, I cannot think about the condition of the kitchen. Sad as this place still could have had a fresh coat of pain and a refresh while closed for 1+ years. I do not understand why so many did not do more. The selection was ok and the price was reasonable.But, I felt like so had Corona virus because the food had no flavor. So disappointing.

First, the price should include drinks and a child should not be charged the same amount as an adult for a drink. Children's prices should be standard based off of age - period. Second, this restaurant has signs discouraging waste which is great, but in my experience on a Friday evening around 6:30 pm, I tried the salt and peeper chicken, it was completely cold, I tried salt and pepper shrimp, also cold and lacked seasoning , my brother in law tried general Tao's chicken and reported it to be cold, crab Rangoon was not fresh.
