We had 11 of us so we expected it to be a while to be seated and take orders. That was not the case. They accommodated our family quickly. We all got the AYCE. Everything came out faster than we anticipated. The service was incredible with taking plates away and making sure we were all satisfied. Everything was very fresh and crisp flavors. The ginger dressing on the salads was phenomenal. The decor is typical for an Asian restaurant, but updated. It was not crowded but elegant and bright colors and decor. They also have a bar. We were visiting and decided to treat ourselves to some good AYCE sushi after spending the entire day at Universal Studios. We got there at around 5:30p hoping to beat the rush but surprised there was already a waitlist. It took us about 30 min or so to get seated. We were immediately served water and our server gave us plenty of time to decide our first round. I wish I got the name of our server since he provided above and beyond service. I was really surprised how he remembered our orders despite handling so many tables at once and knew which orders were missing just by looking at our spread. Food-wise, fish to rice ratio was well balanced. I also felt even the specialty rolls flavors went really well. Rolls were not drenched in sauce which is how I like them. Service was pretty decent although there is a little bit of a wait in between your rounds so I'd recommend getting your orders planned out beforehand. For dinner it was 35.99 all you can eat, we got there about 7 and had about an hour wait, wasnt to bad as there was tj max and Burlington in the plaza so we walked around while waiting and then got a text and call when it was ready. There is a waitlist you can add your name on the tablet and can monitor where you are in line... the place gets super packed and by time we got seated they weren't taking any more people in. Our waiter, even though she was super super busy, she remained calm and helpful to us. And everyone was there to help each other out. I love the team work. The food, can take a little time so I suggest ordering a few at a time and then they usually bring out stuf 1-2 things at a time. Honestly everything was delicious, from the shrimp tempura (comes with 2), shrimp noodles, hibachi steak, sashimi scallops and yellow tail and then we got 3 sushi rolls. Oh and at the end you get tempura fried cheesecake and an order of ice cream. Both the tempura cheese cake and vanilla ice cream went so well together, it made it the perfect ending to the end. Came here for AYCE lunch, which runs $22.95 per person from 12:00-3:30 (and if you're seated by 3:30, you can still order until 4:00 -- good to know). We went heavy on the specialty rolls: Rainbow, Snow White, Sunshine, Double Crunchy, Dynamite, Caterpillar, Dragon, and Red Dragon. All of them were good, but not the super tight, firm kind of rolls you'd get at a higher-end sushi bar. That said, we were wondering why it took 45+ minutes for the rolls to come out despite seeing 6-7 staff/chefs working nonstop - until everything arrived at once on a large wooden boat. Beautiful presentation, and in the end was worth the wait. Other items we tried: Miso soup, Crunchy hand roll, Harumaki - all solid. We also got the salmon sushi and smoked samon sushi which both had noticeably less fish, with more rice/avocado instead. I get it though - it's these little things that's how they keep the AYCE pricing reasonable. Nice modern decor, very friendly staff, and good quality ice cream for dessert (not the cheap stuff). And the best part is that your food is served directly to your table, so it is essentially a buffet without the actual hassle of getting up to grab more food. I always get their Krab Salad and during Lunch it tasted completely different not as good as I remembered. Also there is no sashimi and none of my favorite mussels. I think that the only challenge with this place, which is to be expected, is the potential long wait time to get in. The restaurant is very large, so the queue is just indicative of the awesomeness that lies ahead. I would recommend just showing up 'early' then killing time in the shopping plaza behind the restaurant. The ambiance of the restaurant is very lively. I started with the mango salmon tartare (so good), then had a Philly hand roll that was packed with fish all the way through.
