Light and healthy place to eat and great if you are in a hurry! The bowls were excellent and had great side sauce choices. Will go again! Very tasty.

Fajita Bowl with Chicken

Big fan of Crazy Bowls & Wraps. I visited this one on a Tuesday evening with my vegan friend. I ordered the Fajita Bowl with Chicken (lettuce instead of rice.) He got the Kale & Quinoa soup. We were both happy (it's tough for both of us to be happy at the same place) and liked our meals. Service is always pleasant at this location. We'll be back!

Wow! This was crazy good!! We hadn't really eatten before driving from St. Louis to the Butterfly House, so by the time we left, we were famished. My brother recommended it because there are other locations in St. Louis that he had tried. For the rest of us, this was a new experience. It reminded me of Noodles & Co. back home but with more choices...My mom and I split the chicken fajita bowl (spicy!!!!). My brother had the pad thai noodle bowl and my dad picked the broccoli bowl with grilled chicken and teriyaki. For quick, well priced, fresh fast food...this was delish! My only wish now is a location back at home!!

The menu is super diverse, meaning there's something for everyone. They have a great variety of draft beers as well. Perfect place to watch a sports game. The service has always been great. Aside from being the hardest thing I've ever had to do, legal or otherwise, this run seemed weirdly charmed, and it led me to suspect that my meal might be as well. Alas, it wasn't. When I got there, I could hardly find a space in the lot, even at the CVS next door. (My apologies if the elderly had to walk half a mile to get the latest Covid booster and got lost as a result.) I thought to myself, This place must be hoppin'! Turns out, that was some Italian restaurant nearby. Someone from our group went into Circle 7 to get a table and said it was only half full, and that they were sitting couples at tables intended for groups of eight, for some reason. There were like 16 of us, so we had to split up into two tables. The way the patio is situated, there's no way to push two tables together. It would be a fire hazard, despite being outdoors. But it was an especially nice night out, one of those weirdly warm October evenings, with the occasional cool breeze. There was one beer list, and it was on someone else's table. Our server, who gave off the vibe of guy-who-plays-video-games-well-into-adulthood, seemed surprised that we hadn't read it. I ended up going with a Side Shift Circle 7 IPA. I liked it, and I'd recommend it to anyone who usually finds IPAs too harsh or funky. It pairs well with a cheeseburger. The menu is like seven or eight pages long, but you get the sense that this is mainly just a place where you'd go to get a burger. But maybe it isn't? I thought the burger was just okay. Aside from the Circle 7 logo stamped into the bun, it's a lot more similar to a fast food burger than you'd expect. They're all double burgers, and they're almost the exact same size as a Big Mac (minus the extra bread in the middle). So not very big. But the meat still doesn't extend to the edge of the bun. It's a decent enough amount of food, but it's decidedly underwhelming. The Teremana Burger, or whatever it's called, comes with monterey jack cheese, onion straws, avocado, a jalapeno jam and maybe one or two other things. It's essentially a spicier version of the GOAT, which seems to be one of their more popular menu items. I kinda liked it, but I wouldn't order it again. The jalapeno jam had just enough kick to it, and the onion straws added a bit of a flavor boost as well as a textural contrast. The avocado, on the other hand, didn't seem to serve any purpose. If they could get rid of it and charge a dollar or two less, they might want to consider that. Regardless, I might have to take a look at the rest of the menu, if I ever return (this group sometimes meets at the other location as well). I was fortunate enough to be able to try one of the fiery honey boneless wings, and it was honestly fantastic. There's a fiery honey chicken sandwich that might be worth having a look. I just hope it's not the exact same size as the (legendary) McChicken.

Our admin made us reservations so we were seated quickly even though the restaurant was quite busy. The space has the feel of a European bistro. On my second visit, I met a friend for what started as happy hour that quickly became an early dinner. No complaints, especially because they have great selection of delicious snacks for happy hour, a variety of drink options from cocktails, wine to beer, and their appetizers were buy one, get one free. With that said, we ordered the two most expensive things: beef carpaccio and shrimp a la plancha. The beef carpaccio were very thinly sliced rather than pounded. The shrimp a la plancha was a huge plate and the dish was very flavorful. We enjoyed our appetizers with some adult beverage (wine for me and a cocktail for my friend). Our waitress was super nice and attentive but not in a suffocating way. We told her we're just going to catch up a bit and then might order another round of drinks. She left us alone for a bit but kept an eye on our drink levels. When we were almost done, she reappeared to take our drink orders. That was when we decided to go ahead and order dinners. My friend ordered the bistro steak. She said it was good but could not finish her dish after all the food we just had. I ordered the fish on special that evening which was prepared perfectly. I also could not finish my meal and ended up taking it home instead. Overall, it's a fantastic place with great service and I'm glad it's super close to work so I can meet people for happy hour or early dinners.

You can also find traditional steak and chicken dishes if that's more your thing. I like YaYa's because the atmosphere and food alike feel elevated yet still approachable. Service here is full-service and polished - bordering on fine-dining. Servers wear button down shirts and a tie. Although there's no strict dress-code enforced, most people dining here will be a bit dressed up depending on the occasion they're celebrating. You'll be just fine in nice jeans here too. We frequent for date night and don't veer far from the Chicken Gnocchi appetizer, Spinach Salad, Chicken Penne, Shrimp Risotto, and Filet. Their Scallops dish is good here too that comes with Saffron Orzo. They will bring out delicious bread and Baba Ghanoush at the beginning of your meal. I could make a meal just out of the Baba Ghanoush it is addicting! The Chicken Gnocchi is an appetizer but could easily be an entrée. The chocolate soufflé dessert takes about 30 minutes so be sure to tell your server ahead of time if you have something sweet in mind. The Buttercake dessert is good as well but super rich. We went for dinner last night and could tell something was off with both the Front-of-House and Kitchen. Lights on higher than normal, staff members appeared a bit frantic including the host, and the food did not visually look how it normally comes out nor did it taste exactly right. Some things oversalted. I don't want to rate 4 stars instead based on yesterday's experience since overall we've had a 5 star experience the past years coming here but this night specifically felt subpar. They may be going through a staffing shortage which is tough and we understand.

I'm not one to complain so I ate it and figured things happen, out of my control, they were super busy, no big deal. I also ordered the side of creamed spinach and whipped potatoes, both were great. I went on my way but my steak craving wasn't finished. Later in the week, I went to Texas Roadhouse. Their $18 sirloin put the ribeye to shame, perfectly cooked and tender. Had the differences in steak not been so apparent, I wouldn't write a review. I do know that spending $51 for an overcooked steak OR $18 for a steak and 2 sides is a no brainer. Ill probably stick to going elsewhere.
