We waked in at 12:50 pm, and left at 2:00pm extremely disappointed and hungry. I should've followed my intuition when we walked in the worker looked frazzled, and all of the other patrons looked a little disgruntled. But we had never been here before, so we were excited to try out some healthy options. We were looking at the menu and after about 10 or 15 minutes the employee finally waited on us. Apologized and said that he had a lot of things he was doing at once. (In which I understand.) That the kitchen was running a little behind. There was another patron picking up a to go order. He was waiting a while and went up to ask to see what the problem was and it wasn't getting any answers. After waiting over an hour, we finally received our food. We were completely baffled at what we received. My daughter's "burger" looked like it was the scrapings from the end of the night off the grill. My vegetables looked old and dried out. You can see from the pictures how ridiculous this food came out. The manager brought it to our table. You would have thought if this was a new cook or whatever was going on he would be doing some sort of quality control. We called the manager over and asked him to look at the food. He said that he was sorry that it was a new cook. So we asked for a refund, and left. They definitely need to work on staff communication. Communicating with each other and with patrons. I had planned on purchasing some of the frozen meals to have later in the week, but because of the negative situation, I didn't even bother. read more

I stopped in here on a whim, didn't even know it existed. Great meal prep options with nutritious ingredients. I bought 3 meals out the freezer case (a cilantro chicken meal, open face beef roast meal, and an Arnold bowl). All were decent and tasted like I made them at home. I don't mind paying for convenience. I also fresh-ordered a build-my-own bowl with kale and quinoa base, grilled chicken, asparagus, mushrooms, and zucchini. They forgot my kale but not a big deal. The wraps were good and clean but could have used a lil something extra flavor wise to make them 5/5. The Mac and cheese was delish with a little spicy kick and the sweet potato fries were very good. Somehow I just don't like the thought of my food arriving at my door by FedEx. At Clean Eatz you can choose from an array of meals, their descriptions posted quite clearly on a wall display. They have burgers, wraps, bowls, and I'm sure things that I paid no attention to. I went with the chicken bowl, complete with rice, rosemary potatoes, green peppers, and onions. All of it was complimented by a side of teriyaki sauce. And I have to say it was surprisingly good. Somehow I expected it was going to taste like military MRE's. And I am happy to tell you it most certainly did not! The particular order that I placed made me feel a little bit like I was in my local chipotle. It was just that good! The chicken was yummy and I am always a sucker for rice. I do believe my favorite food on planet is potatoes cooked anyway you would like to cook them. And they did an excellent job in their preparation with these. The veggies were tasty and cooked all the way through. We both had the super greens, salmon, and various veggies. The salmon was a little over cooked, but this isn't a gourmet restaurant so it was forgivable.
