Winston gave us some of the best service we've had at any restaurant in a long time. He was attentive from start to finish, refilled our drinks before we even had to ask, and when we requested the check, he thoughtfully boxed up our leftovers without us having to ask. I'd never seen him there before, but he was friendly, welcoming, and checked on us throughout our meal even though he was already busy with the closing routine. I called to let them know about the issue, and once again spoke with "Mark," who simply told me, "That's how that order comes." No apology, no attempt to correct the mistake, and absolutely no concern for the fact that I had paid for food I couldn't even eat. After being a repeat customer for three years, this is incredibly disappointing. The customer service is seriously lacking, and this experience was enough to make sure I never return. I'll definitely be sharing my experience with others in the High Desert so they can make an informed decision before spending their money here.
