Rated this place 3 stars because the service was a hot mess. We walked in and there was a group ahead of us that told us they have been standing for 15 minutes and no one acknowledged them at all. After waiting five minutes, my sister had to physically come up to a worker to ask if there was a wait or if you have to order at the counter and seat yourself. A worker FINALLY came to the front and told us there was a wait and we had to sign in on a notebook. Keep in mind there were plenty of tables available, but no one bussed them until after my sister had to get someone... Not sure if they were short staffed but they could at least acknowledge the customers and let them know what's going on! Sheesh. After that fiasco, we were seated and I got the clam strip seafood basket. Loved the dipping sauces it came with, but it was a bit chewy for me. The tator tots and sweet potato fries are a must order! Really tasty and crunchy. The seafood basket comes with fries, but you can switch to potato fries. I want to try their other seafood items, but I probably won't come back because I still can't get over their horrible customer service. And their floors were sticky and made me feel so uncomfortable whenever I walked around the restaurant. If you're brave enough to try this place out, I suggest doing a take out order lol. read more

May 9th was our first time coming after talking about visiting for months. We came for our daughter's 16th birthday, as she loves crab pot style restaurants. The food was delicious and had great flavor; between the 5 of us, we got a combo #3 garlic butter, combo #4 lemon pepper, and a combo #7 Cajun 4 stars. All was well UNTIL we dug into our pots and realized that they don't clean the shrimp. We called over the server to inquire if we were supposed to pay extra for that since we had paid extra for the heads to be removed. The server replied, "we don't do that here". When I further inquired and asked, "so people just eat shrimp with poop all in it?" His reply was a simple, "yep!" Maybe I'm in the minority, but my family and I eat seafood quite often and I've never in my life been cool to eat unclean shrimp (or anything else for that matter). I can only wonder know what else doesn't get cleaned before it's put on your plate, and because of this, and only this, I will never return. I still gave 3 stars though because the sauce flavors were great and you got a ton of food for the price, something I was nervous about. They could do better with their music selection (lots of unedited hip hop & R&B with lots of children and families present). The restaurant is filthy. Be careful or you might slip on the floor. They quoted me a 30 minute pickup time. I get there 45 minutes later and my order is not ready. That would have been okay if I didn't have to wait another hour in the restraint for my order to be complete. Pretty pricey for the set-up, but it was fun to check out. The crawfish are tiny, so there's very little meat in the tail. The Crab Pot is much better, and similar in cost. I'm a seafood lover. Every opportunity I can get my hands on some shrimp, crawfish, mussels I'm always looking for a boil of some sort. This isn't my favorite but it's coming close. My husband and I order the combo #2 which comes with 1 lb shrimp and 1 lb mussels however because we love shrimp so much we add another lb of shrimp for an additional charge. The house special sauce is delicious filled with lots of flavor and if you like garlic this packs on the garlic! I love that the sauce isn't just straight up melted butter like other boils I have tried. Side of rice and Asian bread completes our meal. Dip the bread in the sauce! I've been wanting to try this place because I really like crawfish, but was also worried because no other place has compared to my usual spot I go to. But I was actually impressed. I ordered the crawfish and clams in the house sauce. It goes up to 5 stars for Super Hot, and I asked for 10 stars, but I still didn't find it spicy. The flavor was really good, and the crawfish and especially the clams were of good size. The sauce was very oily, but also thick, so a lot of flavor stuck on the food. The seafood was delicious and I plan to become a regular. My son decided to eat fish and chips which looked very delicious, but when he saw my pot of crab, crayfish, potatoes, corn, shrimp... his mouth started watering. I visited this location a month ago with my mother to try some of the local restaurants that serve crawfish. The staff was friendly but the store was pretty empty, given that it was a weekday. The crawfish did not taste fresh in any way, if anything, it tasted cold, Im not entirely sure if it was frozen. Their saving grace is the flavors in their pots though, I absolutely recommend getting the house flavor. I'd recommend going on the weekends, I've been back since and they have been a little better but the inconsistency is a little frustrating as we really enjoy crawfish and want a solid experience every time. read more

This place has the BEST sauce for seafood I've ever tasted! You could put that house sauce on a shoe and it would be tasty enough to eat I highly recommend their house sauce. Was looking for a cajun seafood place that wasn't too fancy and this was one of the few in the area that came up. My party and I came in around 9pm (they closed at 10pm that day) and we were the only ones in the restaurant but they were very accommodating to us! We each got our own 1lb bag of shrimp. The shrimp here are HUGE! Corn was also included in our bag--something different than my usual cajun place back at home. I wish the sauce was thicker, but it was still tasteful! Needless to say the portions were generous and very delicious! They also played old school/throwback R&B music, which we really liked. Pretty decent for crawfish. I think I'm so use to being spoiled by the portion st crawfish house that I felt like what we ordered here was so small. I came here for a birthday with some friends and they did pretty well for a party of 22. I split combo number 5 or 6 with 3 other friends and added an extra pound of clams with a calamari basket. We ordered house sauce with med spice and a side of super hot. Both sauce were not spicy at all but had a good flavor. There was probably like 10 crawfish in total with our combo. Definitely wouldn't have come here if my friend didn't want it for her birthday and I don't think I'd be bad. The place looked pretty trashy with graffiti all over the walls. Maybe some people think that's cool, not me. The floor was super sticky, everywhere. Especially in the hallway leading back to the ladies' bathroom. Yuck. There was a party going on when we arrived so our food was slow to come out. They warned us that it might be longer which was nice - good service. That said, they were playing hardcore rap music (i.e., with explicit lyrics), not the best choice when five-year olds are running around the restaurant. Before I write my review I wanted to address someone else review that happens to be talking about the same server that served my family and I yesterday! Yes her name is ANNA! Yesterday they were quite busy. Anna greeted us with the kindest smile as she seated us! We ordered 3 combo #3 with snow crabs and shrimps. Also some rice on the side. Anna took care of us as we watch her work non stop at tables. She made sure our drinks are filled without asking! And alway checking on our progress with the foods.THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AND SEAFOODS WERE FRESH! It was our first time as well! The place is for anyone who love seafoods and it a place for family and friends to get together! I highly recommend this crawfish place! Boiling Crawfish is actually quite ok! Even though I literally had to rush through peak evening traffic to meet my friends in Kent for dinner there, I actually quite like the place. There was ample parking spots and lots of stores within the same lot and plenty of tables to sit at the restaurant, too. The waitresses were nice. They were quite attentive and had service minds; being patient when taking our orders, helping us with drink refills, bringing food out correctly, getting boxes for my leftover and helping alleviate the awkward moment when we both tried to pay for the bill. We (a group of 3) had shrimp fried rice and combo #5 (3# of seafood including shrimp, snow crab and crawfish, some corn on the cob, sausage and potatoes) along with soda each. Personally, I thought the portion of food was perfect. It was slightly a little more than what 3 of us could eat, but honestly, if it's a lil smaller than this, it would leave us awkward being hungry and not having enough food to share :). Just like any of these types of establishment, we could customize the sauce and spice level (we picked louisiana creole sauce with no spiciness and it still tasted good!). I even had some small leftover for lunch the day after and the food still tasted great! :) Overall, good reasonable price for the food we had!! (we paid ~$55 without tips). I wouldn't mind stopping by here again! :) Our party enjoyed cracking open the seafood with our hands and the servers left us alone without hurrying us up even though we lingered around to talk a little longer. read more

We tried it and oh boy! It was the best thing ever! First time we order combo one which the price was $23.99 and we got 1 pound crawfish, 1 pound shrimp with corn and potatoes. Good price! The next time we went there we order a combo with a snow crab in it and it was delicious!! Shrimp wasnt over cook, crawfish cooked perfectly as well as the corn and potatoes. And the crab! Oh men!
