The food was very good and the atmosphere is very cool and laid back. The staff were very helpful and we will be going back for sure.

Finding a lunch place that my wife and I both like on the MS Coast has been a challenge, but on the…read morelast day of our last visit there we may have found a winner. Juicy Caboosy serves delicious food that's on the lighter side while having good enough portion sizes to get you through the day. I loved my cold pressed juice (definitely try the Orange Immunity) and her smoothie was outstanding. The day was too hot to be outside, so the air conditioned, enclosed patio next to the caboose was quite welcome. But we're both looking forward to when the temperatures come down so we can enjoy the outdoor area in front of the caboose...perhaps with some cocktails.

It was 19 OCT 2025, and the family and I had just spent the weekend in Biloxi for a quick getaway…read more We were heading home and decided to eat a quick breakfast before we made our obligatory stop at Buc-ee's. Had it not been for Yelp, we would have never seen the Juicy Caboosy, as it sits back 1 block off the beach. Don't let the looks fool you, as this place is definitely "legit". The exterior is intriguing; especially if you like trains, but one would be remised if you think there is no room to eat. The caboose itself is actually the kitchen. This is a counter service restaurant, and you can either outside or take your food inside the climate-controlled dining room that is almost all glass and offers great views and natural lighting. I ordered the coast scramble with the seasoned potatoes, and it was pretty darn good. This is the kind of breakfast that will "stick to your ribs" and be with you for a while, so you definitely won't be leaving hungry. It would probably be great for a hangover too, but I digress. I truly cannot recall what the wifey ate, but I don't recall any negative comments. My son got the pancakes and they were pretty big. Luckily for me, he let me sample them, and they were delicious. I would definitely go back here and try one of their wraps & flats or Harvest Bowls. So, the next time you are cruising down the coast in Long Beach, Mississippi, take a look to the north for the red caboose and stop on in for a great meal.

We went here after we had a poor experience at another local restaurant. I was craving Thai food…read moreafter coming in from Vegas. My father found this place so we went with my grandma. It was absolutely delicious- all the food was freshly cooked and came out piping hot. The workers there were incredibly nice- two very sweet ladies. Every single dish was tasty and full of flavor. The Thai tea was just how I liked it and it had one of the the best coffee jelly I've ever had. We're definitely going to be coming back!

We luck out, as lunch time rush was ending. Several tables opened up and we had choices on where to sit. You seat yourself and as soon as you sit down. We opted for a booth instead of a table. Table looks great and padding on bottom and with hard wood backing. Booth has but more cushion. Either both bottom and back padding. Plenty of tables. In the main lobby or in next room. They have a large flat screen TV that is wall mounted in the corner. The lovely waitress will be happy to come by and greet you. She handed us the menu and asked if we have any questions about it. She made a few recommendations and took our drinks order. Start out with a sweet tea and Thai tea. It was lunch time and was not very hungry but wanted to get something to hold us over till later that evening. And suggested that we try some soup/pho. She said it will fill you up and leave satisfied. Just do not do the super side bowl. You will not be able to finish it. Started out with the Pho Dac Biet (Pho dac biet is a Vietnamese translation for all kinds of special beef variations such as raw sliced steak, beef tripe, brisket, tendons, and Vietnamese meatballs) and rounded out with the Pho Tom (Pho tom is a delightful Vietnamese dish that perfectly combines succulent shrimp, tender rice noodles, and a rich, aromatic broth.) she asked if we would love to have fresh chili? And the other condiments are already on the table for your convenience. She quickly came back with fresh chili sauce and the fresh vegetables. She mentioned that soup will be out shortly. She quickly brought the soups. The aroma of the broth was amazing! Came out good. I noticed that my broth could use a little bit more than the usual sauce to enhance the flavor. However, I made the mistake of adding a bit too much chili sauce. It ended up being too spicy. It was still good. Just over did it a bit. It was good. It was just the right amount. Left full but satisfied. When you are done. Feel free to come to the register at the main lobby to pay. She mentioned that if you wish to save few dollars. She suggested that you pay cash instead of card to avoid the hassle of credit card fee to run it. No Wi-Fi I can see and feel free to reach out if they offer military discount.
