When I first contacted this company I spoke with a man named JP who told me if I signed the contract that day they would give me a special price. I learned very quickly that this would not be the case. JP gave me a quote of $3000 for a 1 bedroom apartment moving from Raleigh, NC to Portland, OR. I was told that the move would take about 31 days..it has now been 2 months and have still not received my belongings. To add insult to injury, the customer service line will not answer my calls when I attempt to reach out to them. James who works in the quality assurance department overcharged my card by $31 and refused to return my voicemails to fix the issue so I was left with no choice but to dispute my charge. Shaneque who works in the customer service department did not want to help me any further when I asked her about the estimated delivery date or when I can expect my inventory to arrive so she placed me on hold and never answered any of my questions.
