I shipped our boxes in October, originally expecting to arrive by Christmas, or at the very latest, January. It is now mid-March and still not there. This is extremely concerning because other Philippine cargo service companies within Seattle area that other family members have used sent their boxes in October, have already arrived and distributed to family in Philippines. Why is Bayani process taking longer than others? Did they not pay their cargo container fees?! Or whatever the case may be. So am I to understand that by the time my family and I return home in April, our boxes may or may not even arrived or distributed out to our family by then?! This is completely unacceptable and not a way to run a business. What makes this situation worse is the lack of communication and accountability. I have received vague and inconsistent updates about the status of our boxes. I've called numerous times since December. When I've called your office, our calls go unanswered--even after leaving multiple messages. The only way I have been able to speak to someone is by physically going into the store. This is not how a professional business should operate, especially after accepting full payment from customers who trusted you to deliver their goods within a reasonable timeframe. They need to be transparent and put them in their customers shoes! Some of the items in our boxes include food products that may expire by the time they arrive due to these significant delays. We relied on your estimated delivery timeframe, and the prolonged delay now puts the condition and usability of our goods at risk. This entire experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and stressful. Never ever using their service again!

Saturday afternoon, with less than 24 hours of notice till start of event, I called them very last minute with zero hope. Owner came in after he left to print my brochures and the guy working the front came in before his shift started and FOLDED every brochure for me. They went above and beyond and I will ONLY be going here from now on. I cannot recommend them enough and so thankful I found them!

The tech comes out, says they'll recommend a replacement and then do not update the warranty company for weeks at end. They lie that parts have been approved and just wait for weeks till you have to personally call back. 5 months of this - and finally they put the comment saying customer refused senior tech service. Had the customer service rep tell me to stay on hold and cut the call on me multiple times. And when you call back, numbers are disengaged. Run the other way when these people get your ticket. You're better off buying a new appliance.

My niece suggested that I get stamps from Costco, but they don't sell POSTCARD stamps. Yup. This post office was really close to Costco anyway, so it wasn't out of our way! Plus, the service was SUPER helpful! The kind, friendly woman was very personable and asked where we were from. She gave me tips on where to eat nearby and where to go for a good view of the city and the Space Needle. She was sharp because she looked at my postcards, knew that I was a tourist and tried to help me find beautiful views of Seattle like those on the postcards! She went over and beyond! She asked of i needed more than ten stamps - because they are "Forever" stamps and the price will be the same now and forever... She's correct. I purchased 20 stamps... LOL! We had a wonderful visit and ate where she suggested and will go to the park that she mentioned! Thank you so much!

I've had to ship to other countries for work and I had no idea how to fill out some of the forms, and unlike other locations I have gone to, in this location I received the most help without feeling rushed or anxious! It's also very clean and organized, and they have pens!!
