He insisted on a video walkthrough so he could give the most accurate estimate he could, explained everything and answered packing questions and more along the way. Day of the move, we had a team of 3 guys (thank you Lepi, Dairon and William!) who were awesome, careful and quick. I don't trust easily and I went into this expecting issues (like what happens with every move), but the team was excellent at managing them and really made it as easy as possible. Thank you guys!

PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING. During our recent move from Fairwood to Black Diamond, a group of high…read moreschool aged boys caused significant damage to my brand-new construction home, furniture, appliances, and property. They were cursing, fighting, yelling, and mocking one another as they left glass in my driveway from all the broken items they also attempted to steal various items. When I confronted them, they returned to clean up all the glass they left in our driveway while I noticed items of ours they still had in the moving truck they tried to steal. In our two-level home, they even concealed boxes marked "upstairs" in the garage under other items--presumably to avoid carrying them upstairs--in the process damaging our entire staircase, entry into our home. They didn't even put up protectors on our doors at all. Lennar, the builder of our home, had confirmed that the property was accepted as damage-free. They attempted to subsequently overcharge me: 12 hours of service instead of the initially quoted 5 hours. The additional 7 hours could have been avoided if the kids actually did their job and didn't sit around inside my home talking smack to one another and talking on their phones. Daniel and the other kid who went by "Big Al And Johnny J Handyman Services" were yelling at each other regarding who's in charge and whose training who. It was terrible. This "Big Al" kid put his phone number in my phone attempting to get side business from my husband and myself. That was a hard No! Matters escalated further when one of the movers, Alberto, was found in the master bathroom, participating in a video call with his pants half way down, sweatshirt on my bathroom counter and his cell phone plugged in when I walked back to my bedroom to see where this missing mover ran off to. He quickly covered himself and I immediately tried to reach out to a manager for help with no luck. I was disgusted and furious. If they watch camera footage and if that camera facing their ramp on the moving truck even works they would see this kid disappeared the minute they all arrived and not be seen on the camera for at least a couple hours. He was even caught at one point lying on my bed! When confronted about that he quickly said "I was just checking to see how hard it would be to move". Furious again I tried for a second time to reach a manager with zero luck. Got the runaround. Oh they don't take calls. Oh they are all busy. Oh we don't have one here right now. So my team of 4 kids went to 3 while Alberto messed around and played house. Despite my obvious frustration and refusal to pay the inflated charge, the "head" manager, Eric, has not yet taken any responsibility for the damage or addressed the issues caused by these individuals. I am exploring legal options, including a potential class-action lawsuit, I already have an exceptional attorney from Issaquah that our family has worked with on cases in the past that will be my go to for this situation. I am determined to hold this company accountable and prevent this unfortunate situation from happening to anyone ever again.

An update: September 2026…read more It has now been over two months since my move in early July, and I am once again having issues with All Service Moving. This morning I received three back-to-back calls (9:16, 9:17, 9:19) from the company while I was in a meeting. The first call went to voicemail, but they continued calling. I have not been given any explanation for why they are suddenly contacting me months later. This is especially frustrating because after my move, the movers repeatedly contacted my personal phone pressuring me for a tip and a five-star review. I eventually had to block the number. The move itself also went poorly. The truck they brought could not access my loading area despite the information and photos I provided beforehand, resulting in additional trips and delays. A move estimated at 3-4.5 hours took around 6.5 hours and cost over $1,000. When I submitted a claim, Operations Manager Donald Stansbury essentially dismissed it with a very short, poorly written email stating they could not provide any reimbursement or refund. I had hoped the matter was over. Now, two months later, I am receiving repeated calls about the claim with no clear explanation. I would recommend keeping all communication with this company documented and in writing.

I never spoke to them and yet they keep sending me things trying to get my business. I will never work with any business that lies at the outset. Update: I called the number from the text and they confirmed they were Adam's moving. I confirmed the address in Seattle that was registered with the Department of revenue in Washington state. Checking with the Department of revenue in Washington state there is only one Adams moving registered with the state. I am attaching a screenshot of the text. There are far too many scams out there that try to start off by saying I have reached out to them. It's a way to get your foot in the door and get you to call back. I find it dishonest, and I would never do business with someone who started out a conversation by claiming I asked them to call me. Update 09/24/2026 They have messaged me several times. They claim they called the phone number in the screenshot and it belongs to an Adam's moving company in Texas despite having a 509 area code, which is eastern Washington. I explained to them again that I called the number and confirmed multiple times that they were in Washington State with locations in Seattle and Tacoma. I suggested that if they feel someone is impersonating their company they contact them. I stand by my review based on my personal interactions with the people I spoke to at the number shown in the screen capture. The fact that they're trying to tell me the 509 area code is in Texas makes me feel even more strongly that they are not being honest. (Adding a screenshot showing the area where the 509 area code is.) Second update 9/24/2026 This business has now been messaging me directly telling me that the phone number is to a Texas firm. I explained that the 509 area code is Eastern Washington and reiterated that I did call the number and confirmed multiple times. It was the Adams moving company in Washington state and they even confirmed their address in Seattle. I suggested if they feel somebody is pretending to be their company perhaps they should look into that. I can only post a review based on my actual conversations with their company and the communications I've had. Posting a screenshot showing where the 509 area code really is.

I spoke to Jason and Steve who is the owner of the company. They ensure me that the quote is accurate and no other tax or fee will be added. They told me not to worry and everything will be straight forward and smooth transaction. Obviously not happening after the crew finish the work. The crew start working at 9am and finish at 12:10am and then call the office for the final charge. The move is from Storage to unload at residential home. I thought it would be easy and smooth transaction. Just labors and truck. Nothing complicate. The branch manager call for the total of 1235$ which combine all fee that is not even in the quote. I believe this is a Shady and scandalous way of doing business. I should believed some other bad review on yelps and Google. At the end they lower the price to 1081$. The calculation that I got from my calculation is 3hours and 10 Mins + 1 hour of travel fee = $950. I didn't use any of packing material. I only use the labors+truck. This actuall pisses me off. I just paid them 1081$ just to get it over with. The only good thing about this transaction is Erick and his crews are very curtious and polite. They work fast. I have another loading coming in from out of state. I think I better use any other company. They promised me of 10% discount. You have to be crazy to use them again. This service and totally experienced is not worth 1081$. Be very careful with this company. You better of finding some other local company. This company is a joke. Save yourself time and headache by looking else where.

I am quite generous w/ ratings and it takes a lot for me to not give someone 5 stars. I thought to…read moregive them a 3 star as they can do a lot better (I will come to that later) but as per Yelp rating guidelines, 2-star means "Could've been better", so 2-star it is. The move was scheduled for 2PM and original estimate was 3 hours, so I had elevators and loading docks reserved for both my apartments from 2PM to 5PM. I waited till 2:30PM and when no one showed up, I felt someone could at least reach out to me with an update. I texted my point of contact after waiting for 40 minutes stating that the elevators could only be blocked for a certain period of time and post 5PM, the move will become slower due to loading dock not being available (see screenshot) I was informed that movers still hadn't finished the previous job - which was understandable if they could reach out to me and tell me that, so I could re-book the loading dock. I requested an estimate arrival time so I could plan my things around it - no answer. Movers showed up at 3:45PM! Yes, almost 2 hours late! When we arrived at the new apartment (which is less than a mile away from my old apartment), exact same situation happened as I expected! The loading dock was occupied by someone else and we had to wait. After talking to lots of management people over the phone and making multiple requests, I was able to reserve the elevator just for us. Moving stuff from the truck to the apartment (with a reserved elevator) took 3 hours!! I was quoted for 4.5 hours when original estimate was 2-3 hours! I paid the entire amount but when I was on phone with the owner, I mentioned if I could provide a feedback and said that I am getting charged for 2 additional hours because movers did not arrive on time and moreover, I had been mentioning this already. I want to emphasize that I paid the amount first after the complain because I want to clarify that my complaint is genuine - not only I had to pay more than $300 extra, I was drained out of energy, ended up leaving some stuff due to hurrying and the whole idea of not doing any work myself did not fall in place. In return, forget an apology, the response was a long pause and "I see. Thank you for business with us." I did tip the movers well because they did their best. It was a management issue where lack of communication and not caring about client's ask are two major disappointments. Not to mention, I later found out that my standing desk wire got torn out in the moving too but at this point, I am not even mad!
