They inflated costs via predatory packing material fees, ignored signed paperwork, and have a non-existent customer service department. A formal complaint is being filed with the Washington State Attorney General. Avoid this company at all costs. Bait-and-Switch Pricing: Our original estimate was $2,200. They attempted to charge us a staggering $8,000 at delivery (4x the estimate) before we caught their "mistakes" and they adjusted it to a still-outrageous final total of $4,943 which included nearly $2k in packing materials. The "Two-Truck" Scam: They tried to bill us for two trucks when they only brought one. The initial quote was based on half a truck, but no one communicated this. Furthermore, they tried to hide their one-hour break in the billable labor time. Predatory Material Charges: The receipt showed nearly $1,800 in packing materials despite a materials quote of $180. I signed paperwork explicitly stating not to wrap outdoor items; they ignored it and wrapped them anyway. Instead of using standard quilt blankets for our single piece of furniture (a couch), they individually wrapped every single segment to pad the bill. Abysmal Performance: The crew showed up an hour late, and the very first words out of their mouths were asking for a 5-star review so they could get a monthly bonus. It took 4 men 9.5 hours to move a single-family home just 3 miles--even though we had already self-packed everything except the kitchen, a walk-in closet, and 15 pieces of art. The team leader spent the day disparaging his own crew, slowing the entire process to a crawl. One of the crew injured themselves but kept working. They left a strong smell of marijuana in our bathroom. Zero Customer Support: When I called to dispute the charges, the office manager and customer care department spent days routing me in circles. I was promised a callback within 48 hours that never came. Five days later, I spent 14 minutes on hold before giving up. They have our money, but they have completely refused to make this right. If you want to be scammed, ignored, and overcharged by a slow, unprofessional crew, hire All My Sons. Otherwise, look literally anywhere else.

Parking at my new place could've been a mess, but they figured it out on the spot without making it a whole ordeal. Just handled it and kept moving. They were also super patient throughout the process and just easy to work with. Good attitudes, good communication, no weird energy which honestly makes a huge difference on a moving day. They dumped boxes in the carport when they were clearly marked for the house. They put clearly marked boxes in the wrong rooms. They failed to reassemble a bed after they've taken it apart. They gouged walls as they moved around the house. They damaged the concrete front steps with their dolly. Each day as we unpack we discover more problems. Boxes labeled fragile beneath a heavy box of books. More boxes dumped on the wrong floor of the house. On the day the crew loaded the truck, one of the two locked himself into a bathroom (which still needed to be packed) for a half hour and wouldn't respond when we asked him to finish his business and get out. Moving is stressful enough without having to monitor movers and their every action. You trust they'll do a competent job and only find out they didn't after you pay the final bill and they drive off to the next job.
