THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS (of pretty much everything I'm finding out!) -Literally as I learned today they take care of weed growth too! Throughout the years life happens & as many have, I have had to move back in with my folks periodically. They have never had a pest problem to date. Which is impressive for they've lived in new neighborhoods where land was still being cleared & critters/crawlies scurry to nearby areas/homes when this occurs. It's not only because of their performance but their knowledge, friendliness & professionalism all are reasons why I say the first sentence above in all caps. Also why, now in a new home myself again, they are the only company I will ever call. Recently, upon moving in to our new place we were infested with scorpions & black widows amongst other. EVERYWHERE! The house has holes, gaps & spaces throughout for things to get in. I called Crandells & haven't seen anything since. Until today, while eating breakfast I hear buzzing. A fly in the sink I thought. Until I saw a bee. No worry as I was sure he must had followed one of the kids in. Then I saw another. As quick (& as scary) as it was to kill one & shoo the other out, my wife spots three more. Needless to say I was in an uncommon hurry to leave for work today lol (sorry wife!... No I'm not, she's much stronger than I when it comes to bugs!) I was however able to speak with Sandra who told me todays schedule was unfortunately full but...... she would call Seth to see if he could fit me in. She called me back within mere minutes & said he would come by after his last appointment for the day. Now, this review is already long enough so I won't go into detail on the feeling this gave me as I departed for work but wow, it was great. It was relief. Thank you guys soooooo much! Oh, & as if all that isn't enough, they have ALWAYS been fair & beaten prices of many others. Several years ago when we lived in Queen Creek, we had 4 scorpions in our house within a 3 week period. At that time, we did not have pest control. Within hours, I had called Crandell, and they came out and sprayed. Several years and a move to Mesa, we still have Crandell -- I can't say enough great things about them. We have been in our current home for 4 years and never seen a single scorpion. They are always super friendly, professional, and do a wonderful job. Every month, Seth, Tyrel or Preston come by to spray. When Seth and Preston come, they never ring the doorbell (super important when you have babies sleeping!) They both have many kids of their own and know firsthand that ringing the doorbell is a bad bad thing. Seth always texts me when he's on his way and quietly finds his way to the front door to let me know he's here. He has a great personality and chats it up with my kids (who love him). Preston is super friendly as well, talks to the kids and they like him as well. I usually don't write reviews too often, but Crandell deserves a pat on the back for doing such a great job. Wanting the best quality and value for my money, I opted to get 4 bids for termite treatment. The owner himself, Preston, was impressively knowledgeable and very informative. Upon comparing the presentation and pricing of each company, I was most comfortable going forward with Crandall and having Preston specifically do the work himself. To get the job done right away though, I was told that only Seth was available when I wanted them to come. However, upon meeting Seth and hearing all the knowledge and experience he had, I felt confident that he was the right man for the job. Not only did he thoroughly treat every area required, but he patiently examined his own work to make sure he and I were both totally satisfied. He was very personable, professional and pleasant. I'm very happy with his work, the cleanup and I have not seen a termite since. This is the first time I've ever bothered to post a Yelp review, however, I felt compelled to do so based on their performance and the quality of their service. Crandell is the kind of service company I really appreciate. We have a new manufactured home in an RV park. We've seen just a few crickets and one scorpion in the house during our first 6 months. But we really don't want to see any more of them, or other kinds of pests in the house. (Being proactive.) Since our home is different from a single family home that has a wall and a lot of landscaping, Seth helped us understand what will be effective but without spending more than we need to. (Love that!) We're from a northern state where pest control isn't typically necessary, and there's a lot I don't know. I understand a lot more, now. Ultimately, we're subscribing to a periodic service for bugs, etc., and we made an appointment for termite control. (Again, being proactive.) I appreciated that they're not in "sales" mode, but interested in serving customers' needs instead. I recently moved into a new home and wanted to set up monthly pest control services with a reputable company. After reading reviews about various pest control companies online I decided to go with Crandell Pest Control and I am happy with my decision. They have been treating my home now for about 6 months. I also had a bee issue in one of my backyard wall pillars. The wall company didn't properly seal the pillar and bees started a massive hive. Crandell Pest Control came out and eliminated my bee problem, plus they sealed up the pillar so that this will not happen again. Pricing is very reasonable and I haven't seen one scorpion since starting service with them. They also make sure to clean any cobwebs that might gather around outside lights which keeps the outside of my home looking pristine. Service by Crandell Pest Control is always above par and the technicians are the best, polite and they get in and out doing there job and gone. What I want to tell everyone is how big of a heart the owners are in this company. My wife passed away going on 3 years this December, the most difficult thing I have gone through in my life, and I have gone through a lot. Crandell in my grief came to my home, offered not only condolences but until I could get back on my feet No charge for their services. We have used Crandell Pest Control monthly for several years. They keep bugs at bay and we live in the middle of the desert. We had a bed bug infestation that Seth wiped out in one day. This week we had them come out for termites that have moved in. Seth and Preston came out and spent the whole day wiping them out. They are great!! They help you from the first call you make all the way to the technition. When we moved here we had a LOT of new buggy friends waiting for us. It was not pleasent. I've had Seth and Jesse out, I think Preston too maybe, all great guys! My sister recommended Crandalls when I found a scorpion in my bathroom and I haven't seen a scorpion since they're first visit. It wasn't it, and it was still alive in pool and upside down swimming. When I picked up and tried to escape it. I poured the dawn detergent soap on top. I hope I do not want to see it. I had few problems with AZ scorpions / spiders / cockroaches and even the HOA area (behind the wall) was sprayed with Tech to take care of that area. There were a lot of cockroaches in the island community until I notified the problem. This year scorpions are living in my garden and home. Tech is back in the retreat area. You couldn't ask for a better company to get rid of your nasty intruders. They came out immediately and our scorpions got really slow the next day and within two weeks were totally gone.
