You call them, then they put the job out for a locksmith to call you. They are very responsive and you usually get a call back very quickly. I most recently had Oren come out to my Katy home. He was very knowledgeable about my unique 1980s lock situation and the challenges that come with it. Not only did he repair it but he taught me a lot about it. I did feel that ultimately the price was a bit high (I'm not sure if the locksmiths set their own prices), but I was in a bit of a bind and he helped me out quickly so it was worth it

Scammer. Don't get your keys copied here. We called Ben for help when we locked ourselves out of…read moreour car a few months ago on a Sunday. He came and copied our key fob for us and we were able to get into the car at that time. We were not given a receipt afterwards. Fast forward to current day, the key started acting up and not properly unlocking the car/opening the trunk when being clicked. And then this past weekend the key completely stopped working. We thought maybe it was the battery so we went and purchased new batteries and switched it out. They key still did not work. I called him for help on this issue since he was the one who copied the key for us and we paid $250. On the call I explained we got a key from him before and he brought up at 90 day warranty that was NEVER told to us. He then proceeded to say that in order to reprogram the key he would need to charge again. I asked if he was expecting for us to pay full price for a new key and he said no he would be able to provide a lower price. I asked how much would this lower price be and he wanted to know how much we paid originally. Trying to see if he was truthful or not, I said we paid $300 and he replied saying his discounted price was $250. We caught him in his own lies. I also brought up something else we discovered wrong with the replacement key he gave us, he didn't cut the actual key so that part is completely useless. His response to my question about this was that it would be an additional charge. IN SUMMARY WHAT SEEMS VERY APPARENT IS THAT BEN PROGRAMS HIS KEYS TO STOP WORKING AFTER A SET AMOUNT OF TIME. (CONVENIENTLY AFTER THE SUPPOSED "90 DAY WARRANTY") -- When you contact him about any issues then he'll charge you again and this would be a repetitive cycle for those who are clueless. Please stay away from his services and don't make the same mistake we did. This guy also works under a different company name - 24/7 Locksmith. Then I found super lock, and he actually quoted me the best price out of everyone in town, and at the same time understood the issue on my car and affirmed me that he would be able to replicate my key. He came exactly the time of the appointment and manually opened my trunk lock cylinders, read the pins on it, which is very complicated to do, and made a combinations of keys in which one of them was a perfect match. When the technician arrived at my teenage daughter's residence she felt intimidated by him especially when he said one price then charged another, without explaining the extra charges to her, and then the guy offered to give her another key is she gave him $100 cash!! This was abusive tactics of a business towards a young vulnerable woman. She just paid so he would leave. I believe he discriminated based on location, as she is in a nicer neighborhood than I called from, and took advantage of my daughter being young. I talked to the owner the next day and he laughed at us and blamed us for not knowing what a 'key' means, for being dumb enough for losing her key in the first place and then said they did nothing wrong by charging us undisclosed trip charges and coding charges and stands by the idea that a basic 'key' with no remote access should cost $335!
