I asked her to call for a more experienced technician but she kept saying she could handle it. Welp she did a terrible job. Most of my deadbolts are stuck and hard to open now. Never had any issues opening or being stuck before the rekey service. The kitchen door deadbolt doesn't even lock. She removed the latch to make it lock now I have no latch there. When I asked her to get a supervisor to find a solution she went outside with the keys with my doors locked essentially locking me in my own house without a key! I was on the verge of calling police. The customer service person didn't help either, they kept blaming it on my doors in a newly remodeled house where I had no issues with my deadbolts locking before. Complete scary nightmare. I was charged $55 for the locksmith to disassemble the locking mechanism and extract the lock cylinder. He did not have the necessary hardware to duplicate key so he took the cylinder along with the promise to return with either a new key or complete new cylinder. A few days go by and I get a text stating that he has to order a new cylinder. I asked him how much a new cylinder costs, $80 + $90 labor. This seemed a little high and prompted me to research what Locinox charges for a 46mm replacement cylinder. $6 plus instructions on how to swap out cylinder. Not only that but a brand new, identical lock kit costs $120. NOT TODAY SATAN! NOT TODAY I understand I'm paying for a service but this is price gouging at its finest. I'd hate to see anyone get duped so please heed my cautioning and try a different locksmith.

He came and copied our key fob for us and we were able to get into the car at that time. We were not given a receipt afterwards. Fast forward to current day, the key started acting up and not properly unlocking the car/opening the trunk when being clicked. And then this past weekend the key completely stopped working. We thought maybe it was the battery so we went and purchased new batteries and switched it out. They key still did not work. I called him for help on this issue since he was the one who copied the key for us and we paid $250. On the call I explained we got a key from him before and he brought up at 90 day warranty that was NEVER told to us. He then proceeded to say that in order to reprogram the key he would need to charge again. I asked if he was expecting for us to pay full price for a new key and he said no he would be able to provide a lower price. I asked how much would this lower price be and he wanted to know how much we paid originally. Trying to see if he was truthful or not, I said we paid $300 and he replied saying his discounted price was $250. We caught him in his own lies. I also brought up something else we discovered wrong with the replacement key he gave us, he didn't cut the actual key so that part is completely useless. His response to my question about this was that it would be an additional charge. IN SUMMARY WHAT SEEMS VERY APPARENT IS THAT BEN PROGRAMS HIS KEYS TO STOP WORKING AFTER A SET AMOUNT OF TIME. (CONVENIENTLY AFTER THE SUPPOSED "90 DAY WARRANTY") -- When you contact him about any issues then he'll charge you again and this would be a repetitive cycle for those who are clueless. Please stay away from his services and don't make the same mistake we did. This guy also works under a different company name - 24/7 Locksmith. (REMEMBER - This guy will have a copy of your key if you use his services.
