For example I wasn't greeted when I entered hut instead I had a staff element sitting on her phone at a table. Another staff member at the bar eating. No one greeted me or sat me. The sign on the door said No Bar....no big deal we proceeded into very poor reception from the hostess and other crew member she was talking with like we were bothering her. Let me start by saying WEI (the Manager/Owner) deserves to be put out of business, she is rude, unprofessional, unfriendly and an overall horrible leader of a business. I ordered KING CRAB LEGS (1lb) I received 1 whole crab leg and the bottom portion of another one. One of my friends ordered the same but a half pound and got ONE CRAB LEG. I asked to speak to the manager because I was perplexed at the math and how I could get one and a half legs but when I go to the Towson location a pound is two clusters, this wasn't even a cluster just a LEG. WEI came to my table with an attitude and then asked if I wanted her to show me how its packaged, I said yes, she came back with a scale to put my BAG on. I, of course was like UMMM there's potatoes, eggs and corn in the bag so how would I get an accurate reading of the weight of the crab leg. While I was speaking to her she rested the scale on the table and my friend noticed the scale was off (not on zero where it should be if nothing is on it) letting us know she's CHEATING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY. I was here yesterday, and unfortunately, the experience was not a good one. I ordered snow crab and didn't get a knife or a claw cracker even after asking for them twice. The server said that she looked for some claw crackers and didn't find any, but a table near me received some just as I was finishing up. They are both essential if you are eating crab claws and I ended up not finishing the claws. There is no salt or pepper on the tables and no sugar or sweetener for the iced tea unless you ask for it and are willing to wait a long time. I had to ask for ice because the tea was warm. The crab legs, corn and potatoes were all very soggy because the plastic bag they came in had a lot of liquid in the bottom and the Cajun seasoning had a sweet taste that I really did not like. I think that Joe's Crab Shack did a much better job with their food and service; unfortunately all of them closed in Maryland. I'm not the kind of diner who likes to run the server to death, but it looked like she was working short-handed and just couldn't manage so many tables by herself.
