I explained multiple times that I had an appointment, yet they told me they didn't even have the tires in stock. How does that even happen when you schedule people in advance? The whole place seemed confused and unprepared -- zero communication and zero accountability. I wasted my time coming in for absolutely nothing. To make things worse, when I left an honest review about what happened, they actually yelled at me instead of owning up to their mistake. When my brother decided to leave an honest review about the situation, the person read it, became aggressive, and uttered threats while yelling at him to get out of the shop. Concerned for his safety, my brother immediately left. No customer should ever be treated this way. The level of unprofessionalism and hostility displayed was unacceptable and alarming.

I took my truck here for a head gasket replacement and cylinder head rebuild, and to say it has…read morebeen an absolute nightmare would be an understatement. Al told me I could pick up my truck in about 10 business days from the drop off date, and they held on to my vehicle and gave me the run around for 7 WEEKS. When I finally got the truck back, I found out that the cylinder head was badly rebuilt and the exhaust valves/valve guides are leaking oil into my exhaust system. Al refuses responsibility, and is being extremely shady about the whole thing, even though his work is clearly faulty. Al is not a credible mechanic and I would urge anyone thinking of visiting this shop to learn from my mistake and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I will be paying someone else to fix the truck properly and suing this shop for the money I paid them, and the cost to fix the damage they caused. What an ordeal - and it could've been avoided by picking a better mechanic.

Unlike some other places I have been to for oil changes they didn't up sell me on any additional product like air filters etc. They told me my vehicle could take regular oil or synthetic and it was completely my choice. I initially came in for an oil change and asked the owner / owner's son, Riaz, to check a few items while the car was on the hoist: the belt drive, control arms, brake fluid, and brake pads. I was completely fine paying for an inspection, and he mentioned it would be easy to check since the car was already lifted. After the oil change, I was told that all of the above items needed attention. Based on his recommendation, I authorized the brake fluid service and belt drive replacement. The old belt was never shown to me after replacement. Regarding the brakes, I was told--both verbally over the phone and in writing on the invoice--that the brake pads were 1 mm in the front and 3 mm in the rear, and that they needed to be replaced ASAP. I found this odd and questioned it, but he doubled down and assured me this was accurate. I was quoted $550 per axle, trusted the assessment, and agreed. I was also given labor quotes for the work and asked to return once I purchased the pads and control arms. The labor pricing was on the higher side, though still lower than the dealership. The parts took about a week to arrive. Once the parts came in, I called around and found another shop that beat their pricing, so I dropped the car off there instead. Midway through the day, the new shop called me to ask whether I actually wanted to replace the rear brake pads, because they measured 6-7 mm remaining and didn't understand why they were being replaced at all. I have never experienced an auto shop calling to confirm work because they believed it was unnecessary and unreasonable. That alone speaks volumes. I returned to Amin's to see if they would make things right. When I first called, I was told, "What do you want us to do? The manager isn't here and won't be back for six weeks." After pushing back, I was told to come in and discuss it. When I arrived, Mr. Amin was extremely confrontational and stated that they "only eyeball the brake thickness." I explained that I came to their shop specifically for a professional opinion, and that I had written confirmation from their invoice stating the rear pads were 3 mm, which was clearly not the case. Had I not chosen to source my own parts, I would have been charged $1,100 for brake work that was not needed. I was ultimately told to "get lost and sue me if you want." There was no attempt to resolve the issue, no accountability, and no professionalism. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. im out money for parts and labor which i never needed.

Overall the owner is a very nice guy, polite and professional. However his price is more expensive…read morethan the Mercedes dealer. My car needed a battery change. I assumed a private mechanic shop would be at least 40% cheaper. I never checked with Mercedes. Matthew, the owner of ML Auto, quoted me $590 I accepted the price because i just wanted it to be done. But after i checked with mercedes i realized they would have charged me $580 including battery and service. Since Matthew already had my car, i didn't call back to cancel. But after i got the final bill i saw other fees such as "shop"? Anyways the bill came to $695 including taxes and extra fees. Also you should consider that the battery is also not the same exact battery as the Mercedes, its an equivalent based on what Matthew claimed. I got the break down from both Mercedes and ML Autos. The original battery from Mercedes was $420 by itself, from ML Auto, the equivalent, (which usually should be cheaper) was $480. This simple comparison gives you an idea of how over priced this place is. Also changing battery is only a 20mins to 30 mins task. Which ML Auto charge me $119!!! That is even more expensive than dealership! I did point out his price being higher than Mercedes and honestly i expected him to give me a better price but I'm not the haggling type, and he did not offer any better price. Overall This high priced definitely has cost him a customer unless i was given a much better price, I don't think i would be going back. I rather go to Mercedes if I'm paying about the same price or a bit more and get a shuttle to my home back and forth and get my car washed for free also! In addition, when you want to sell your car its more valuable if your services are done in Mercedes dealership. When you take your car to a local mechanic You want a much better price than Dealer and definitely not to pay more.
