Sure, but this was way off. Also, later on we discovered our trailer hitch was missing. When we talked to them they denied it would have ever been them but it seems like the most logical choice. So we were left minus a hitch, but can't prove it was their fault because there was a gap in time.

I started out knowing Mark, but he moved to Abbotsford and now Tommy has taken over. Both guys know their jobs well. Both lead me through how they would repair my car in detail to ensure I approved of everything. My most recent visit was due to a rear-end collision. I had my car towed directly to Fix and they got to work on it right away. Although the repair was delayed due to a parts backorder (hardly their fault) I got to drive around in a brand new Mazda 3 while my car was in the shop. Everytime I called (every few days) I had no trouble getting a detailed status update on how work was progressing and getting an estimated completion day. The follow-up call the day after I picked up my car was appreciated - no survey, no nosey questions - just wanted to make sure everything was perfect with the car. I will not hesitate to send my car back there if I have to, but I hope I never have to...my body can only take so many impacts.

I had a very negative and disappointing experience with my dealership regarding this issue. To make a long story short I was quoted $2500.00 for total repairs to my vehicle as it was not covered by the existing warranty I have that I purchased just about 3 months ago. I decided to decline the quote I was provided by the dealership and went to see Circuit Collision for some advise as to how I could get the issue with the lock resolved without having to spend that much money. The manager Tony Impellezzeri agreed with me that $2500.00 quoted by my dealership was outrageous and asked me if I could bring the vehicle in for him to have a look at to see if he could resolve the problem. You can imagine my shock when he offered to look at it for me free of charge and would only have to bill me for parts should they be required. I took the car into Circuit Collision a few days later. He fixed the problem in record time. Not only did Tony have one of his Estimators give me a ride home, he also picked me back up when the problem was solved. They also took it upon themselves to clean my car inside and out. I was so impressed, that I thought I was dreaming. Never in my life have I ever had such impeccable service. All for free. No parts were required, whereas my dealership wanted to bill me $1700.00 for parts that were not required. Then there would have been labor and taxes on top of that to make the $2500.00 total repair bill. I am an existing customer of Circuit Collision as I have had body work done to my vehicle twice in the past 6 years by them and they do an outstanding job. They are efficient and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They also offer courtesy vehicles. I highly recommend them for any autobody work should you require those services. They provided me with a black Hyundai as a temporary rental vehicle. It was rainy when I picked up the rental, and the inspection process felt rushed. When I returned the rental vehicle to pick up my own car, I was told there was a scratch above the tire area and I was charged $1,610. This was very surprising and disappointing. The vehicle was not thoroughly inspected with me at pickup, and there was no clear, detailed documentation provided regarding the vehicle's pre-existing condition. This is the first time I have experienced something like this. A few years ago, I used a different body shop and did not have any issues. I am attaching photos for transparency. I recommend that future customers carefully document the vehicle (take detailed photos and videos) before leaving the lot. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

She gave me a very thorough and reasonable quote within minutes after checking out the damages, and the quote turned out to be very accurate.. I sent my car in for repair on Monday and was told to pick it up on Friday. On Thursday I got a call from Lisa that she would like a couple of extra hours Friday morning to have the car cleaned again - she wasn't happy about the initial cleanup and stressed that they could do better than that. Body shop: the repair was flawless. Thanks to Lisa, they even cleaned up the tape marks left on some parts of the car when it was used as a demo car. It was literally shining inside and out when I picked it up on Friday as originally scheduled. Coming from the service industry myself, I am impressed with the way Lisa and her colleagues treat their customers.
