    I had my vehicle repaired through ICBC after a hit and run (I was found not at fault and we had…read moredashcam footage). I took my car to Circuit Collision & Auto Glass in Coquitlam. They provided me with a black Hyundai as a temporary rental vehicle. It was rainy when I picked up the rental, and the inspection process felt rushed. When I returned the rental vehicle to pick up my own car, I was told there was a scratch above the tire area and I was charged $1,610. This was very surprising and disappointing. The vehicle was not thoroughly inspected with me at pickup, and there was no clear, detailed documentation provided regarding the vehicle's pre-existing condition. This is the first time I have experienced something like this. A few years ago, I used a different body shop and did not have any issues. I am attaching photos for transparency. I recommend that future customers carefully document the vehicle (take detailed photos and videos) before leaving the lot. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

    F****** worst experience I ever have f****** worse please read this people it's going to be a long…read moreone I want to start with the girl named Emily that works in the front she is f****** rude makes fun of customers calls them names and other things I brought my car the first time there a year ago to fix my Mazda CX-5 they fixed it with overspray all over the car I was okay with that I brought it the second time someone key my whole car they keep my car for almost a month and a half just for a paint job anywhere else you take it it's a two weeks job I didn't say nothing after 30 days I came to pick up my car it's a Mazda CX-5 candy apple red with huge white wheels is fully custom so I'm very picky my mirror was hanging I told that Emily girl she made me sign papers first I say no I want this fix first she got so mad she threw the paper at me then she made me wait one of the guys came took the car in the back they didn't even fix it properly my side skirts were all not screwed in I had to get them to do ​then I noticed my front grill was even not in a right direction then that Emily girl goes to check the courtesy car see if anything wrong with it scratches I just came back from a long trip from Alberta no time to clean the car the inside was clean the trunk had some water bottle and a paper towel in there she gets the detailing guy to come take the car to the back I am standing beside her now looking at my car she tells the detailing guy come and look at this then I can hear her quietly telling the detailing guy look at this dirty Hindu left his bottles in the back these Hindus smell so bad then she starts laughing and whispering to the guy and making fun of me I'm not even a Hindu I was born here and I am Italian she's not even from Canada she's not even PR or permit residency she's here on school Visa and she has the balls to make fun of Canadians she should be lucky she's in this country and she was wearing such a dirty clothes I didn't say nothing because I'm not a person that makes fun of other people but she has the guts to make fun of a customer they are so rude they do not know how to treat customers those other reviews you guys see online those are fake reviews that you can buy from Google there's so many other people that left bad comments the same what I'm saying about that company the owner should do something about this they just lost me as a customer I brought so much business in this company in the last 2 years over $25,000 and I just crashed my BMW two days ago I was going to bring it there that was another $7,000 in damage after what she just said about me and how they treated me and they did such a bad job not putting stuff together on my car my buddy brought his car there too same experience there's so many other body shops that the treat people so good so nice with customers do your research first please people don't waste your time if you go there do not deal with that Emily girl the owner needs to do something about her I am so freaking mad I'm going to make it full video about that company how they treated me I'm going to post it all over online Instagram YouTube tick tock I'm going to put full video of their shop their name I'm a YouTuber I make my money online so I know how to do stuff like this and I just paid them $8,000 for the things that they did on my car Kevin kouns owner of a Mazda CX-5 candy apple red with big white wheels with red stripes on the wheels for custom I am just shocked how I got treated there by a person that don't even live in this country that's here as a visitor and that's how the street Canadians she did this to me last time too but not as bad I think maybe she's just don't like I'm not going to say now I have to fix the side skirt on my car myself the side mirror myself and I have to put all the wires all myself together and my lights don't work now my hood doesn't close properly and it's not lined up with my bumper and my headlight is loose this is not a cheap car and I just noticed there is overspray on my wheels again and my wheels are freaking expensive

    DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE ! They do not hold up to their…read morestandards for the lifetime warranty guaranteed they claim to provide. From my understanding "Lifetime warranty" means at any point in time after you get your car worked on at their shop , if a problem arises due to their work they promise to fix it. No matter how long time has passed. Hence the Lifetime part. The second you drive it off their lot and later find something wrong with your vehicle the new manager will try to say the warranty is voided because it was approved and "fully fixed" when you signed and pick up your vehicle up from them. Which doesn't make much sense. I understand accidents happen , things can be missed at first glance, and there could have been a possible miss judgement from their estimator..but still they choose to ignore that possibility completely. Which makes me think about , will anyone ever be able to use the lifetime warranty they promise to stand by ? This location will make up fake scenarios (Other reviews also talk about the same thing) and use them as excuses like "Its just the way my car is built" or " it looks like it possibly was worked on at a different shop and it will no longer be their job to fix any more" ,and "the broken part must have happened after we fixed it, it's been too long and you would have noticed this problem sooner". Which once again ..Shouldn't matter how long it takes for me to notice. Once I notice, it should be fixed. Save your time and find somewhere else that stays true to their loyalty program ,wants to actually help their customers and does the job right the first time. Very disappointing service and quality of work. The old manager seemed to care more about making sure your car was fixed and up to good standard. The new manager is far more passive, defensive and not about customer service at all.
