My convertible top had a small tear and minor cracking on the top's trim. This is not normally something Jack does, so he called in a friend with more expertise in this area. The two of them did a wonderful job repairing the tear and even touched up the cracks around the trim edges. My convertible top is likely to last several more years now. Communication is key for me when I'm dealing with car things. They even covered the cost of a rental car for a week (conveniently located right next to the shop). When I got my car back it had been detailed inside and out. I'm not sure if that is standard practice, but I sure noticed the difference.
