My convertible top had a small tear and minor cracking on the top's trim. This is not normally something Jack does, so he called in a friend with more expertise in this area. The two of them did a wonderful job repairing the tear and even touched up the cracks around the trim edges. My convertible top is likely to last several more years now. I was a little concerned that perhaps I would be taken advantage of financially, due to a lack of experience with what things like this should cost.
