The two of them did a wonderful job repairing the tear and even touched up the cracks around the trim edges. My convertible top is likely to last several more years now. The back passenger door lock crapped out sometime ago. I got a quote back in Sep 2019 from O'Connor which was $520 including parts/labour/taxes. I didn't bother to get an updated quote since then but they told me "it was a little higher now" since it's been almost a year later. Back then I chose not to do the repair as I seldom use the back seats and it was only minimally inconvenient. I was prepared for a higher radiator bill based on O'Connor's quote and had the money set aside but after Carstar saved me a whack of money on that job I decided to repair the back seat lock. As mentioned, O'Connor's quote from Sep 2019 was $520. Carstar's price was $273 all-in. And, the Manager Ted Schindle drove me to work in the morning as well. So far this company has treated me very well and they are certainly priced fairly! This is so important for senior's like me on fixed incomes. So, for your bodywork and some general car repair business I highly recommend Carstar to you. P.S. they don't do brakes... I asked :)

Communication is key for me when I'm dealing with car things. I don't feel knowledgeable enough to know when I'm being ripped off, so I'm always appreciative of staff who take the time to explain the details in terms that I understand. They even covered the cost of a rental car for a week (conveniently located right next to the shop). When I got my car back it had been detailed inside and out. I'm not sure if that is standard practice, but I sure noticed the difference.
