Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had windshield replaced on July 13th; at that…read moretime I was given an invoice to be signed (apparently for the insurance) dated June 22, 2021 and only partially filled in. I chose not to sign it till it was completed, which the staff person seemed to find insulting. When I picked up the vehicle, she pointed out that the wrong windshield wipers were on the vehicle; my husband checked them, and found that they were barely hanging. I called, she said bring the vehicle in at 11:30 am, which I did. She immediately started arguing with me "we have no reason to touch the wind sheild wiper" and comments like "people come in here and complain that their trunk is leaking after they had a new windshield installed." Totally inappropriate, not my problem, and insulting me - obviously in her mind I had to be lying. She made NO attempt to be even borderline polite or respectful. In my opinion, this woman seriously needs customer service training! The usual result - I have told all our family and friends of this experience; none of us will ever deal with Abstract Glass again!!

My convertible top had a small tear and minor cracking on the top's trim. This is not normally something Jack does, so he called in a friend with more expertise in this area. The two of them did a wonderful job repairing the tear and even touched up the cracks around the trim edges. My convertible top is likely to last several more years now. I was a little concerned that perhaps I would be taken advantage of financially, due to a lack of experience with what things like this should cost. I'm very happy to report that was not the case with Chilliwack Auto Glass. Jack doesn't seem like the kind of person that would rip people off, or overcharge. He seems very genuine and not at all money-hungry. You will get good value, for quality work, at Chilliwack Auto Glass. Jack is very friendly and personable. He's easy to talk to and goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I would highly recommend Chilliwack Auto Glass and will be trusting any future upholstery repairs to Jack.

We contacted Sumas auto glass as they were on our way back to the states and I would rather get a chip fixed than have to get another windshield replaced. The folks at Sumas were friendly, knowledgeable, fast and fair. They let us know that they couldn't properly seal the chip due to size and depth and so they didn't charge us for the service. They also noticed a plastic piece on our car was loose and fastened it for us. If you are in the area and in need of service I highly recommend the fine folks at Sumas for your auto glass needs.

They didn't give the rental car I was promised, even though I was assured, the day before, that it was booked. They promised my car would be ready on a Sunday. It wasn't. Unseen damage. Isnt that their job to see/estimate it? I went in the next day when it was promised again, but again, not ready. I called the next day and they had "run out of double sided tape". Finally I was told I could pick it up on Thu at noon, but again, it wasn't ready! To add to all those broken promises, I asked them to "buff out" the many little scratches on the paint. I had to pay $500. for it myself as it wasn't part of the claim. It was all clean and shiny, but the scrapes were still there. I felt ripped off.
