I've been to Craft Street in Oldsmar a few times but tonight we tried out Craft Street in Trinty. We got the blackberry bourbon smash, an IPA, and the Buffalo cauliflower to start. The drinks were fantastic and Buffalo cauliflower is to die for. It is hands down the best Buffalo cauliflower I've EVER had. For our meals we enjoyed the chicken cordon who, 3 kings burger and a craft street burger. The chicken was crispy, the burgers were cooked perfect and the fries were fresh and hot. I will add that craft street was extremely busy tonight. The servers, hosts, and managers did an AMAZING job making sure everyone was taken care of and the food was hot and fresh. Recently we visited one of my favorite places. Craft Street Kitchen in Trinity/NPR (also in Oldsmar). Let's start with my favorite item at Craft St. and that is the famous Smoked Old Fashioned!! I think they really have something in that simple syrup that just gets me. Maybe it's the smoke combo but as a bourbon drinker and collector, I can say they have been able to craft one of my favorite Old Fashioned drinks ever if not possibly my favorite, and I have a had a few . Try it standard for just $10 with Four Roses or for a simple two dollar upgrade you can partake in there 120 proof Knob Creek, Rye Barrel Pick. That's right. $12 for that!!!! THE FOOD We are regular visitors to Craft Street Kitchen. I would say we're there almost weekly. Some of my favorite menu items include the Sticky Ale Wings, Three Kings Burger and a straight order of fries with....balsamic ketchup (Seriously. Try this next time). One of the things that makes Craft Street famous is there ever-changing specials menu. I believe they change it about once per month. I think at one point in time they were changing as often as once per week, but I can imagine that would be tough to keep up with. I put a picture of the current specials below, but they regularly have 3 to 4. Unique, limited time options that really keep their menu fresh. Tonight was all about the Flatbread for me. Wednesdays at the Craft Street Kitchen is $2 off of all flatbreads. I love the "Royale". The best way I can describe it is to think of a Big Mac in flatbread form. I order mine with extra pickles and extra sauce. Another thing I really love about the flatbread element is the crust. Whether it be in a flatbread format, or in a pizza I've really grown to appreciate a nice crisp thinner crust. Craft Street nails it. Not sure if they wood fire it or how they make the magic. I don't question it. Nothing wrong with those thick breads either. I just like that snap. That slightly burnt bottom. Eating is more of an experience for me. I love quality foods, craft drinks and great service. Dining is truly an experience for me and that is something that Craft Street Kitchen at both locations has always gotten right. They even have an online waiting list (pics below). We put ourselves on the waiting list as we leave the house and we rarely have a wait by the time we spend our 10 to 12 minutes driving. I have to admit I had tried Craft Street in the Past and found it lacking versus its sister property Zim Zari.... This week was invited to an early dinner and found the food well prepared and delicious! The group shared truffle fries and the short rib tots as appetizers. Both done well, but the short rib tots deserve a 6 star rating! For dinner I chose the three kings burger. The list of toppings is long but combine for one delicious bite! I had to write this while it was on my mind...I ordered their Hot honey chicken biscuit and it was to die for. Yeah he perfect balance of heat, sweet and flavor! This sandwich really made me happy today and washed down well with their Mighty Mule. My kids got their chicken strips and fries and if you haven't had their fries here, I'd highly recommend finding a way to get a bite or two....perhaps just snag a few from your kids if you have that luxury. We haven't been here in a while but this visit reminded me that we need to make it more of a part of our rotation. I can't remember ever having a bad experience here and the food has always been good but while this hot honey chicken biscuit is on the menu, get yourself an order...if you don't mind a little heat. New discovery. Very busy on a Sunday afternoon but we were seated with out wait. Waitstaff was exceptionally friend and knowledgeable. This place stood out!!! I loved the smoked old fashion. Our server was Nick! He was excellent he came over several times to make sure we were happy with everything. The wings were amazing a combination of crispy/sticky and really tasty I so enjoyed them. For appetizers i ordered the Brussel sprouts which was definitely a hit at the table (all gone) I ordered the meatloaf for my meal, honestly nothing to write home about but I wanted some comfort food and it hit the spot and I would order it again, to say the least it was good. If you haven't been to this restaurant you need to go! They are conveniently located in the Publix shopping center. They have a fun festive environment with inndoor and out door seating. Their food and beverages are delicious. My salmon with rice and green was fresh, generous portion, and delicious. We tried the buffalo cauliflower as an appetizer. We also had both the meatloaf entree and sliders. To finish our table ordered the Oreo cheesecake. The best part was Anthony! He was an excellent server. One of my favorite spots when I lived in the area- the bourbon bread pudding is to die for! Some of their dishes are a little fru-fru, but the taste combinations can send you into foodie heaven! And the bar~ hand crafted cocktails are one of the biggest things they are known for. Most nights- expect a wait for a table. The parking lot fills up with so many good restaurants at the end of the plaza. Service is always spectacular- the manager checked on us twice while we were there and our server was quick to fulfill any of our needs. The atmosphere here is simply fun, hip and energetic. The environment is cool, the servers are all very knowledgable and very friendly, and the food and craft drinks are expertly crafted. It is all very reasonably priced as well. Walked in tonight and was seated outside as inside was full. No problem, it's a nice night. But there we sat. Nobody spoke to us, took our order or even looked in our direction as I waved. When my nine year old looked up from her iPad (and you know how rare that is) and asked if we should try the place next door....we did. Zim Zari is it's name and they have tacos! When a restaurant boasts high quality and fresh ingredients, I'm skeptical. Craft Street backs up that claim and is downright delicious. Kings Burger - my friend said it was seasoned well and the three meats blended to create a moist patty. The "funions " were an interesting touch, and definitely welcomed. The T.B.M. Flatbread was huge! The dough was thin, but not like a flavorless cracker you often find with flatbread. Large tomatoes steaks top the oozing cheese and you definitely need the balsamic drizzle. The flatbreads would be a good shareable with a salad. The Beet and Farro Salad - to die for! My favorite salad so far. The beets are thick squares, the farro doesn't overpower the lettuce and soaks in the delicious light and creamy dressing. The tomatoes are assorted red, green, and yellow. Add that feta and it's the best! Service was top notch and the staff really connect with their customers. My friends and I look forward to going back to try more on the menu! read more

This place is beyond in terms of quality and service. I can not recommend it enough. The Thai chili short rib on sweet potato tots is simply a must try. I witnessed my waitress Ryleigh having a little dance party with a sweet 3 year old regular she simply adored while also providing incredible service fair above and beyond standard expectations. I also told her, they should workshop a loaded fries dish I came up with after the different dishes we tried that I think would be incredible. The truffle fries with the beer cheese, Thai chili short rib, the aioli they have on the tots dish, and green onions. I would pay a lot of money to eat that, honestly! Because all those components were incredible, as well as the PB burger. The Mac and cheese was so good, I had to hold back a single tear! And that is coming from someone who never orders mac and cheese because I'm so picky about it. The food is so well thought out conceptually and within execution! The peanut butter pie is a must try as well, and the apple jack cobbler with all that alcohol infusions is so creative and joyful! I will absolutely be back! read more

Cobb salad was great and fresh but the star was their green goddess dressing! I let none of that go to waste. Their appetizers were a little pricey, so we opted for the garlic truffle fries which were also delish as were their burgers and flat breads. They have my favorite house wine the sycamore lane around $6 a glass not the best size pour but I'll take it. You can also get beer tastings of local brews or they had a fun list of cocktails. They have outdoor seating next to the parking lot, and inside isn't really ideal as you're sitting close to the table next to you but it wasn't terrible. The service was excellent and the servers help each other out and made sure we were taken care of. Their food and service make it definitely worth a visit. read more

Stopped by for dinner on a Saturday night with my group of 5. We were greeted upon entering and even though the restaurant was busy, we were seated right away. Plenty of seating indoor and out. The restaurant is open and spacious. Our server was really nice and helpful. She answered of all our questions and made great recommendations! I told her what type of drink I like and she suggested the Mother of Dragons Martini $10. It was exactly what I wanted! After a few minutes of browsing through the menu, we ordered the following: Parmesan Truffle Fries $6.95 Buffalo Cauliflower $8.95 Bradley Grouper Tacos Bacon Charred Brussel Sprouts $3.95 Peanut Butter Pie Key Lime Pie Our group shared the parmesan truffle fries and buffalo cauliflower. They were delicious and perfect for sharing. Along with the majority of the group, I ordered the Bradely Grouper Tacos. It was one of their changing specials that was listed on a chalkboard. I don't remember the price, but it was reasonable. The tacos came with tempura fried grouper, mango slaw, spicy mayo, hoisin chili sauce, house pickles, and sesame seeds in flour tortillas. It was excellent! Great flavor and texture. We all enjoyed it. We ended our meal on a sweet note, literally. We shared a peanut butter pie and a key lime pie.
