Great food and wonderful atmosphere. They have a nice sized outdoor patio and indoor seating. They are in a strip mall, but have really done a great job on use of space. A good selection of beers on tap and the food combinations are great. Tiffany is the manager (maybe owner) but she was the nicest and most professional person. She made sure we were treated like family and when you have your 80+ year old mom with you - catering to her mobility needs always wins points with us!!! Everything was delicious and the portions are plentiful. If I were to give you a word of caution - not your ordinary brussel sprouts. Although delicious, not anything like what most places provide. They were a mustardy flavor. There's no description on the menu, so just be aware when it says brussel sprouts. However, I would order again!! So enjoy the pictures or this will turn into a book!!! Absolutely terrible . Everything is spicy and the ranch doesn't taste like ranch at all. The chicken has too much meat marinate in it . The vegetables aren't cooked thru are hard . The salads come in tiny little cups . They don't have basic Anything here . They don't even have regular sweet tea . You cannot get a sweet tea here . My first visit to the trinity location. Same excellent service as Oldsmar. Same great menu. Enjoyed homemade vegetarian black bean burger with potato salad today. Small portion of potato salad but I didn't mind because it was enough food for me and it was ok but not great potato salad. The burger was fresh and homemade and large, and the bun tasty. Comes with lettuce, tomato and onion. I tend to prefer veggie burgers that aren't spicy, and I could see and taste the chopped jalapeños in the patty, so I will try something else next time. Another very tough review to write. The service was good, food was fair and took quite a while to come out. And we kept really simple The overall value was not really there. Yes the cocktails were very attractively priced. The appetizers were excellent and also fairly priced. It was a little things that caused the check to add up a lot and not get much in return. Example was the $6+ side salad instead of a side. Quick notes, the service was good - four star though very informal. The ambience was thoroughly OK, nothing special, though very clean. Since our first visit many years ago this place just improves like wine. Brought our nephew in from NYC and he was super impressed with the place and the new Smash Burger. Cannot wait to try this myself. We came at brunch but our server Kala was gracious and allowed us to order off the main menu. She was also very friendly and super attentive. The service staff here is incredible. I had the brunch Chicken tacos (3) and they were fabulous. Just the right amount to eat and they were perfectly prepared, not too dry or soggy, just right. My wife had the salmon, perfect, my son had the steak Mac & cheese. The buffalo cauliflower is our go to appetizer, it never disappoints. The smoked olde fashion is the absolute best and what I look forward to every time I come here. No one does it better, get it with extra smoke. We were seated immediately, and Sharona took our drink orders. She was great from start to finish! She gave us place settings for three, & we patiently awaiting our friend who we had not seen in awhile. She pleasantly surprised us by bringing her daughter! Sharona was there with an extra place setting, and took their drink orders. I ordered the Figster salad, but with romaine not greens, and dressing on the side. It was fantastic! Definitely not something I could get anywhere else! Our friend, who doesn't eat meat, ordered the Buffalo Cauliflower. She said it's the best she has had anywhere - and she's had it here before. When she had 3 left, she asked for extra ranch and celery, which Sharona brought. Her daughter had an entree she enjoys every time she comes here - Bird is the Word (grilled chicken with asparagus). We know she enjoyed it as she left little behind. Husband had the Craft burger medium well with fries. Unfortunately, he did not enjoy it. He said all the juices had been pressed out. Couldn't get enough mayonnaise on it to make it more flavorful. He only ate half. He did say that the fries were delicious. This was our first time here. We were impressed by the service, and especially Sharona. Three of us had great meals. But the fourth was unsatisfactory. That's the ONLY reason for four stars and not five. read more

After multiple visits to Craft Street, I think it's time I write a review :) So many appetizers, it can be overwhelming. I haven't tried them all yet, but my favorite is the Short Rib Sweet Potato Tots. The short ribs are so tender and flavorful, and a perfect contrast to the sweet potato. I love trying their monthly specials. But on the regular menu, I like the red rooster chicken sandwich. The chicken was cooked perfectly, moist and flavorful. My kids like the chicken tenders. I am also a sucker for trying the special desserts of the month. The monthly specials lure me in every time! read more

They were ahead of the game with serving craft cocktails, now everywhere seems to be following suit. You cant get a bad meal here, i have tried just about everything on the menu, as well as the desserts. Favorite is the bourbon bread pudding, if u havent tried it, it is a must try! I have purchased gift cards here for my lovely family in Florida who, to a person, love this restaurant. They order different things and all enjoy whatever they eat. It makes me happy to be able to contribute to their happiness in this small way. Last week I purchased an online gift card and had some issues with receiving the correct info. I spoke with Matt, the general manager, on the phone and he was able to solve it in minutes. He was polite and extremely helpful. If I ever get to Trinity, I will be trying the food.
