While I waited for the order to be completed, the owners came in and gave me a different (higher) price saying that the employee wasn't aware. The wait time for my order (just a few balloons) was 20 min and then another 10 minutes to figure out how to accept my credit card payment. They messed up my order by giving a different design on the base (than what was originally discussed) and some of the balloons looked old and peeling (decoration). The owners were rude. The only reason why i even took the order is because I was in a rush. Otherwise, I would never have taken or paid for the order I received. Never again will I come back here nor recommend it.

The owner offered me classes for 30 dollars one-on-one to help me with my next project, which is a steal of a price for her expertise. I also got ALOT of stuff high quality that amounted to only 23 dollars! I am so happy that I found this place I can't wait to go back. P.S.
