They also insisted, "This is a cheap store - items could break like that," and declared the item non‑refundable, refusing even a store credit. I expressed my disappointment, but was told there was nothing they could do. I stand by their 14‑day return policy and feel this was a clear case of a defective product - one not designed to last - not a matter of changing my mind. Getting no refund or credit after just one day of use is unacceptable. I won't be using their services again, and caution others to think twice before purchasing from this store.
