Cracker Barrel is my go to breakfast spot!! The food is always consistent and delicious. Recommendations: - Grandma's Sampler allows you to try the sausage, bacon, and ham + eggs and pancakes I get the hash brown casserole with any dish! - new Garden Scrambler is on the healthier side and delicious with spinach and red peppers - iced caramel coffee Service: I have always received exemplary service at this location. Pro tip: if you're going on a weekend, use the app to check in earlier than usual so that by the time you arrive, you're able to get seated promptly. No early check in can cause your party to wait 1-2 hrs on a weekend. Ambiance: country themed store with a very prominent theme! We love checking out the gift store while we wait since they always have something new!! Overall rating: 9/10

Came on a busy day, in remembering my dad, it was his birthday and loved coming to Cracker Barrel. He wasn't the old couple that had been to every one but he had definitely visited at least 100 of them, our last road trip we went to like 28 cross country and sometimes 2x in the day from California to Indiana. We did the online waitlist which probably saved us 15 mins still a little wait after but not long. Restaurant was very busy our server Natasha was slammed but she did a great job for how busy she was. Food was hot and fresh, didn't take too long. The dining area was bright and the store had a lot more random funny things for purchase. Great visit today.

Took my granddaughter for the first time and she loved it! The waitress is super kind and she loved that there was little games on the table to play. She thought her chocolate milk with her candy. Straw was amazing and her confetti pancakes. I would definitely bring her back again. She loved the decoration. She thought it was so neat all the things on the wall. She was very impressed with one of the bikes that was up high. She just thought it was the coolest thing ever everything we had was great.

Our food was absolutely delicious and perfect! I was so happy to go to this location since the food was made to perfection. Every staff member we interacted with was so kind and welcoming. While our waitress was a bit slow on service, her kindness made up for it. Just a pleasant experience overall! I had my usual chicken and dumplings with carrots and hash brown casserole while my husband had his usual country fried steak with mac and cheese and green beans. My husband loved his steak as always. The consistency of the chicken and dumplings was excellent too. That's what I notice the most that varies at locations across the country is the difference in consistency of the chicken and dumplings liquid. Some have it too thick while others have it watery. This location did the exact balance of the two which I love. Couldn't have been happier. Their biscuits were perfect too! Loved the flaky salt and they were delectable.

Had a really great date night with the husband here. They have a great selection on the menu & everything came out quickly as well. We got the country fried steak & shepherds pie which were both delicious. For dessert we were already full so we had to pack Togo our skillet of cinnamon rolls. Service was friendly as well & always made sure our drinks were full & that everything turned out well. Love their little gift shop on the side for afterwards.

very dry corn bread!

Came here on New Year's Day for brunch. The wait started off a bit frustrating. We were quoted a 30-40 minute wait, which was fine, but after the hostess called our name at around the 35-minute mark and asked us to wait off to the side, we still waited an additional 13 minutes before actually being seated. That extra delay was a little off-putting. At that point, it honestly made me wonder what the point of calling our name was if we weren't getting seated right away. Our server was very pleasant and welcoming. She let us know upfront that she was new and would do her best, which we appreciated. Service overall was friendly. My wife and I ordered the steak and eggs, cornbread, mac and cheese, and sugar-cured ham. Unfortunately, the food was just okay. The cornbread was very dry and not enjoyable. The steak and eggs were mid at best. The steak was on the chewy side and nothing special. The mac and cheese and ham were fine but not memorable. Overall, the experience was just average. Nothing was terrible, but nothing stood out enough to make it memorable either. A decent stop if you're already nearby, but not something I'd go out of my way for.

Got at 5! Empty! Gonna get my meatloaf and fried chicken !!! Okra too !!!! Got here sat down right away, Ray (server) immediately got my drink order, came right back and took my order! Food, good as usual Portions are generous and delish Tonight is/was very quiet, I'm sure weekends are crazy busy. Glad it was in my way to SBD This is a MUST STOP if I'm anywhere close to here

They were out of the skillet special . I tried to sub with another skillet , but found they are premade so that was a problem too . The waitress felt bad and offered me a choice of dessert . I decided to try the Coca-Cola cake . It was good. I also had a mimosa and the alcohol came in its own little bottle .

I was on a Road Trip and decided to stop in Cracker Barrel for Breakfast. Miguel D was my server. He was friendly and attentive. I liked that he kept my coffee and water filled. I ordered the Old Timers Breakfast which I understood was eggs any style, sausage bacon, biscuits and gravy plus one side. I recon I didn't read the small print, because they tacked on 99¢ for my Hashbrowns. I forgot that I am NOT a fan of Cracker Barrel gravy. It's a white gravy and I actually like my gravy browned just a bit, almost tan. My eggs were perfectly cooked overeasy. The sausage was ok nothing special same note for Hashbrowns. The Biscuits were good, since they included butter and jelly, I had one with gravy. And one with butter and Jelly as dessert. The lighting wasn't very good for photography which for me killed the ambulance because I like to take pictures of my food. If you read my reviews regularly you'll notice I hardly took any pictures at all. The country store was interesting. It had a Fedora that I liked. There was no pricetag to clearly indicate the price on the hats. There was a sign that said each hat had a pricetag. I only saw one hat with a price . It wasn't a style Or size I was interested in. Since there wasn't an associate on the floor to assist would be customers I walked out with only The hat I wrote in. Another thing I would have appreciated was an outlet to plug my phone in as I enjoyed breakfast. i was a bit underwhelmed, I wanted a Cracker Barrel catfish dinner yesterday, but with traffic, and my GPS leading me on a wild goose chase, I arrived too late to enjoy dinner, so I planned on breakfast instead. It was ok just not the desired experience I had hopped for .I don't reccomend driving 120 miles for a catfish dinner.

Stay for the food, but not for the service. The hashbrown casserole and chocolate coke cake is a must try. So tonight was our 2nd time to dine in. And from this service experience, I requested to speak to the manager, but the server didn't get them and tried to rush us out by giving our boxes. SO I'LL JUST TYPE MY COMPLAINT HERE. The first time we came on a Friday night, service was slow, but we had a wonderful server (think maybe the manager? They weren't wearing the brown apron and had a more dressy top) who checked up on us when they can and apologized for the delays. That time it was our first so we were amazed by the decor and the food was so delicious to even notice the long wait for stuff. Tonight however, service was NON-EXISTENT. We arrived and looked through the menu. Realized it's taking awhile for a server to greet us at the table and take drink order. It took nearly 20 minutes to finally have a server introduced themselves and take our order. Our server was Patricia. Bread was served and was good along with our drinks. About 30-40 minutes in, our entrees arrived. Patricia just drops our food and didn't ask if we need anything else, cause I did wanted to ask for ketchup but they walked away so quick. They went off to chat it up with another table nearby. We also realized they didn't bring the appetizer we ordered but already dropped off the bill receipt?! so that also took awhile to flag Patricia down to get attention. I had to get a ketchup bottle from another table cause they did not acknowledge us for a long time. All I observed was Patricia going to two tables around us, chatting up with them and checking on them often. But us? They were always stoic in tone and dodged our table often. There was a point they took my partner's cup while they were eating without asking if they wanted a refill, and of course stopped by the next table to chit chat. And then comes back and ask us seriously if we good...of course f*cking not. I told them my partner needed a refill several times but they took the cup away. I asked to speak to their manager. Time went by and Patricia comes back with the drink finally after my partner's food is all very cold from waiting for a refill. They said they let the manager know and that today has been hectic, and offered to go boxes already...I tried to be civil as I know they had it rough with an incident, but still we can tell they were playing favorites and obviously did not tell the manager I wanted to speak to them as we are hurried with boxes to leave. Thank you Patricia for RUINING MY BIRTHDAY with your selective service. I wish to recommend this place more, but no way. The food is delicious, but there's barely any service. It's like what's the point of coming to this place anymore.

When traveling back east I always stop at a Cracker Barrel when I see one and I was so thrilled when Rialto finally put the one in. I don't get here as much as I'd like to because it's always crowded with happy hungry people. Nobody makes pancakes better than Cracker Barrel. Today was no exception. I had grandma's special with three pancakes, two eggs and bacon, and they are always delicious especially with their syrup. Always enjoy looking around the restaurant because there's always fun things to see up on the walls Christina did an excellent job as my server today and I am now enjoying walking through the gift shop I can't recommend Cracker Barrel enough love this place. You will too.

Empty curbside BECAUSE IT DOESNT WORK
Colleen G.

1 star -- and that's generous There is a reason why all the curbside is empty... I'm writing this while standing inside the Cracker Barrel, still waiting for my order. Let's start with the timeline, because it's absurd: * I called in my order 57 minutes ago * I sat on hold for 24 minutes because the online ordering system doesn't work * The system also won't let you use more than one gift card (ridiculous and not disclosed) * I drove an hour to this obscure Rialto location * I've now been standing inside the restaurant another 20+ minutes with zero updates So to recap: nearly an hour to place an order, followed by another long wait in person, all with no communication, no urgency, and no accountability. This isn't "busy." This is broken systems, poor staffing, and total disregard for customers' time. If your online ordering doesn't work, your phone system keeps people on hold forever, and your in-store service can't handle the volume, then something is fundamentally wrong. I expect delays at restaurants sometimes. I do not expect to spend over 90 minutes just trying to get food I haven't even received yet. If you value your time, avoid this location. Comfort food isn't comforting when the entire experience is this infuriating.

Maritza S.

I am absolutely obsessed with the place since I tried the Cracker Barrel in Texas. The food is not the best you'll ever have but it's solid diner food. I love that I can order fried apples as a side! I would take this place before Denny's,. The decor is cute and feels old timey. They also have a gift shop as you enter the restaurant, and you can get yourself a rocking chair if you want.

The weather was a little chilly and I was trying to figure out where to eat in the Plaza after a chaotically exhausting day at work and decided to settle at Georgia's because of their awesomely peaceful and refreshing Patio. Sim was my Order Taker and he powered up my experience with his Signature authentically exciting and fun Hospitality as always! Sim enthusiastically communicated the deliciously fun Rainbow of handcrafted Beverages Georgia's offers and I settled on a glass of yummy Sweet Tea to go with my Chili Mac and House Salad. The Sweet Tea, Chili Mac, and House Salad harmonized so well together and Sim helped make my experience extra fun and high value stimulating by keeping me updated on the exciting UEFA Champions League Soccer Games to look forward to in the next upcoming weeks! Sim oozes positive life giving optimism and I appreciate how generous he is with his Sports Analyst Commentary in engaging me with the Futbol Universe Players and Teams to watch out for to stay happily inspired in my own Professional Hustle ;0) Lex and the Manager on Duty also added a lot of warm and welcoming vibes by being attentively present and focused in making sure my food was prepared and plated beautifully and providing me with To-Go containers to minimize waste and helping me enjoy my favorite Georgia's Recipes as yummy leftovers the following day! Lex's sense of Style is so fun and charming too and really gets me excited to savor the Gentle beauties of Spring and I really appreciate her consistency in showing up to work with a dedicated happy to selflessly serve attitude!

The brisket was like rubber and dry. Chicken was so dry even the bbq sauce couldn't help it. Honestly the garlic mash was my favorite part of it all. Tri-tip was my 2nd favorite thing. Really hope I caught them on an off day with all the 5 star reviews but I can't see myself returning for the price I paid.

I ordered Beef Ribs, Baby Back Ribs, Tri-tip, Pancakes, and Asparagus. Tri-tip The Tri-tip was the best I've had. He was even able to get it medium-rare per my request so I was pretty impressed. Whenever I order Tri-tip, it's been difficult to find a BBQ place that gets the smoky flavor well penetrated into the meat, but Wilson's was able to do so. Beef Ribs These Beef Ribs were the best I've had in recent memory (Bludso's/Rub45/Phil's BBQ). Very smoky and super juicy. Fat is rendered so perfectly. Not fall off the bone (which I hate) but just enough tug--perfect. Baby-back Ribs I'm no BBQ connoisseur, just a big fan, so forgive my layman's language. This is easily one of the tastiest baby-back ribs I've had, but it's not my favorite. This seems more like a competition style baby back rib, very similar to the type that Rub45 produces. I like my ribs super smoky, even "over smoked" if that makes sense--with an extra dark bark. The Tri-tip and Beef ribs were so smoky so I'm pretty sure the "lack" of smoke flavor in the ribs was on purpose. It's hard to describe, but all these quality BBQ guys obviously really know what they are doing. But for some strange reason, I've been noticing that the Baby Ribs in particular from these quality BBQ guys are always noticeably less smoky than all the other meats and have a much sweeter glaze. I would prefer a much smokier and savory flavor. Cornbread Pancakes I'm a huge, huge fan of these pancakes. If I had to guess, these were cooked in a cast iron pan. The pancakes are very dense, but in a good way--they will really fill you up. I really loved the texture and taste. There was this place called Kick Back Jack's in Claremont, Ca where I grew up that offered cornmeal pancakes and I've been looking far and wide for something similar. This is way better and I'm so happy I've finally found a place. Asparagus My wife wanted some greens, but I ended up eating most of the tray. Very delicious. I ordered a ton of food. I have a very young child and a wife who barely eats. I was able to finish mostly everything by myself. I am really excited to order from Wilson's BBQ again. He said that he can accommodate smaller orders from time to time if he is given enough notice so that's super awesome!

I seen B's and said I think this place is on my list to try. We walked in and it was kinda empty, 3 tables were being served we were excited thinking we beat the rush. A young lady told us it's a 20-30 min wait time cuz they were backed up in the kitchen. I was extremely puzzled cuz I seen only 3 tables being used. So I assumed maybe a to go order. As we're sitting there an about 5 workers just hanging out around the counter not knowing what to do with their time. And one person in the kitchen. Then I seen 2 different set of ppl leaving the dining area. So now there's only 1 table still being served, by this time 20 mins have gone by. A young man asked if we're waiting for an order I said no we're waiting for a table. He said oh let me see about seating you. By this time an older lady was in the kitchen with the other younger person I seen. The young man asks her can we seat ppl. I couldn't hear what she said. Then he goes to the dining area and come back and tells her 1. I'm going to assume that only 1 table was being served. She then gives him the ok to seat us. This was seriously the most odd thing I've ever witnessed at a restaurant. So we sit. 10 min go by the young man comes and asks what we want to drink. We told him we're ready to order. He said oh ok leaves then comes back with something to write. We give him the order and tell him we'll have ice water. He leaves and comes back 10 min later asking if we wanted something to drink. Told him again water. Comes back 5 min later with water. While we're eating for food I seen both waiters going back and forth to the 2 tables cuz they would forget something. Sooooo finally finally finally we were served our food. Let me tell you something. I grew up going to Roscoes chicken and waffles all my life living in LA. And since moving out here to the IE it's really hard to find a place like them or better. I keep my reviews very honest. B's is right up there with Roscoes maybe just a 1/4 off. B's you can tell you take pride in your food and cook with love. Now all you have to do is teach those youngsters how to cook this amazing food so you can serve more ppl at a time. I would love to go back soon but not if I'm waiting forever when there's minimum amount of ppl. Sooo far hands down the best so far I've had in the IE. Just make sure your not that hungry and have plenty of time to wait.

My wife had a filet that would be triple the price at a fancy steakhouse, but to be honest, this one was every bit as good. This is the only one I've ever been to, so I don't know if the service is this good at all of them, but the waitstaff was awesome. The place was packed and food and drinks came out quick and right when you needed it. They were super friendly no matter which employee you came across. I did notice they really pack the folks in here, so to be honest, I felt a bit cramped, but the food and the service definitely made up for it. If I lived closer to one I'd definitely put it on the rotation. I will not complain if anyone suggested going here either. If you want a good tasting and quality steakhouse meal, you cannot beat the value here. It is hands down the best chain steakhouse I've ever been to.
