Great deal with the all you can eat option! The service was spectacular. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Even the owner came to our table to thank us for coming in. Shout out to Quincy for taking care of us! We had the all you can eat. We got fried Green beans, snow crab, muscles, crayfish, shrimp, Quail eggs, corn, and rice. I enjoyed the shrimp and muscles as they tasted fresh. My partner liked the shrimp and crabs the most. We both agreed that crawfish didn't taste fresh due to its texture, so it probably came from frozen. We got the All In flavor in medium heat which had everything. I thought it landed slightly on the sweet side, but was perfect once I added the provided lemon to it. Tip: it does take about 15 to 20 minutes for the seafood to come out. So order it first. The ambiance is fun, sporty, and clean. Lots of TVs to watch various games. And beautiful artwork on the walls. Crab N Spice is definitely our favorite for Cajun seafood in the valley. We walked in, we were greeted by a worker at the front of the store introducing us to the menu. We checked out the menu and decided to give the place a try. We were seated and our server was Quincy. Quincy was pretty spot on with the service, we were pleased and happy. Now the food, we ordered the Cajun fries, 1lb of crawfish, 1lb of shrimp, potato and corn. The food was delish! We were excited to try Crab N Spice, we loved Boiling Crab. It's still new so there were some minor things that we noticed. So excited they have a kids menu, my kids like seafood but not enough to eat only shrimp. My oldest got popcorn chicken and fries, loved the fries but said the chicken was a little dry. Youngest got the kids wings and fries, liked it but wished they had drenched wings instead of only dry rubs. Husband and I got CNS combo with shrimp, perfect way to try a little of everything. I recently tried this place and it was an okay experience. My sister and I did the AYCE. it takes about 20 mins for the food come out. We ended up doing two rounds of seafood boil. Snow crab legs are only one order the first time around then additional cost. but you can do shrimp, crawfish, and mussels unlimited unless u wanted it peeled then it cost additional too. The fried green beans were really good but skip the Cajun fries! It was soggy and didn't taste good at all. The first round of seafood boil the flavor was pretty good but when we ordered the second round w the same sauce it came out with barely any sauce and was flavorless. I give this place 2.5/ 5. I know this place is new and lots of potential to be better and adjustments. We ordered the all you can eat as they also do ala cart option. You are allowed to order 1 crab legs per person only as part of the all you can eat package. Anything after that one freebie of the crab legs, you are charged. The shrimp, black mussels, fries, crawfish are unlimited. As they were all combined to cooked, for some reason the seasoning did not hit the spot. The spice level kicked in but the seasoning was missing something. Black mussels were grainy. You can tell it was frozen as majority that was served had their shells broken in half or into pieces or some are empty and the seasoning didn't penetrate enough and it was grainy, gaimy taste, I give it 1.5/ 5. I will take green mussels instead. Next was the Shrimp quality was good but the taste was not there either 2.5/ 5 Next crab legs. I can usually snap the crab legs easily with my hands but this was be was tougher and again the seasoning did not penetrate. 2.5/5. Next was cajun fries, it was ok, over seasoned black pepper? 3/5 Hospitality was 5/5 very welcoming staff and helpful. Inside has tables and consistently being cleaned. Very impressive. They need to revisit the amount of seasoning they put into this as it is not there. We had an extremely incompetent server who didn't know anything about the menu and failed to bring us utensils, gloves, bibs, lemons, and hand wipes until we had requested halfway through our meal. For a restaurant that offers all-you-can-eat with a 90-minute time limit, spending most of that time waiting for food is unacceptable and also if we order more food it will be another hour wait. Food was delicious; however, the customer service was disappointing. Our waitress, Alexa, was friendly at first, but her service declined as the meal went on. We ordered the all-you-can-eat option, and our sausage and corn never arrived with our first round. We let her know, and she said it would be right out, but after waiting about 20 minutes, we still hadn't received it. We had to remind her a second time, and by the time she finally brought it out, we had already finished most of our meal. We also had to ask for drink refills four separate times because they weren't being brought to the table. For our second round, we ordered shrimp with potatoes, but again, only the shrimp was brought out. When we mentioned that the potatoes were missing, instead of apologizing, she responded, "Oh, do you want them?" We told her we just wanted to make her aware they had been forgotten. Her response was, "Well, we don't charge for that anyway since it comes included," which came across as dismissive rather than addressing the mistake. Food was decent, avoid the garlic butter sauce it didn't really have any flavor to it. The Crab N Spice seasoning was good though. Service was kind of all over the place. It seems like the servers are all teens and need more training and experience. Food takes a while to get to you, servers don't really check on you often. I don't know the names of anyone I encountered here but here is my experience from June 6, 2026 at 7:45 PM. Customer service at this establishment is complete trash. I was EXTREMELY excited to eat here but... We waited 50 minutes to be seated. Around the 20-minute mark, a manager put a sign on the door that changed the closing time of the restaurant. It went from 10 PM to 8:45 PM. The hostess didn't allow anyone after us to be added to the waitlist. At the 45-minute mark the hostess told us that we would be seated soon. At the 50-minute mark the hostess came to us and said we wont be allowed to eat what we came there for. She offered a discount for something else. Manager came out shortly and said there's nothing they can do and there will be no discount they could give. I tried explaining how unfair the situation was but she was NOT having it. She threw the hostess under the bus several times making it seem like everything was her fault. I recorded our entire encounter. Managers at this establishment need training. Honestly, I just wanted this whole thing sorted out. It would've been great if the manager invited us back the next day with some sort of discount but that didn't happen. We waited for nearly an hour then were turned away before the original close time. They clearly don't care about their customers. read more
