DO NOT COME HERE. I…read morepurchased a 1/2 bushel of crabs from this establishment, and unfortunately, many of the crabs were mostly legs and mushy. I contacted Tim regarding the issue, and he told me that I could come back to the store and they would credit me a few dozen crabs. While I knew that a few dozen would not fully compensate me for the quality of the 1/2 bushel I purchased, I was willing to accept it as a resolution. I called Tim less than an hour before coming to the store, and he specifically told me that I was good to go. When I arrived, however, the woman working there told me there was nothing she could do and that she would not take care of the situation. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this establishment, so to be treated this way as a returning customer is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. What made the situation even worse was that Tim then claimed he thought I was the person he had spoken to a few weeks ago--despite the fact that we had spoken less than an hour earlier about this exact issue. This was not only a disappointing product experience, but also a terrible customer service experience. If a manager makes a commitment to a customer, the store should honor it. I should not have to come into the store and argue with an employee over a resolution that was already discussed and approved. Horrible service, poor communication, and unacceptable attitudes. I will not be returning.

I've been wanting to visit here for a loooong time, and randomly decided to try this place out. So…read morehere's the thing, the shrimp was very tough maybe over cooked? Both the fried shrimp and the shrimp in the salad were overly cooked. Sorry to say but the seafood salad which is usually my favorite thing to order at seafood restaurants was NOT good, don't waste your money or time. The crab legs were very sizable and full of flavor, I mean it's what you would expect nothing too out of ordinary. I would definitely come back for the crab legs and I saw the blue crabs were $18 for half dozen, which is the most affordable I've found in the city! But the cooked food, I don't think I'll try the shrimp again, I am eager to try the fried fish, hopefully that won't be disappointing. Three stars for me!

I got the fried fish with 4 shrimp combo with fries... nothing good about it at all. The fish tasted very cheap and old. The fries were soft with no flavor at all. As far as the shrimp, I could only tell it was a shrimp because I could see the tail hanging out, other than that I couldn't tell it was shrimp. I personally would never try again, especially since there are much better seafood restaurants close by. Sea and sea please step your game up. Very nice people though, but the food ain't it!

She picked them up the next day after confirming that they were getting a shipment around 2:30 pm and had to wait while they were being cooked and seasoned. She ordered 24 crabs ($45ish a dozen) and a LB of shrimp. I got my backyard table set up for the fun part of cracking and butter dipping - with some beverages haha. The crabs were HUGGGGEEEEEE. They could cut back on the seasoning because it was salty enough, my friend said that she got it mild and it def had a nice kick to it! There was sooooo much crab meat when we finished filling our bellies and just cracking them to put the meat into a container to save for later. They had a pretty good deal and I am so glad my friend suggested this. The only part that I felt bad about was that my friend went to go pick it up (around 2ish) and did not get to my house until close to 3:30ish after order, waiting for them to cook it, and then driving it to my house. I owe her big! Oh and the shrimp were amazing! Very plump and juicy!

Once I questioned the total, they pointed to a small sign above the checkout saying "no refunds" and refused to help, even though the pricing error was theirs. The owner first blamed employees for putting the wrong price tags on the shelves, then blamed me as the customer for not asking staff to scan and confirm the price of every item before paying. That is not reasonable. Makes you wonder how many customers are overcharged and never realize it.
