I contacted Tim regarding the issue, and he told me that I could come back to the store and they would credit me a few dozen crabs. While I knew that a few dozen would not fully compensate me for the quality of the 1/2 bushel I purchased, I was willing to accept it as a resolution. I called Tim less than an hour before coming to the store, and he specifically told me that I was good to go. When I arrived, however, the woman working there told me there was nothing she could do and that she would not take care of the situation. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this establishment, so to be treated this way as a returning customer is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. What made the situation even worse was that Tim then claimed he thought I was the person he had spoken to a few weeks ago--despite the fact that we had spoken less than an hour earlier about this exact issue. This was not only a disappointing product experience, but also a terrible customer service experience. If a manager makes a commitment to a customer, the store should honor it. I should not have to come into the store and argue with an employee over a resolution that was already discussed and approved. Horrible service, poor communication, and unacceptable attitudes. I will not be returning.

I enjoy that it's right in the park so there are quite a few benches to sit on. There are also fun paths to explore with a warm drink and yummy snacks. I highly recommend ordering goodies from the vendors then having a picnic in Forest Hill Park. On my recent visit, I bought some rainbow carrots, acorn squash, spaghetti squash, fennel, and Europa fresh bread. As it gets colder there can be fewer vendors, but they carry everything you could hope and dream of. I loved checking out a vendor that sold holiday candles. There is tons of parking here and it's easy to bike or bus to. I'd recommend checking this market out.
